I have no complaints, Memorial falls apartment complex is very beautiful inside and out. I love how quiet it is compared to my last place I was living. Marcos is one of the best leasing agents Ive ever had. It was a very easy and fast process to get approved.I would highly recommend Memorial falls apartments thank you -

Best Apartments in terms of locality, maintenance and the Front Desk staff especially Marcos is just awesome and so helpful. You got a problem with anything in the apartment or any service issue - just name it and they will go all the way to make it a pleasant experience for you and before you will know, your problem is gone., its a wonderful experience to stay in here.Good going team!! Ive lived here for many years. Its been a quiet and peaceful experience for the most part. There were some rocky times, but now with this new manager, Marcus, things are getting better. -

I just moved in and Its nice and peaceful. Quite neighborhood and good area to live in. Neyra Ramirez, she is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond and is very kind and took her time to answer any questions I had. Overall this is an amazing place to live the amenities are great. The cute welcome home box was a beautiful touch. -

I feel good about living in this place because it is very quiet, apart from the fact that thank God the new manager, Mr. Marcos, is very helpful and gives help immediately when one has any problem in the apartment. -
