Great staff!Got to meet the manager just recently. Very nice and professional lady. I had an issue and she went out of her way to make sure it got resolved in a timely matter. The property is in a nice area. Very clean. Staff is always nice and polite. I would totally recommend this community!Great property!

My visit to this community was very nice and pleasant visit. I was looking for a place for my parents and came across this community. On the way going to go eat. we stopped in. We met the property manager. Brenda, who was very nice, very informative andWas able to answer all my questions. She was patient with me and gave me all the information that I asked for. I will taken the information and look over it and come back with my application fee.

Ive lived here for a few months now, and so far, so good. One of my favorite things about this apartment, is that if I need them to do something, they make time to do so. Very clean and beautiful on move in, and so much more. I love this place, and its super affordable!!

I have been a resident at Menchaca Common Apt Homes for 4yrs. I have been under other management teams at Menchaca, the best team for me has been Brenda Verdines, Jeanette Paez and Ana Silva. The issues ive had, they always listen to me, work together as a team to get them resolve.They are very kind and compassionate and always take the opportunity to help me. I do feel they do the same for all residents at Menchaca Common. I believe Brenda, Jeanette and Ana will be a positive team to contribute to Menchaca Common being a great place to live now and in the future......

I am here to give an honest Review. If I could, I would give about 3.5 stars, so instead, Ill round up to 4. Here is my break down in simple terms for any future residents.Pros--You will have a simple starter home, especially nice for those that are by themselves (single mother or father), or for someone that is moving out on their own for the first time.-The people and staff are nice enough, hadnt dealt with any problems that major.-It is close to a couple of shopping centers and restaurants, very easy to grab and get home.Cons--Long application period, you have to be willing to wait a month for any type of response, good or bad.-Phone lines are hard to get through, you will typically not be answered unless you call at the right time, very troubling if you are having an emergency.History - the apartment complex has a history of bed bugs, roaches, and not answering calls. That has tainted the location, making it appear worse than it is. However since the call lines havent really been fixed/corrected it brings a feeling of distrust.Ultimately I think this apartment complex isnt the worse, but also not the greatest. I think if your looking for a place to stay for a year or 2 before moving somewhere else, this is the place for you.

The office staff here are fantastic! Even the maintenance man is super nice. I’m so excited to move into my new and safe apartment at this complex! Finally a safe environment for my kids and they are hyped about the playground and the disabled accessible pool! I saw some negative reviews on here and I can put that to rest right now- If you don’t follow up by coming into the office, that’s on you, not the office. If you want it, you’ve got to go out and do the footwork! I did! And now I’m getting what I wanted!Thank you Pat, Brenda and Annie!!! 🥰🙏

My experience at Manchaca @Commons deserves more than five bright shinning stars!I was in dire need for a three bedroom apartment and searched the local area high and low for an apartment community that met our needs. My family of three children had been homeless for a short period due to unseen events. We went from location to location and stumbled on the Commons and decided to check it out.We were welcomed with kindness and compassion, along with a great desire to meet our needs. We were told the application process would take between two and three weeks,--the process only took two weeks and we were offered a three bedroom/2ba. with W/D connections!Weve been here now for two months and this place is such a needed God send-- and the leasing staff all deserve to be applauded for their awesome efforts! Thanks again to the best office staff Ive ever met!

This complex has wonderful staff full of life. Property manager Janet G & Asst manager Lexi R we’re very professional and nice! I recommend anyone to come visit property this experience was the best by far in Austin Tx. I’ve lived in my own since age 16 and never have I been treated as great as these ladies have treated me! God bless these ladies for all they do for Menchaca commons. App process was fastest ever ! Great professional service ladies ! Got to appreciate your hard wk

Some of the comments on here are not it. These ladies deserve a round of applause for all their hard work. My application took a while but that’s the cost of applications. Are they suppose to work as slaves these are brand new. So many people are coming in and out. Some of these people should be ashamed of themselves on how unkind and impatient. Y’all keep doing your best!

I have been living here for a year now, the girls in the office are very friendly and the property is very nice, always when I have a visitor or my friends pass by, they tell me that the property is very clean. A friend also applied here because he came and saw that the property was very nice, it shows that they care about our community. I really like living here, the office is very nice.

(1)Hello, I see a lot of negative comments but you have to have the patience of the world to apply for these apartments and you have to apply with a lot of time. We applied since October and in December they gave us our apartment. It took a while but the people there were very nice and very kind. They help us make applications They are people like us, they are not machines, we have to be patient to apply for apartments that involve thousands of paperwork that they have to do.(2)When you apply for these apartments you have to pay attention to your application, it takes time but you have to be very patient. They are very nice apartments and the people who work in them are very friendly.(3) my family is very comfortable in these apartments we are very happy 100% recommended

Very good place, I have been living here for 1 year and I have no complaints at all, the apartments are very comfortable and the kitchen and living room are very spacious, the people who have visited me have liked it very much, and the office administration is very good, They are all friendly, the manager is very excellent, very kind and efficient in her work, they strive to maintain order and cleanliness in the property, and I do recommend them to you.
