    I am truly grateful to have Chosen this place for my first apartment! Maintenance is very quick and the leasing agents are very helpful and friendly I’d definitely consider moving here. It’s really quiet and neighbors are friendly. Also there are chances to win prizes or get money off of the rent. Nadia is very caring and sweet!

    I walked into Melrose apartments, office, and omg, the office is amazing, the only apartment with coffee that I visited while searching for a new apartment. The property looks unbelievable awesome, A women name Nabia seen me, and greet me, so well. She went throw all the details, to help me become a resident. She walk me outside the property area, give me more details about the property.., next she when step by step on what, each charges will be. She said her team will work, hard to achieve what I need. I drove every street, in the area for two hours. This is what I experience looking at apartments, no coffee available, office close, property dirty, and nasty, residents building house, outside the unit, blinds damage in everyway, soil dropping from old area conditions. One manager at another property, refuse to get up , and show me the property. Another property toliet was dirty and had brown liquid in toilet. Melrose has pass the competition up, your property was worth, the two hour search, I experience, in the area.Nabia you made by day, stay sweet queen.

    I spoke with Destiny Who is one of the office ladies absolutely amazing. Everything was so easy. She was very informative. Very easy to talk to.     If I could I would give 10 stars my former neighbors at my last apartments are asking about this gem of a placeSkip the mid and high rises. Patience goes a long way.Just signed my lease! Ivanna was pleasant patient and very helpful. Dionne does her very best and is always pleasant to talk to.Place isn’t perfect due to residence littering and refusing to walk their trash to the dumpster and cleaning after their dog.It’s not a hotel so don’t expect hotel service!The complex and small and had short distance walk from the pool, seating area, to and from your car to your apartmentNo trees mean no dead leaves and pollen.It seems quaint and quiet.The leasing is very helpful and is available most of the time to answer the phone. They have great communication with each other and with potential new tenantsThey just hired someone to the answer the phone who always sounds enthusiasticWell needed when you have to carry groceriesThe units are cute and gorgeous! Can’t wait for the added seating area where I can read a book outside.It’s close to Aldi and close to astral micro brewery if you’re into local craft beer.Edited: moved it love that u have a washer dryer connection and microwave. My apartment is one with a den my visitors say it very spacious that you make echoes.Neighbors are nice and friendly as well as the people in the leasing office.They are still renovating other units so be patient with noise and a few critters. Most the time they have to chase down the contractors and get updates about window screens so be patient.Not a huge pest problem. Neighbors should be good neighbors clean after themselves not leave trash outside their door that attract all kinds of pest and keep the complex clean. Don’t live like ungrateful pigs and complain.If people want a clean place to live they should be clean and help their community out by not leaving trash everywhere and keep their apartments clean in general help management and your neighbors out keep the property beautiful.Wall to wall hardwood floors no carpet in the bedroom!The other sister complex is down The street and we are welcome to hang out there.Still waiting patiently for the gym and sitting area to be set upHoping the sitting area will have comfy chair hammocks fire pits to sit infront of during the winters while reading a book

    My experience was fantastic after having a appointment with Catalina Apartments that nobody showed up for or canceled I was pretty frustrated, I started looking into different apartment complexes and came across Melrose Apartments, I came in and was immediately greeted by Destiny who helped me figure out the best unit to fit my needs and wants and was able to get me down for a lease pretty much the same day. I’m very excited to be a resident of an apartment complex with such amazing staff. Thank you Destiny!

    I put in my request with Ivana to get a few things in my apartment done a few days ago, namely my commode handle, a shower leak and to get my ducks cleaned and everything was done 3 days after. Maintenance did a great job. They also painted my ceilings from the dust that was coming from the vents. Mind you, I’ve been there for 5 years and let the dust accumulate so that’s my fault. But they took care of me. So my apartment looks brand new. I’m grateful.

    Melrose are very nice and cozy love the environment it is very peaceful. The office staff is very nice always joyful. I have been here since August months with no problems and the maintenance crew of very friendly. I only had one problem since I been here and it was fixed the same day, I called the office staff to report my small problem. I would refer this property to anyone to people I know without a doubt. I must say once again the office staff is wonderful and really nice.

    Can I say how bomb the management team is all around. I moved from Dallas TX, and they made my transition smoother and easier. Management is professional and they attend to your needs. Maintenance responded to the 1 issue I had the same exact day. The apartments are nice and affordable. Overall great experience and I am more than satisfied with my apartments

    Yanet has been my literal lifesaver in my last minute move from AZ to Houston! She was very accommodating during the entire process, she was quick to text back any time of the day to address any questions I had about the move in process. She followed up with me after my first week in the unit and is prompt to fix any issues. I mentioned a plumbing issue to her and she got maintenance to fix it the next day. The front office hosts great events for the community like women’s day brunch and they even had a back to school fair with a bouncy house for the kids! All of my neighbors have been kind and helpful and the unit itself it beautiful.

    I recently went by Melrose Apartments to find an apartment for me and my girlfriend friend to move into together. I live in an apartment alone on one side of town and she lives in another in a different part of town. I was very impressed with the property and the care and pride they take in their property. When I arrived I was greeted with a BIG beautiful smile by a lady named Ivana. She is the sweetest person you ever want to meet. She made me feel that this place would be like home for me and my girlfriend. She took plenty of time with me and made me feel very comfortable. Im going to take my girlfriend by this weekend and have Ivana show her around. Im certain she will love the property and Ivana just as much as I do.

    It’s an older building that has been renovated with new flooring, cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, lighting, etc. My only complaints are normal apartment complaints like why oh why do I live beneath a toddler. The layout is just perfect and I’ve had any issues handled quickly and respectfully by maintenance. There are the odd insects that also want to enjoy my air conditioning in the summer, but they’ve had pest control come out every time I’ve asked to spray inside. It’s Houston, that’s just life. The management does their best to have lots of little social events and keep us engaged as a community. They cannot magically make homeless people disappear and that is not their responsibility, especially as they aren’t on the property nor even in front of the property. Maybe if you want the unhoused moved you should vote for people who actually want to improve the programs to help those individuals.

    I’ve been with The Melrise for over four years in the same apartment at (Candlelight Gardens) and I must say that I love it here. With all the new developments that are going on, I’m very excited as I am seeing more and more improvements being done everyday. There are some problems with the courtyard being trashed by a few residents which has been not so pleasant but the management have been working diligently to enforce all the old and new rules and we the residents have seen instant change. There is a new manager here as well who is actively moving swift with the other leasing agents towards better living for us all and I must say that I am beyond impressed. Ivana has always been nice and professional when it comes to all the properties so we are always thankful for her. When people complain about the rent going up, I mean that’s a given because the area is one of Houston’s new hot spots and there is so much new development happening around us that we have undergone a complete makeover and I am appreciative of the Triarc Properties putting in the money to make sure we look like everyone else that is surrounding us. And to be honest, the rent has gone up 3 times in four years and it’s not by much at all. This place has been a blessing. Minor problems occur here as with ANY apartment complex and they do their very best to get it done in a timely fashion. Me personally, I’ve had No issues since I’ve been here. The things that I may complain about are very small like for instance some residents don’t pick up behind their dogs which, as soon as I bring it up to management, I start to notice a decrease in the problem to now I see nothing at all. Pest control is down also and I’ve never really had an issue with any work orders not being fulfilled by the next day or two. So yeah, I could say more but, in a nutshell, I’d say if you’re thinking about being a resident here then you will definitely get more bang for your buck. I’d definitely recommend.     UPDATE 08/2024Second year in my place is still ooooook!PROS- Ivana is still sweet and does her job- older maintenance man (Jose I think) is the greatest fixes things correctly quickly- STILL no Roaches (GRATEFUL)- paid parking so you always have a spot-vallet trashCONS- huge lease renewal increase (just fyi)Its been one one month since Ive had the keys to my apartment. Its been ooook!The PROS- Ivana is so sweet- maintenance men are fabulous they come and dont leave until whatever is broke is fixed- there are NO ROACHES 🤞🏽 it stay like that FOREVER- its quiet- open parking- in unit washer and dryer hookups- bedroom is hugeThe CONS- moving in my ac unit DID NOT WORK and the ac unit equipment in my closet was leaking watermy dishwasher DID NOT WORK as wellmy refrigerator wasnt cold either but I put it on 5 its holding cold so far- the water is horrible from pressure to temp..... water is a $50 monthly charge and baby if you use the dishwasher and washer machine in the same night forget a shower!-  broke down cars taking up spots in the lot- trash is a $25 monthly charge and you have to walk a good ways to the dumpster

    I had the best experience when looking for a new place to call home. Dionne made the entire process seamless, quick, and fun. She was an absolute joy to work with. Even after being here for 3 months anytime I have needed anything done and had to call the front office, Dionne handled it right away without hesitation. I referred a few people and she was able to get them in within a few days of applying.     I have been at the estates almost 2 years. It is a quiet place to live. The maintenance men are awesome (especially Jose). The office staff are super friendly and that is what counts as you will talk with her often. Ivana is very friendly and always takes care of anything you need.

    I don’t normally make reviews of any kind, but this lady is a completely exception, I can tell of how much she loves her job due to the great customer service that she provides, she truly encouraged me to go for the lease that I’m normally very indecisive about getting just right away, she made my decision making very easily, if I could I would give her and this apartments a 10 star, very well deserved it.

    I stopped by here the other day looking for an apartment and the way I was greet by the staff was very welcoming. The tour was very detail and the person who helped me was very knowledgeable on the community all of my questions were answered.     Have been there a couple years and the staff is great.Have had very little problems with getting things fixed and love having covered parking.More added,new neighbors love their apartment and rave about the staff of how accommodating that they are I dont think I could find a more pleasant place to stay. Also there is anything you really need close by.More now,I have seen many more people move in in the last 2 months so the apartments are obviously very appealing. Many young professionals live here now.The location is convenient for whichever way you need to go.Great place!!!!!August now.Many people moving in. We have a very nice pool now.Ivana,Stacy and Mary are great staff and very helpful of any problems you have. Apartment looks really nice and good location.
