I have lived here for over two years and consistently have experienced the best residential support services of my life with Mesa Place Townhomes. The staff is friendly and helpful! Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing or servicing the plumbing, assisting with the garbage disposal, or even the A/C Unit, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Mesa Place Townhomes for the remainder of my years in El Paso, and I strongly recommend their properties. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience. By far my experience with Johanna has been great, she listens to my needs and is available when I need to speak with her. The staff and she both maintain a clean and amazing environment to live in. With them, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!

The property is newly renovated and is well managed. The property manager, Joanna, has been very helpful and accommodating throughout the rental process.I do not agree with other negative feedback I have seen here and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and well kept facility.

We moved in 3 months ago and we absolutely love our new home. Joanna made the move in experience very pleasant and has been tremendously helpful. From the management to the maintenance and even the security are all very friendly. The community itself is very quiet and peaceful. The recent upgrades are a huge plus as well.

Very happy with the staff especially Joanna. She is a rock, cool and collected and keeps the place in great shape her staff is welcoming and helpful and will attend to every need we have. This is my home and I am happy to be taken care of by such good people

I lived here since 2020 I love it here its very safe and well protected new remodeling absolutely beautiful workers are always there on time get the work done as needed nice neighbors very friendly place quiet and peaceful and Johanna de la Pena is very kind and understanding and a hard worker.

These apartments are absolutely beautiful especially for the price. The recent remodeling has been running very smoothly for us thanks to Joanna De La Peña constant communication. We’ve lived very peacefully here our first few months. No complaints.

I have lived here over 6 yrs and I love it! I’ve never had any issues. The manager, Joanna is very helpful & informative with any questions I ask her. It is very quiet and the residents are very nice.I do not see myself moving out of here anytime soon, unless I buy a house.

I love living here in these townhomes, been here for 10 years they have friendly neighbors and staff too. It is very clean and peaceful. I have never had any complaints. If any maintenance is needed the work gets done promptly the manager is super nice and helpful I am happy my kids have grown in this neighborhood. Definetely recommend!!!!

I have lived at Mesa Place Town homes for over 10 years. We live very comfortable and the people who work there are very friendly and professional. When we need repairs they are always so quick to get the work finished. I always recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come and live here.

Have lived here going on six years, it is a safe, and pleasant living environment. Front office lady is great, always available and the maintenance staff is always working hard to keep the property looking great and respond quickly to work orders. Easy to pay your rent ontime with online pay option. A nightly security guard is available. Swimming pool, clubhouse and playground are amazing.

I recommend these apartments because they live very comfortably, We have a very good Manager, she is attentive to everything that is needed in the complex. There are rules that must be followed, this place is also clean and safe. I like that they check peoples background and credit to enter this place. Thats why we never have problems with someone behaving incorrectly. It is a safe place for the family. We have been living very comfortably for a while. Also the repairs that the department needs are done at the time the application is placed. They always repair what is necessary. There are also security personnel who are roaming around the entire complex. I recommend this apartment complex.

I am a single mother with a child with a disability, I have lived in these apartments for 8 years and I am very comfortable, they are always maintaining them, when I call for a repair that same day they will solve it, they are very clean, and they are always on the lookout to maintain them in good condition, I feel peaceful living alone with my child, my neighbors and the people who work here, they are very attentive and decent, I feel confident that they will enter my apartment when I am not there and I know that they will never know I would miss something, it has plenty of parking and the play area, pool and laundry area are very clean.

Its incredible. Ive lived here for a long time. I only have one excuse: they dont let us have pets. If you want to have one, you have to pay. I have fish, but you can have those, you dont have to pay.
