I recently moved out after a 2-year period living at the Meridian, and it was the greatest apartment experience I have ever had. From the community, to the concierges assistance, and especially the maintenance staff, every aspect of living at the Meridian was incredible. The unit was extremely spacious and modern, every appliance worked like brand new, and I always felt comfortable after a long day. I have already recommended this complex to several of my friends, and I would highly encourage anyone interested in the Meridian to apply!

I lived here for three years and it’s a very nice, very well managed and well maintained property. As a busy professional, having concierge service was wonderful and the office staff, maintenance folks and security were all wonderful. This is a quiet property but it is also very social and I made so many friends there I still keep in touch with. Life and work brought me back to Colorado but I would recommend this Alamo Heights gem.

Living at the Meridian apartments is a pleasure and a privilege. The ladies at the office work hard to make sure that every resident is taken care of. The grounds are peaceful and serene, and the guards have done an excellent job of keeping the property safe and secure. It is easy to enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood here, and I feel secure knowing that my safety is taken care of. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and elegant with modern amenities. I am truly pleased with my decision to make this my home.

I’m a delivery driver and sometimes tenets forget to give me the gate code and apt number however whoever the Black female security guards name is deserves a promotion. Not only did she let me in after confirming who I was she also pointed me in the right direction for finding the tenets home. She went above and beyond for me and I don’t even live there! Definitely deserves a raise!

I’ve been here 6 months now and I have been pleased with the whole experience. The apartment is very comfortable. I wasn’t aware that apartments were even made this spacious. It’s thoughtfully laid out and has a nice flow. The patio is large, comfortable and has a beautiful view of the back nine at the Quarry golf course. Melanie even offered to have the tree outside my patio trimmed to improve my view! Friday nights you can enjoy the music coming from the country club next door....The staff go above and beyond to be of service. Angela and Melanie were extremely helpful in getting me set up and helping with day to day issues. And the concierge/security is top notch. They keep a close eye on the comings and goings around the complex and the front gate. They have been a huge help in receiving packages while I’m out and notifying me quickly. All-in-all a great place.

Very nice complex. The staff is excellent and willing to fulfill any needs that is needed.They keep the entire complex community informed on things from lost pets to unauthorized visitors.Maintenance crew is right on top of things, put in Work request and they are on it either that day or definitely the next day.( unless it’s true emergency and they are right there to correct the situation.

This place is absolutely beautiful, from the resort style pool, the greeting at the door by the concierges, to the large size apartments. Ive looked at many places and I have to say Angela has sold me in leasing here at the Meridian just by her being so friendly and knowledgeable. It seems like all the residents love her I got that just by the few minutes of our tour.

Great customer service! Really appreciated that Angela went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our final rental accommodations, and handled issues that arose both professionally and personably. She really cares about tenants and even potential tenants, and thats not customer service you find very often, so Im counting myself lucky! Also, the place is gorgeous, no doubt about that!

I have lived at many apartment complexes over the years and the Meridian is by far one of the best apartment complexes in San Antonio! I was able to live there for 3 years. Even on the few times I had a problem the office staff was on top of things right away and the issue addressed quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed living there.

This is not a review of the apartment complex - that will come later, after weve moved in and been there for a while. May I just say that the Assistant Manager in this complex is the sole reason we are changing our lives from the owners of a big pretty home in Fort Worth to an apartment in San Antonio? She is beyond amazing. Angela Rocha has worked so hard to make our move as easy as possible. Shes gone the extra ten miles, shes rolled out the red carpet, she has worked so hard to ensure that our move-in is as painless as possible. We are older and moving from a distance, so we cant be there to look carefully and determine what will fit. She has given us her OWN time and her dear personality to help us measure every nook and cranny of our new space. Because of her, we are now thrilled with this new great life adventure. Thank you so much Angela for your bright exuberant spirit, your deep kind nature, and your razor sharp mind. Great Community - Very Friendly Neighbors, Wonderful Staff! I recently moved into the Meridian and have been pleasantly surprised by how welcoming everyone is. The location is perfect and the golf views are breath taking. This is the first apartment community I have lived in where everyone knows each others names!

I absolutely love the Meridian. I have been an apartment locator in San Antonio, Tx. For over 19 years. Not only professionally but I also reside at this beautiful property. The floor plans are large and spacious and give you a true feeling of a home. Views are spectacular also. If you are downsizing from a home the floorplans at the Meridian would be an easy transition. The staff is professional and friendly and I highly recommend this property. 😊

I’ve really enjoyed my time here. Especially helpful from the first contact: Angela Rocha in the office. She is warm, friendly, and very competent. . She helped to expedite the application process and assisted in several ways to assure we had a smooth arrival, move in, and stay. Very grateful to Angela!This place is quiet, well managed, very good staff. Super convenient location.

Hello google viewers. My roommate and I are looking for a new apartment and this happened to be one of the locations we checked out. On Saturday June 16th we stopped in, at first no one was available but they were showing an apartment to a potential tenant. While we waited the gate attendant invited us to have some cookies and a bottle of water. When the woman did get back we talked and got to see the location options. We had a great time checking this location out sadly it is not in the price range that we were looking for. I would highly recommend if your looking for a really nice place and willing to spend over $1,000 that you should check the place out.

I’ve lived in different properties in the San Antonio area for 15 years. The Meridian is the best property I’ve ever lived at.Pros: apartments are updated and luxury. Covered and garage parking. Security and grand gate. Close to everything.Cons: gym is meh.

This complex is peaceful and quiet. I love it!! It’s in a great location close to many stores and restaurants. The city skyline view at night is awesome. My one bedroom apartment is larger than any other apartment I’ve been in. I love it here!
