    Mesquite Terrace is a very nice, apartment complex. It is a well kept complex and their pricing is affordable. Highway Loop 250 is in close proximity and makes commuting to work very convenient. The management staff always welcomes with a warm welcome greeting and are quick to respond to a maintenance request, I truly appreciate their professionalism.I also like that neighbors are respectful and friendly. My experience here has been very comforting. I would highly recommend Mesquite Terrace Apts to anyone searching for a home to enjoy.

    Ive lived in the midland area for 13 years and so far this property and team are the best Ive encountered as far as answering my 1000 questions and being as helpful as possible this people go above and beyond and for that Im greatly thankful. Irene,Rosalee,Chasity are the best and iam not exaggerating thank you so much girls and also maintenance respectful and caring and they do a great job keeping this area clean thank you guys.

    I love this community, office is very observant and sends weather advisories frequently to ensure we are aware and prepared. Also I’m obsessed with my large bathtub in my 2 bedroom 2 bath.

    The staff is amazing! Angela went above and beyond to help my needs she truly is a blessing.These are great apartments in a great area. They are a 3 years old and are in really great condition inside out. the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to help your needs, I will always recommend it to others.

    The leasing group was very professional and helped me find an apartment and move in date that suited me well. From my interactions from the manager, this should be an excellent place to live! As I have not moved in yet, I will update my review after I have lived here for a while.EDITHave lived here for a full year. They do give you a discount for leaving a good review. However, I still think they deserve 5 stars. Maintenance has been quick to respond to work orders, and few have been needed, the apartment complex is kept up I good condition, and I enjoy the area. The rent system/maintenance system is easy to use, and I spend very little time worrying about my apartment and most of the time enjoying where I live.

    Great place! Jeanette was so helpful with my move in. We were at the pool the other day and it was nice to see staff come by and check for our bracelets. Gives me peace of mind that not just anyone can come in.

    I can’t say enough!!!!! I moved here on an extreme short notice . Angela and Whitney were able to get me into an apartment super fast, and a 3 Bdr! I can’t say anything bad about the staff( amazing), but the piece of mind is indescribable! It’s so quiet! I live in between two apartments(2nd floor), and I’m not even sure if I have neighbors ????? !!! Great environment to live in , and stellar service from Angela ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Had a great experience living at these apartments. Friendly and courteous staff. Willing to assist you with questions and maintenance. A well maintained property with easy access to major roads and restaurants. Would have not moved , but circumstances forced us to move. Would recommend to others looking.

    When we first got there, we were greeted immediately by Emily. She was very kind and eager to help us. She took the time to discuss every question we had and went out of her way to help us. We were taken on a tour of the apartments and all the amenities. Mesquite Terrace is a clean and well kept place. After looking at several different apartment complexes, it was easier to choose the one for us…just based on our welcome and the effort Mesquite Terrace puts into each tenant.

    Mesquite Terraces has been our home and we love it here, We have renewed twice already! The apartments are so specious and nice!     First let me start off by saying what a wonderful job they have done in keeping the community clean and beautiful. From my first step in the door I knew this was the right spot for me. As someone that is coming from up north in Maryland, to moving down to midland I really wanted a community that didn’t make me be “too far from home”. I was glad I found Mesquite Terrace. From the time you work in that door, the front office is as helpful as can be. Definitely the smoothest welcome I’ve had when coming in this apartment as opposed to others. The team here is great and helpful and I appreciate all they have done. The place is so beautiful😍. Smoothest process ever, 10/10, I must recommend.

    We’ve been renting here since October and have no issues or complaints. The apartment is clean and well maintained. Maintenance respond on a timely matter, and will always fix our issues. The complex is quiet and staff does a great job communicating to us!

But they are no worse than many and better than most of what is available in Midland.What rates 5 STARS is the staff!     Been looking for a place to live in midland and I finally found the one! The staff was accessible and so useful.     I took my daughter Evian apartment hunting all over Midland, we are looking for her first apartment. We must have saved the best for last because Mesquite Terrace was the last apartment of the day we looked at. We were shown around by apartment manager Angela. She was so informative about what our daughter would need to know as a first time renter. We appreciate the information and helpfulness just as much as the inviting and comfortable atmosphere Mesquite Terrace has to offer. The apartments appear safe and affordable, we cannot wait to move our daughter in here.

    Very Happy with my experience so far. Very friendly and understanding staff. This leasing office always responds to phone calls or immediately gives the option to call back, and always does follow up. They also offer very good specials, and variable lease terms. Very quick application process and response, quality service, wonderful amenities, and great one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartment with only one floor plan per category to make things simple and easy when choosing. The management team was very understanding with my request to have my own washer and dryer, and meeting my deadlines and needs. This place really is all about the customer service experience, very respectful. I am usually a harsh critic, but they have definitely exceeded my expectations which really happens!

    I have been to and walked through 6 different apartment complexes in midland today and this one by FAR was the best. As soon as you walk in the door the hospitality was so welcoming it made you feel as though you had lived there for years! The apartments are so spacious and updated and clean.     We lived in this apartment over a year. One of the most beautiful living experience we ever had. It is wide, spacious and well maintained. They always stay on the top of the service call. The people working in the office are always helpful. I had to cancel my lease because of my military order of deployment and people in the leasing office helped me and made the transition easier. If i ever come back to midland again, this place will definitely be the top of my list again.

    I went to the apartment complex with my family earlier this year. Desiree was so kind, answering questions that my family and I had about the apartments. We also took a tour of an apartment, and she explained the application process very well. Desiree and the other employees have been very accommodating and understanding whenever we speak to them. The complex is very nice and has a great environment for families.

    I initially spoke with John about putting in an application to rent an apartment. He was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions and then some. The staff in general was very welcoming and did not seem bothered by my screaming toddler, which is a plus. It seems like this place has a wonderful community with staff that is responsive to any concerns you may have while simultaneously making you feel at home. Additionally, the amenities are a huge plus when youre a busy mom who barely has time to go to the gym. The lobby looks like a luxury hotel and makes you feel like youre getting your moneys worth living here. Most importantly, the apartment complexes are newly renovated and equipped with every household appliance necessary.

    The process of leasing an apartment at this facility could not be easier. I made a phone call to inquire about available units on a Tuesday afternoon. I was moved in by Wednesday morning. They had exactly what I needed at the price I needed it to be. Seamless process, beautiful property, helpful staff, and seamless leasing process. Could not recommend highly enough. Good neighborhood, close to shopping, Great access to highways, could not ask for more.

    Absolutely beautiful apartments couldn’t wait to move in. They had everything I was looking for. They even had trash pick which was awesome especially because I was living on the third floor. The pricing was super affordable and you get a ton of amenities! The staff was great too! Super helpful and really nice as well. I would definitely recommend these apartments to everyone! Awesome place to live, I love it!

    Mesquite Terraces is a very nice place to live. I really enjoy it. Maintenance is very prompt and the front desk people are very welcoming. The pool is nice and workout facility has more than other complexes in town. The other residents are very nice as well. They have had major improvements in their staff since I first moved in June.

    My boyfriend and I had been struggling to find both affordable and nice housing in Midland but had no luck until we went and talked to John. The customer service was spectacular along with Desiree being such an amazing help and being informative of the apartments. As I was talking to Desiree I was rather astounded with how she handled everything and answered every question with a professional tone and manner.
