    Wonderful management staff. Very helpful and responsive. Christian and Adriana have been a fantastic asset to this property. Any questions I’ve had are always answered promptly and addressed. Property events have always been fun and filled with great giveaways. Community members are welcoming and friendly. The vendors that work at this property are top notch and Ive never had a complaint about anyone. Very pleased with my experience at this property and Presidium Group as a whole.     I’ve been living here for 3 years and have loved the experience overall. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. No issues with the neighboring buildings/complexes either. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues I might have. The rent is a great price for the amount of space you get. Christian at the leasing office has been incredibly helpful from the moment I applied til now over 3 years later!

    Ive lived in Solaris for several years and have had many positive experiences. Elizabeth Quintero provides excellent customer service. She is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. She has helped me resign my lease and responded immediately and efficiently to other questions/concerns Ive had while living here. Overall, good location for an affordable price!

    Ive had a few troubles in my apartment in the time I have been here, who has not? But maintenance has always done great to meet my needs and I am very pleased with Brendas assistance always. It feels awesome to walk in and be greeted with a wonderful smiles like hers. Ms. Cantu is a wonderful and helpful lady.

    I havent moved in yet, but my interactions thus far have been absolutely positive and reassuring that I am making the right decision. Each one of my questions has been answered in a timely manner and they even checked in on me throughout the application process to make sure I understood everything, which was more than comforting.Thank you Solaris and Kimberly, I honestly cannot wait to move in!

    After looking for apartments for some time. Elizabeth was a great help in our decision in picking Solaris. She and Brenda are very nice and helpful. The process was made easy because of it.Let me add something: they do not have any security. Sometimes cops would come by and walk around but our catalytic converter was sawed off our truck. There were too many people outside at night most of the time, so either they are in cahoots or whatever. We dont have the money for things like this despite our vehicle. But I know someone saw something. They need to make sure ,at least, that ALL the lights are working. The one where my truck was parked, looked like someone busted.One other thing... The staff is ALWAYS excellent.

    I was a resident at Solaris Apartments for 3-4 years and would have stayed even longer if I wasnt in the market for a new house. This place has the perfect location and spacious units. Brenda obviously takes a lot of pride in managing these apartments, Ive lived in many places before and this was the first where management actually knew my name whenever I came in. Any issues that came up were addressed either same day or the next and the management team is big on customer service. I honestly cant think of anything else I would want in a place I was leasing, theyre wonderful and Im appreciative of the time I had there.

    Great place. Reasonable prices apartments to the area in Austin Texas. As long as you communicate well with the staff they will do the best to help you. They understand human error. Mine happen and I am glad they have helped me along the way. Looking forward to signing another year. Good peeps. Key word is communicate. Talk to them they will work with you.

    I came for just a year to help my daughter out and rented here. My daughter has since move here also. We are all so happy with our apartment. We enjoy the central location to everything we need. We also love our neighbors and the staff is always helpful. Thank you Solaris.

    Great place to live! The staff is friendly and even though the apartment complex is older... it is the best place around to live because it has a nice pool, spacious 1 bedroom apartments, and it’s pleasantly quiet. When I first moved in, I placed a work order and it was handled the same day. Don’t trust these other reviews, experience what Solaris has to offer for yourself. This is a great place close to the major highways and next to Travis heights and other top rated communities!

    Solaris is the best apartment complex on Riverside. I’ve been here since 2015 and I love it here. One of the best office representatives here is Christian. She has always came through and delivered nothing but 5 start help. All I can say is I renewed my lease.😃😃😃

    Kim has been very helpful and informative at the leasing office. She has made things very easy and provided me all the documents I needed to get the process moving along quickly. Only thing is I wish I would be able to see the unit itself sooner than the day I’m moving in, or tour a similar unit, but circumstances.

    I’m giving 4 stars for the complex’s attentiveness to prospective renters. They processed my initial application so quickly, kept in contact with me, and sent me my $300 back after I decided not to go with the property. The front desk was so nice the whole time too.The only reason I reduced a star was as a little heads up to single female renters. I was cat called in the parking lot twice when I drove by to see my unit and one man went as far to tap the hood of my car. It was the only reason I chose not to move in.The apartments are sizeable, affordable, and pretty cute! If you’re able to look past the location and understand the safety issues in the areas and still happy with the property, go for it!!

    I moved into my apartment a month ago, and I must say I absolutely love it. I love the open space with the high ceilings and extra large balcony. Everyone in the office is super friendly especially Brenda and Elizabeth. You both rock!!!

    I had recently toured the Solaris apartments with Christian and it was hands down one of the best experiences Ive had in my search for apartments! She was very professional, knowledgeable, and didnt make me feel rushed to answer any questions I had. These apartments are definitely at the top of my list, just because of the experience. I will surely be recommending this location to anyone looking for apartments.

    I am new to Austin so looking for affordable apartments can be kind of a pain but I had a pretty pleasant experience with customer service at Solaris! Damaris was very helpful and enthusiastic about showing me models and helping me out with all the small facts I needed to know. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had at apartment hunting in a while.

    While ALL complexes have a variety of issues, the benefits of Solaris far outweigh any annoyances!I particularly love and appreciate everything they do for the tenants - from providing free turkeys at Thanksgiving and a free gift-wrapping station at Christmas, to many other perks and Covid safe special events!The area is great - centralized to many conveniences - and the office staff is friendly and helpful.

    My experience over has been a roller coaster, my unit has been great! I have had some issues with small things nothing major and once I contacted Solaris management they were taken care of immediately. Kristian Jennifer and Adriana have been very helpful!

    Moved to Austin a few weeks ago from New York these were the first apartment I saw with a nice floor plan and price. The staff where very friendly, helpful and always had a smile. Really quick, easy to apply and touring the apartment without any hassle

    I have been living at Solaris for almost a year now and Im happy to say that I have not experienced any issues. Anytime we have an issue, we notify the office and they either send maintenance out right away or tell us what day they will come out. Landscaping broke my sliding door glass and management sent out maintenance the same day and had it replaced. We have good neighbors, building is in a great location, and the inside of the apartments look much better than what the outside has to offer. Every morning I see maintenance Cleaning up the parking lot and front of the apartments and they recently redid the parking lines and numbers. I can say that this has been the most stress free Apartment Ive lived at from the neighbors, to parking, and management. Oh and they always have events for their residents!

    Although I am certainly not attempting to judge the experiences of other renters here, I would like to offer another view. Contrary to many of the comments posted here, I have found the management staff here to be very professional, responsive, and helpful. I have been here about 6 months, and have required some maintenance assistance on two occasions. Both times I received assistance in a reasonable period of time, and both times the issues were corrected. Before moving in, I treated the entire apartment for roaches, and bed bugs, and continue to take immediate action when I see any signs of bugs. Keeping the apartment clean, and free of any standing water or dishes is the personal responsibility of the renter; and taking immediate action if any critters are found. I enjoy living here very much, and would give 5 stars except for the behaviors of so many of the residents here. This is not a management issue, but the habits and lack of basic respect for others. This tends to be associated with the very inexpensive rent here, and income based rent scales, which unfortunately often attract those with personal issues. With that said, I give this complex a 4 star rating.

    You cant beat this location and price anywhere in Austin! Elizabeth and Damaris are always willing to help and go above and beyond. Ive been truly impressed with the offices ability to respond during COVID as Ive heard horror stories from other friends who live in other complexes in the city. Ive also had a couple small maintenance requests and theyve been handled within 24 to 48 hours. The only negative thing Ive seen living here is glass breakage in areas of the property I walk my dog, although, this tends to be a problem at every apartment Ive ever lived in here in the city.

    I recently had a maintenance issue where my keys were lost lost in with my work schedule i dont have time to get a new lock so i kindly made my way to the the leasing office. were i spoke with a Ms. Christian Zamora who has been a great employee at Solaris apartments and she enformed that she would put the work order in in that they would be there to change locks.with in a 10min i had a set of new locks I i just wanna say i greatly appreciate a woman behind her word thank you Ms.Zamora

    I enjoyed my tour at Solaris, the staff there are amazing , Adriana is so sweet and friendly she started by offering a cup of coffee. Of course that was a big plus for me. The pool is cool and definitely can see myself enjoying a cold one in the Texas hot days. Adriana thank ya so much for explaining everything to me and telling me about the area and of what goes on around Austin. Being new to Texas it really helped me out. I can’t wait to move in the next couple of weeks.

    I been living at solaris for 2 years now. I have been in 2 floors unit of 1 bed room. Now i am at a 2 bed room single floor. The apartment have super quick with my request of service. The first week have problems with roaches, call for a service amd fixes quick, also i have my own poison as preventive issue. The ladys in the office have been exceptional, the service too. Apartment are ok, but could be better.What do i would change.Trash cans around the property so people dont trow the trash on the commons area.I would install washer an d driyers machine that accept credit card. So you dont have to go to the office to deposited on a card.More control regarding the visitor parking. There always full.

    I like it here. Everyones experience is different. Yes, there are issues but at the same time, this is one of the cheapest places to live in Austin. Especially if you DO NOT want a roommate! The office people are nice.Yes, it does take them a while to warm up to you but when they do, they are nice. For starters, if youre going to be late or have any issues, the best thing to do is go to the office and let them know. Communication is the key!

    I came here for a tour and Anyssa took such great care of me. Granted these apartments are extremely old so I took the tour even though I was already uninterested just from the looks of the outside. Then my car battery died because I left my light on and Anyssa not only jumped it for me, she taught me how to jump a car if I’m ever in need again. Awesome experience. Thank you Anyssa!!

    I love this place! Rents are low, responsive management, work orders done quickly. Ive been here 5 years!
