    The staff in office are really friendly and have always been very respectful toward me. I’ve never had a bad conversation with them. They do put in the work order asap and with the right maintaince things get done.. Dena and Josie are awesome!!!

    Great place to live! Ive been here for almost 3 years and I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t resolved in a timely manner. Management is nice & friendly. Neighbors are quiet & overall i like where my apartment is located. Its close to everything for anyone who doesn’t have a vehicle! Walmart food places, a laundromat and so much more! Great place to live.

    I’ve been here for going on five months. I really enjoy and love it here they work with you and they get to things when you Put in a maintenance request it does take time but it’s not bad timing and it’s just amazing. The people in the office are friendly and very helpful and understanding.

    I just moved in and I am impressed by the office staff, very friendly and helpful, Josie has been amazing at answering all my questions and my apartment looks great, I hope to be here for a very long time.

    The old managers that were here didnt seem to care. The new managers (Dena and Josie) are getting things done and are much friendlier and much more helpful!

    Management is great as the manager of the office personally came to my apartment to help try and get me back in when my door handle broke and locked me out. She was able to successfully get me back in and then within 30 minutes have maintenance completely change out the door handle. The front desk reception woman Desiree is incredibly nice/helpful and made my move in process seemless. Only knock on the apartments is there feels like there are more water outages than an apartment should usually have. Other than that, friendly staff all around and a pretty decent place to live for the price.

    Im very sad today cause one of the best things to ever happen to this property is leaving,the assistant manager Desiree, Ive been here for 2 years and she has great customer service, seems to know every resident by name, she is one of the main reasons I continue to renew my lease. Super sad she is leaving. Overall Meridian Park gets a 5 star rating from me! The new Maintenance team does a hell of a job when it comes to work orders, and the Manager is super professional and courteous! FYI this is the Place to Be!!!

    We have been here over 4 years. The experience has been great. The new management and maintenance staff makes it even better!! They are quick to come fix your issues and help anyway possible. 5 stars!!

    My fiance and I have lived here for over a year now and yes, I would and have suggested this place to my friends and family. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful to us. The maintenance folks deserve more credit, they have always been very nice and helped us with anything weve needed in a quick and friendly manner. Kyle especially, hes been the nicest, most talkative person who has ever come to fix/look at anything for us. He held great conversation and worked efficiently answering any questions we had for him. Its a wonderful place to live and we have no complaints about it.

    I moved into these apartments about two months ago. They are the greatest apartments by far. Staff is super friendly and very respectful. I had a mau fence issue and they fixed it the next day. My apartment was move in ready. They truly make your experience here amazing. 10/10 would highly recommend

    I just moved in and Im already blessed to call Meridian Park my home! Everyone around here is so nice. Crystal has been such an amazing help through the whole process! And Kyle has done an awesome job at putting the finishing touches on my apartment! Maintenance is awesome about getting requests done in a timely manner as well!

    UPDATED: I have lived here over 6 months, and still enjoy the property. It is a great location with great staff.The only real issue I have is other residents not cleaning up after their pets. Management does what they can to enforce pet rules, but ultimately it hard to catch the violators. To my fellow pet owners: clean up your pet waste like a responsible owner!I Shopped several properties before selecting Meridian Park. The 1BR floor plan was exactly what I wanted at a competitive price. The location cant be beat: close lots of retail stores and restaurants, and access to Loop 289 and Marsha Sharp Freeway means just minutes from anywhere in LBK. Plus the staff was friendly and helpful! I recommend taking a look before leasing elsewhere.

    When I first moved in to my apartment at Meridian Park Apartments, there were a few issues that needed to be properly dealt with.Once I mentioned the issues, Kyle, who is an excellent maintenance craftsman, fixed the top priority issue in a very professional way.Although there are still a few issues to resolve; Kyle priorities the best that he can and how he is directed, I have confidence that Kyle will properly fix everything. I believe that Kyle has an extreme amount of work to accomplish and that he needs quality help and available time in order to help him keep his head above water.Crystal is very professionally responsive and thorough.Both Kyle and Crystal sincerely care about the tenants, the structures, and quality complete work.These two individuals help make Meridian Park Apartments a great place to select and be at.

    I have been here a little over a month and so far it has been a great experience. The office staff are great and go above and beyond to help out. All maintenance issue are address in a timely manner and while the property is an older property they are continuing to make improvements. So far I am glad to call Meridian Park home.

    With new owners/management, this property has improved ten fold over the last year. Office personnel are professional and friendly. Maintenance handle all repairs and emergencies with expert knowledge and professionalism. Having lived here for 7 years, it feels more like home than before. Great place, great price.

    I am a new resident to Meridian Park, however this two weeks I have had to make a short notice move back to Lubbock from Sweetwater. They were so quick to lend a helping hand the whole process was so easy and stress free. Also when I went to scope out where my unit was the complex was very neat and orderly. I’m so very excited to call this home!

    I’m currently living here and have been for what’s about to be 2 years now. I’ve never had any problems what so ever. When I put in a work order they work fast to quickly get it done. If a change is coming they always send out a text/email reminder. They are currently renovating and updating the unite. Couldn’t be happier with the place.

    The meridian park has great communication and try to get you into your own place fast. Kyle the maintenance man was very helpful and quick with handling the upgrading on my apartment and on my second day he responded to my maintenance request within 5 minutes he was very friendly and fast.

    The office staff is really nice. I definitely recommend renting at the Meridian. I’ve put in a couple of work orders and maintenance comes out really fast. I’ve had a good experience living here so far definitely a 10 out of 10.

    Today I was woke by the smoke detector going off. I called the office and they send nice young man name Kyle over to replace the battery in the alarm. Kyle also took the time out to secure the smoke detector better and he also replace the battery in the other detector. Kyle is hard worker and he loves his job.

    Amy is the best and is always ready to help when I call. I have had a few maintenance calls and they have responded in a timely manner and fixed the problem. This is a great place to live would recommend to anyone

    I posted a negative review that I have since removed, because I was wrong. The office personnel did respond to my complaints in a timely and kind manner. All apartments have problems but when you feel the office is there to help, that makes all the difference in the world. Hats off to Stevie Cheng!

    I’ve lived at Meridian Park for 3 years now. The staff is polite, the apartments are reasonably priced, and maintenance problems are handled promptly. Being a resident at Meridian Park has been a good overall experience.

    The maintenance at Meridian at Meridian Park are fantastic. Kiel came by the other day to fix a leaky faucet and did a great job replacing the old one. The place is making a lot of improvements--resurfacing parking lot, painting, and upgrading appliances.

    My garbage disposal quit working and backed up the dishwasher. Maintenance had been busy all day and towards the end of the day Kiel came. He showed what the problem was and showed a few things. I am pleased with the work that was done. Thank you!

    Have been here for 3 years and have never had a problem, Maintenance has been prompt and always taken care of me. Kyle specifically always makes sure to come back by and make sure problems were taken care of correctly and that I was happy!

    I have lived here for over 4 years. I have to rate a 5 because of the staff,especially the maitenence staff. I am disabled and they make sure my trash is taken care of. If they see me carrying stuff in they always ask if i need any help. All in all i would recommend to my friends.

    Its definitely a place to call home. they are always updating things which is awesome! If something goes wrong maintenance and the staff are extremely helpful!!!!! we plan on staying here for several more years!!!!! WE LOVE MERIDIAN PARK APARTMENTS!!!!!!
