    I have been a resident over 4 years at Mercer Crossing and would recommend anyone to live here. I love my apt and the office staff is amazing.     Been here 3 years and I have no complaints. Communication is key with me and it is always someone in the office or close by to assist with any issue. Ms Q and the others have been great with questions I have. Maintenance is great as well and will stay attentive to any issue I have.

    Iā€™ve been living here a month so far and I love this property. Thanks to Beatriz for showing and selling me on this property out of many. Ms. Q goes above and beyond to help anyway she can, even helping me get into the floor plan and phase 2 as I requested. The apts are stunning! Also noticed refreshed paint jobs throughout the buildings and carports. They constantly are updating and catering to residents needs. There is a boardwalk and lake which is a plus! Safe and quiet, neighbors are friendly, great area etc couldnā€™t ask for more! Thanks again Beatriz and Ms. Q!!

    The people that work here are wonderful and very welcoming. No problem for them is difficult to solve. I had a little difficulty transferring to a bigger apartment in the same community and they handled it very professionally.

    I recently moved into Mercer Crossing Apartments, and I couldnt be happier with my decision! From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by the modern amenities, beautifully maintained grounds, and the warm, welcoming staff shout out to Miss Q sheā€™s the best.The apartments themselves are stunning, with spacious layouts, high-end finishes, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is a chefs dream with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The in-unit washer and dryer are incredibly convenient.The community amenities are top-notch. I love spending time at the resort-style pool, and the fitness center has all the equipment I need for a great workout. The resident events are a nice touch, making it easy to meet and mingle with neighbors.The location is another big plus. Its conveniently situated near major highways, making commuting a breeze, and there are plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby.The management team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents satisfaction.     Miss Q., Kim, Beatrice and Krystal were awesome with my move-in day appointment. Good surrounding area amenities and during our tour the gym, pool and grill areas were clean and well kept. Did my apartment tour with them as well. Because the unit wasnā€™t up to their standards they requested a new cleaning as well as more touch up maintenance jobs the same day. It feels nice going into this unit knowing that the office team has high standards. They donā€™t make you feel scared to ask for more. Excited to move in and make my unit my new home!

    Second time visiting these apartments as potential new apt to live in. Did another tour last week and saw new floor plans that really fit my needs and pricing. Will definitely look into applying since the amenities offered are pretty great.     I currently live at Mercer crossing apts in Farmers branch . I must say that the inside of my apartment is beautiful. The kitchen has a nice golden back splash w/ a Long Island counter top , bathroom has a deep garden tub & a big walk in closet , itā€™s very cozy . The assistant manager Mrs Q . Is amazing, she will make sure any concerns or issues are handled promptly. I recommend these apartments.

    I have been a resident since 2021 moved away and returned to an all-new leasing staff. The assistant manager is always friendly, very accommodating and always have a positive attitude. The leasing manager responds to requests promptly and maintains a positive attitude as well. Overall, I continue to enjoy this community.

    I had been helping my son look for an apartment to move into recently. After touring many apartments and reading many reviews, I became so discouraged because of claims of bugs, inadequate managerial and maintenance services, as well as poor quality residences. Then we found Mercer Crossing! We couldnt be happier. Q, the most wonderful office manager, spent a lot of time showing us the property on our first visit and educating us on the community. She was prompt to return phone calls and answer any questions we had after our visit. She is truly a genuine woman who takes her job seriously and wants her residents to feel well taken care of. Upon moving in, we found the apartment in excellent condition. It was very clean. It was obvious that they viewed preparing a new residents apartment as a priority. However, per the norm, there were a few things that needed some attention by the maintenance department. I took the concerns to Kenston in the office, and he promptly addressed those needs and the maintenance team was there within a day to address those issues. Kenston also took the time to make sure everything was handled with professionalism and a true desire to make accommodations necessary to assist my son.This has been a great experience, and we are so thankful that we found Mercer Crossing.

    Iā€™ve been a tenant for over 3 years and I finally feel like the front office has finally got it right.The assistant manager Q is very observant and attentive. Iā€™ve had an issue and she has gone above and beyond to make it right. Overall I do enjoy my apartment itā€™s very spacious for the price.

    Living here is great. The management team is responsive and understanding, and the maintenance team is always going above and beyond. The apartments and community are beautiful! The only complaint (which is why I canā€™t give a full 5 stars) is that almost every night we are tempted to call courtesy patrol after 10pm due to residents not following ā€œquiet hoursā€ guidelines. We live by the pool & people are constantly out there after 10pm making lots of noise, making sleep difficult. Or residents hanging out outside/by the stairs. Quiet hours are not enforced as strictly as Iā€™d wish them to be, therefore it can be stressful trying to relax at night or get a good nights sleep. Last week at 3am there was a party being thrown at the pool on a Wednesday night. I really enjoy living here and would hate to leave because of such a small issue.

    Update: we have a new valet trash, I dont have any problem now, changed my review to 4 star. -1 star for parking problems, I complained few times, I still see cars not parking at the right parking space.Update 06/24/2019: valet trash didnt pick up boxes again!!!!!!!!!Moving out when my lease end, this is frustrating!Ive been living here for more than a year, I just got a warning from management saying my garbage bags not tied, 2nd offense will get $25 fine.I feel like the garbage pickup team have issue with me or something, I dont have garbage everyday since Ive been busy at work. One time, they didnt take any of my boxes for a week, I leave it out every day, and only boxes, they still didnt take it(I always make sure my boxes are flat , and between garbage can and wall. I always take it out between time frame 7-8pm), I was so angry, so I called leasing office, they requested to be picked by trash company.I just take out my garbage yesterday(first time in a week, I was working a lot of overtime that week), and got a warning. Meanwhile I see a lot people did NOT tie their garbage bag, and leave trash can out all day, no warning at all. This makes me feel sad after a whole day of work, and come home with this problem. I dont have time and patient to solve this problem since I will be busy for the next few months. I guess I will just take extra precautions not give them chance to pin anything on me. I feel frustrated to take out any garbage now.I was going to sign another year since this is close to work, but I feel like this is a sign for me to move out after my lease end.After reading all the review, I feel like parking in phase 2 is not too bad, I can find a parking space everyday, thats not my concern.I dont hear any noise from my neighbor, but Im not sure about neighbor below me.Overall its a good place to live until you have problem with garbage team :(

    Accidentally walked into Mercer Crossing when I meant to go to Mercer 1900. I toured the complex with leasing agent Keston and absolutely loved it! I applied for my apartment same day and moved into the complex on May 1st. Our experience has been amazing so far and Keston was so nice and helpful with our move in process. If youā€™re looking for a new home this is the place to be!

    I donā€™t post reviews at all but I feel like I have to post a review on Sandra Soto the leasing consultant. Sandra was beyond helpful, Humble , kind, hilarious and brought a sense of home while being there. Im not a big fan of change and once my minds set on something itā€™s hard to change it but she did it effortlessly and that speaks to her people skills. She definitely sold me and my fiancĆ© on moving in before we even saw the apartments. Super helpful, highly recommended. If youā€™re going to the Mercer crossings , ask for Sandra Soto.

She is the best I have met in the Leasing industry, always ready to help and ensuring the customer requirement is heard & takes steps to rectify any issues. She is a Solution provider - making things happen. Her vast experience in the hospitality industry shows from the way she works and she is very friendly with all the residents. I moved here from across the country and for some unforeseen reason had to move to another apartment which was immediately taken care of and the process was handled very smoothly. Miss Q is the reason I choose to continue my stay at Mercer Crossing. Thank you Miss Q !!!

    Been a resident for almost 4 years. To start with the community is very peaceful and great to live in. The apartments are very well maintained and clean. i did check other apartments before moving here nothing matched to the quality and cleanliness. fell in love with the space instantly. The maintenance staff is very responsive to any requests. The community has seen a lot of members come and go in the leasing office. But things have changed for better we have Miss Q, Mr. Keston and Mr. Rufus who are very kind and immediate to response to resident requests and enquiries. we have recently planned to make a move to a different unit within the community as we want a space to accommodate our changing needs. Miss Q was happy to show us around the new unit and walked us through the transfer process. the application process was quick and easy with the help of Mr. Rufus and Mr. Keston. We never had any issues so far. We love being here and also love gathering for any mercer crossing events.

Cesar and his team has always been a consistent positive fixture within this property. Heā€™ and his team are always on top of all request.     Managment is what makes living here so pleasant. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. I submitted a maintenance request and they came within 4 hours of placing the request. The breezeways were just power washed and its nice to see the keep up on maintenance! The assistant property manager mrs Q is a sweetheart, aswell as Rufus in the main office. Very pleased to be renting here!

    We have been here for 4 Months and so far its been good & safe. The Staff is very helpful, the grounds are clean and most importantly the Maintenance personal - Cesar is friendly. The location is so good that anything I want is close by. The apartment layout is good as such and convenient with all essential appliances and a place to sit out. The lake is a real plus. Its a better place to live and its all in my opinion.

    I have lived at Mercer Crossing Apartments since May of 2019. The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. They really treat you like you are a part of the family. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, it is fixed within 24-36 hours. The community has a quiet, family friendly atmosphere. One of my favorite things is that we have a walking trail/path that goes around the entire complex. We have two swimming pools that are great for entertaining. Like when the staff threw us a pool party last year (it was so much fun). The Leasing office/club house is a great place for having after hours events if you need to. There is a private dinning room/conference room with a fully equipped kitchen and all. We just had a hot cocoa night put on by the staff. It was great. My granddaughter loved it (so did I for that matter). I love the fact that you cannot hear what is going on with your neighbors. Celeste is a wonderful property manager. She is always available and ready to help with anything. Zac is our leasing manager and he is on top of everything (courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional). Evelyn and the other leasing agents are always polite and such a joy.Before COVID hit, we had food trucks almost every month, events at least every few months, we have had movie nights on the lawn, fall festival, Easter egg hunt and more.

    I love this apartment complex. The office staff is super friendly and the maintenance is always attentive when something goes wrong! I always get Wilmer and he is at my front door no more than 30 minutes after I have submitted my issue. The apartments are super clean and they are very modern, the space is super spacious. Very comfy living. I recommend to anyone who is barely moving out, and anyone with living experiences!

    The community management team has come a long way..... I have been here since March 2020 (COVID) and have seen many good changes in how the property has progressively improved. The management is friendly, responsive and look to the needs of the residents first! Great customer service in play here... Will recommend Mercer Crossing to many of my colleagues who are relocating to the Dallas area as a stopping place for home while they are awaiting permanent housing in the area.     Mercer Crossing Apartments are the best. The staff are so sweet always there to assist. The apartments are super clean even outside in the apartment complex I have never seen trash laying on the group or pool. The apartments are also really spacious and is a safe area I have never been on a situation were I felt unsafe. If you want to find some really good apartments to live at you should really consider moving to this apartments you wonā€™t regret it!

    We have lived here for over a year now and are very happy! The apartment finishes are beautiful, the maintenance staff is timely, and the leasing office is amazing! Several times, I have contacted the leasing office to bring packages inside my apartment. Recently, I called the office and Brooke immediately went to my apartment, put my package inside, and sent me an email that she had done so. She has helped us many times with different requests! We have had a great experience working with all of the leasing professionals and are happy living here!

    I have lived at Mercer Crossing for 2 years now and we love it. The staff is very on top of any questions and concerns you may have. The leasing office here is lucky to have Zacarias as an agent he has made a big impression on our experience here. He has fantastic customer service and extensive knowledge of the property. I highly recommend you ask for him should you consider this place your new home. This is truly a great place to live.

    I havent lived at Mercer Crossing, however I did go through the application process. Andrea at the leasing office was very helpful and understanding of my urgent move in needs and processed my application really quickly. Unfortunately, I could not move in because of last minute change in plans. However, based on my initial experience, I would recommend that people consider this apartment.It is slightly on the pricier side, but the cheaper apartment also tend to have bad management and poor ratings as Ive found out. Also, it wouldve been good if I was shown the actual apartment that Id have been moving into, not a fully furnished model apartment.

    We Love staying @ Mercer Crossing Apartments. Been living here since 2016 and we enjoy our stay here. Theres a new management for almost a year. Jennifer, Ian, Daniela and rest of the team are top notch in their service. As these are almost brand new apartments, the maintenance issues are none but if there are any, they get taken care very quickly. We dont want to live anywhere else in the neighborhood. Having said that, we recently extended our stay for further 13 months.

    I have been a resident at Mercer Crossing since December 2016. It has been a great experience! I have a beautiful one bedroom with a lake view. The only issue at all has been parking, BUT! The office does offer carports and other parking options for you. I now have a carport and love it! The pools are gorgeous and the resident events are so fun! :)

    I thoroughly enjoy staying here for so many reasons!As I relocated from Baltimore due to COVID, I was happy to say that this was an easy move in process. If Iā€™m not mistaken, my leasing agent was Rochelle and she was very nice and was able to help me take advantage of the current special at the time.My apartment is very spacious and I am absolutely in love with the closet space (and how TALL it is) and the huge bathroom area! I also love the backsplash and wine holders that come in my apartment phase - very modern and great for someone whoā€™s looking to make an apartment their home. I also love the extra security on the doors. You CANNOT get in without a key fob.Iā€™ve also rented my washer and dryer and a garage. IF you have the ability to do both of those things, although it costs a lot, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. it is a hefty cost but it is very convenient instead of having to go off site to wash or to have to find a place to park as parking is scarce.I look forward to in person events again to see more of what the community has to offer. For maintenance, Iā€™ve never had to wait long. I do not have any pest problems, and the property is beautiful for the most part. VERY QUIET. As long as I can afford to stay here, I will!

    Amazing apartments! Theyā€™re beautiful from the inside out and itā€™s always clean. The pools are always clean and it has a BBQ area! I love it! My family and I have a place to hangout in the heat. Thank you sooo much to all the management team for all the hard work and the improvements.     Mercer Crossing is a great community to live in. The staff is wonderful! Amenities are great! The apartment units are very well kept and maintenance is great at resolving issues in a timely manner. Wilmer, one of the maintenance guys, is friendly and makes the tenants feels comfortable. Very safe and quiet neighborhood as well!

    Finding a new home is a big change, and there are issues that pop up on occasion. The Mercer Crossing Staff has been so helpful and professional; making our move easy. The Assistant Manager Zacarias is so upbeat, professional, and friendly! He has been super attentive to our needs, despite any minor hiccups. The property is clean and the apartments are high-end without the high price.

    I and my daughter have lived here for almost 3 years and in this period weā€™ve had little to no issues and any issues that we have had have been quickly and expeditiously resolved.     Mercer crossing is my Very first apartment to live in and I absolutely love it! First thing I want to say is Andrea was so helpful with our whole leasing process and anything else that we have needed her to do for us. All the maintenance issues (which have been very minimal) have been fixed within the same day literally!!!!This place is gorgeous!!! Our apartment is really nice, And the out door amenities are beautiful! I highly recommend this place!

Even my toddler loves it here. This is a quiet complex compared to Alta that is behind us. Shay and Celeste are amazing and always willing to help where they can.

    I have had a very pleasant experience with Mercer Crossing. Dayna, Ashely and Casie in the leasing office are some of the sweetest and most professional ladies in the office. Not only did they assist me with settling in into my new apartment, but they also assisted me with the lay of the land and the local scenery. Anytime Ive needed maintenance or pest control, the staff has been immediately responsive and remedied any issue Ive had. Nothing but good things to report :).

    Ive only lived here for about a month and cant find anything negative to say about the complex so far. The location is great-I love the easy access to 161, 635, and 35. The interior of the complexes are very nice offering granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and nice hard wood floors. The trash service comes in extremely handy, and their maintenance team responds quickly. The gym is big and there is plenty of new, nice equipment for multiple residence to work out at the same time-hints no waiting to get use the treadmills, elliptical, bike, weights, etc. Lastly, the staff is great! They are all very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property to someone looking to move into this area.

    I recently signed up an apartment, and its been 4 months already enjoying living here in Mercer Crossing. Many reviews shows negative comments on management and neighborhood, which I totally dont understand. All of the issues might be improved or taken care of.But I still probably need a designated parking spot.Overall, this is the best apartment Ive ever lived in Dallas.

    I love my home! I downsized from a house and I am so happy that everything fit! I am so happy to have all the shelving, bookshelves and space in my entire home! It is so cozy! The property itself is beautiful and so convenient to everything I need. My drive time to Dallas is quick, so I have plenty of time to enjoy local restaurants nearby after work!     I love living here we have only been here not quite a month but 4 miles to work is awesome and we have a small yard for our dogs and we keep the poop picked up its nice to be able to sit on the back porch at night overlooking the water. The one problem I do have is my husband is on the heart transplant list and has handicapped plates on his vehicle and and we live in a handicapped accessible apartment but no handicapped parking close at all. I am sure when I get a chance to speak with the management team we will be able to work something out with that they have been no problem with anything needed done. They didnt have the icemaker hooked up when we moved in they took care of that and a couple lights that were out in the bathroom they replaced right away. We have had no problem with anything we have asked. The problem people talk about with parking is kinda hard to find a place near your building but it isnt terrible at all.

    We have been here a little over a year now and we love it. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance team is great, especially Will & Pete who are quick and efficient. The only downside is the parking for visitors (we no longer have that problem since getting a garage) and some minor things with trash service. Overall happy living here!

    These apartments are great if youre looking for a open area with friendly people. These buildings have just been built and so you may be the first renter. They have a really nice pool area with a 24-hour fitness. The staff is really helpful and make sure to get what you need when you need it

    I recently moved into Mercer Crossing Apartment. This is the best apartment experience I have had. It offers comfortable and stylish apartments; all granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and spacious walk-in closets. The entires staff always greet me with smile and are very helpful and quick to respond to such issues. Pool area and Gym is kept immaculate and clean. The community is great and everyone is respectable to each other. The location is perfect, safe and easy to access to I-635 and to Dallas and Forth Worth. I have lived here for three months and it is a great place to live. I would wholeheartedly recommended Mercer Crossing Apartmentto any potential resident. Come to discover it, a community you will be proud to call home.

    We moved in two months ago and right away we felt welcome. They do community activities such as the very successful Pizza night, Dinner night and Puppy night. We were able to meet new people and the staff has always been kind and helpful.Michelle is so sweet and helped us through out our time there. She really knows how to make you feel right at home. Their maintenance staff is quick and makes things simple and easy.Location is one of the best part. It is easy access to I-635 and I-35 highway.I would highly recommend this place for anyone. They are the best apartment in Dallas, Irving and Las colinas area.

    The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Move in was a breeze and if I have any issues they are willing to help. This rating is based on their customer service alone.     I have been living here for about 5 months already and honestly its the one of the best looking apartments you will find around this area. The leasing agents are wonderful, honestly some of the sweetest, most sympathetic people you will meet, I have had bad experiences in the past with other apartments. Im not going to lie, parking is hard but I manage (im not as sensitive as some other folks, but hey to each their own) . If you go here ask for Edward , he is on it and has literally told me to bother him as much as possible if a problem comes up because he wants me to have the best experience here. Great maintenance as well. These residents dont clean after their dogs crap, which is gross and lazy but I have seen maintenance picking it up. 2 thumbs for quality , 1 thumb for parking, 5 stars for customer service, 2 stars for residents laziness.

    My spouse and I have lived here since March of this year and we absolutely love it! For one the location is fantastic! This is in a great area seeing that we are in the middle of some of the greatest cities Texas has to offer! Including but not limited to Dallas, Fort Worth and Denton! Everywhere is such an easy commute. Location, Location, Location! The staff here is great; they are willing to go above and beyond for the community. I just love that they host community events almost every week for us and our guest; even for your pets! Donā€™t forget about maintenance.. these guys are perfect in every way. I really enjoy it here and no other place has came close to comparison to Mercer Crossing!

    A lot of the negative reviews Im seeing here are either sensationalist or simply absurd. I recently moved to Mercer Crossing so my experience is limited, but I would like to address some of the top complaints Ive read.#1) Parking. Can parking be tight after 7 pm? Yes. Have I ever had to park 6 blocks away? No. Parking is ALWAYS available at this complex. You may have to occasionally park a bit further from your unit than you may like, but you will find a spot. I havent had a problem finding a spot close to my unit yet, and am on the wait list for a covered spot so it will soon become a non-issue. As for guest parking, the only people having an issue with this are the ones who cant read the letters stamped out on the visitor parking spots. Your visitor parks in the spot, they register their car on the website, theyre good for 24 hours. Done.#2) Towing. This complex is an oddball in how publicly it boasts its contract with the nearby towing company. Maybe the towing company owns this place and they use it as their profit center lol. Regardless, as long as you have a parking sticker and your guests register their vehicles, all is good.#3) Noise. Guess what. This place is next to a major international airport. If you didnt know that and proceeded to move here, thats your own fault. I can say that the plane noise isnt any worse than it was at the other two nearby apartment complexes Ive lived at. Some are also complaining about train noise. I have heard trains, yes. But theyre not close enough to really be a bother.#4) Neighbors. I live on the second floor and have endured my upstairs neighbors playing some bass-heavy music which rattled my ceiling fan. Also, they can sometimes walk around so loudly that it sounds as if theyre bouncing around on pogo sticks. Are rude neighbors Mercer Crossings fault? No. So I wont fault them here. Ill continue to monitor this though.#5) Crime. I read a review about this place that stated that while living here, cars were torched and some people were murdered over a parking dispute. Ive also read that garages and cars are broken into regularly. While I dont believe Mercer Crossing is the real-life equivalent of a Mad Max film, Ill definitely be keeping my eyes peeled.#6) Cleanliness. Overall, this property has a lovely presentation and youll see the grounds crews out regularly keeping everything up to snuff. Unfortunately, many of the hallways can be quite messy with spilled liquids and general debris build-up. I would recommend that Mercer Crossing invest in hiring a man with a large push-broom to clean out the hallways daily. Theres also lots of cigarette butts around the stairs in my building. Thanks neighbors!Conclusion: You could do FAR worse than Mercer Crossing. The apartments themselves are exquisite and the price is right for what you get. Is this place perfect? No! But perfection doesnt exist, so decide what you can live with before moving here, because you might just have your ceiling fan rattled too.

This high level of service isnt easy to get, so you can probably expect great treatment from their staff if you live at Mercer. Thanks again for showing me your beautiful apartment. The kitchen was outstanding.

    Reading the reviews, I was skeptical about applying for this complex. However, 4 months in to living here, I LOVE it. Some people say parking is an issue, but honestly its not that bad for me. The apartment itself is amazinggg and so updated- you cant compete with the price!! Also, the management really knows how to listen to your problems and I really feel at home. 10/10 recommend.

    Apartment is new and has nice finishes. The neighbors are generally quiet and keep to themselves. Parking is typical-minimal, amd will force you to eventually pay for parking. Although a great feature for those applicable, there are FREE reserved spots for electric cars. If you park there without having that specific vehicle a tow warning sticker is placed on your window. I dont agree with this. Overall, this is a great property and I am happy to live here.

    I just recently moved in its going to be a month now!! i Must say I love my unit very modern and quiet in my area. I want to appreciate kindly Shawnte for all the help with getting everything ready and being patient, I will HIGHLY recommend her if anybody around me I know is looking for an apt in this area.     Major, major hiccups when I moved in, due to no permanent mmgt or staff. I wished I had never moved here.I am used to Uptown living and treatment so it was all new to me. I only moved to the area due to my job relocation. otherwise I wouldve stayed in the area. No parking, bad neighbors etc...Things are turning around and there is permanent staff now. They have worked on the parking issue so I just might stay here another year because I love my interior apartment (dimmers in the kitchen, modern backsplash, waterproof flooring etc.)CONS: Parking will still be an issue I would think for tenants, I have a carport right now is why it isnt so opt for a carport.Trains and planes - doesnt bother me at all but it may to some.Get the top level floor or else you will have NO PEACE.PROS: Interior of the apartment.Locations is awesome!!Theres to phases so one is less expensive than the other.They have tried their best to keep me happy with the limitations upon them and it is appreciated : )As of May 2019 - Guess what?! I have signed a 15mo lease; I am happy and did not want to have to move when my next move will be a new house/1st time buyer! This will help me save more money.When theres an issue they try and address it promptly. This complex seem to be back to a wonderful place to live - Celest has turned this place back into a home. šŸ™‚They also have happy hour for tenants like my old residence , Game night and things for kids, if you have them.Pest control guys come out on the regular to keep your home insect-free which is a plus!

    I went into Mercer Crossings the other day to look for a two bedroom apartment. Casie showed me the apartment and was nothing but kind and helpful. The staff answered all my questions and were extremely accommodating to my needs. I am excited to be moving into these apartments next month!
