I was looking for a good place, comfortable, with the necessary space and located in a good area.I found this place, nice, good price for the rooms I have, spacious, a quiet community,and especially the office staff, I recommend that if you need to find a place to call home, you come here.Look for Anna, she is very good at her job and she solves things quickly.I like living in this community, and I have never had any problems.

I loved my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and in a fantastic location near my work place. The gym was a great perk, and the host was very responsive and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable—highly recommend it for a convenient, enjoyable stay!

I had an amazing experience visiting the property today, and I want to give a huge shoutout to Venica and her team! Even though it’s the first of the month and rent was due, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite how busy they were, they still took the time to make my visit feel personal and unrushed. Thank you for an awesome visit today – I truly appreciate your warmth and professionalism!

This apartment has a playground for children. There is a lot of green space. The yard is large and flat, suitable for children to play bicycles, scooters, foodball,...The swimming pool is mostly clean compared to the nearby apartments. When I had a problem with the air conditioning, they came right away and fixed it.

Wonderful location, everything I need is a ten minute or less bus ride away. The grounds are nice and compact, easy to navigate, and my unit is perfectly satisfactory and well worth the rent.What really stands out is the property manager, Lisa. Never in my life has a property manager at an apartment complex gone so out of their way to make sure I’m taken care of. Realizing I may have to move to get out of a bad roommate situation, I went to her to run over my options. She was kind, attentive, and helpful is an understatement. She told me what my options were, cleared up any misinformation my roommate had told me, and reassured me that I would have a place to stay as long as I kept my side of the costs covered, and that I couldn’t be kicked out by a roommate.She even went so far as to check on me to make sure things were smoothing out AFTER clocking out one day, just happened to run into me in public and asked me how things were going. She’s a monument to her position, a figurehead all landlords and property managers should aspire to be. Every issue we’ve ever had with the apartment has been handled quickly and effectively, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

In short I am in love with my new apartment. The Staff has been very polite and friendly. My apartment is completely renovated starting from the carpets to the counter tops and the walls, It looks really new. The best part they offered us to select the color to be painted in the living room.We had called the maintenance for a minor problem. the maintenance guys were quick to respond and did a good job.The neighborhood is calm and absolutely safe. I would definitely recommend this apartment for my friends. I worked with Franchesca, Do ask for her she is the best in finding you a nice apartment.

I lived here for 10 months and it saddens me that we had to move because this complex was honestly perfect for me &my wife. Everyone in the office is respectful and maintenance always fixed my issues they even helped me change my tire. The apartment itself was perfect and my neighbors were welcoming and sweet. We had to move for a family issue but if I could stay here I would! Perfect for a family or even just you and your pet (they have a dog park). I moved out yesterday, they did inform me the process takes up to 30 days. Will update post once everything is finish. Also thank you to the office staff for allowing me to grab something I forgot real quick in the apartment I greatly appreciate it. God bless!

I have been living in my complex a for a little less than a year and had a great experience with the manager in the office and another young lady when i had asked if I could have my late fee waived due to the fact I was not able to pay my rent dudto my phone not working and not being able to find the proper website on my lap top. They were pretty understandable and helpful. I give this place 5 stars

Been living here for almost a year now, and have had minimal issues. Most of the were issues related to parking and resigned withing the first 2 months. The be office staff is very helpful and nice. The maintenance is fast and knows what they are doing. It ac freezes over but found out how to prevent that so no issues that cant be fixed. I feel safe here, and recommend to others, its a little pricey but worth it.

Been here three months with my family and we enjoy it. No major problems. Mosquitoes are a pest but thats just our given location. The reason we give four stars is we were told first floor is hard wood but unfortunately when we moved in it was carpet.

Amanda is great! I was having a washer and dryer delivered to my apartment, but I wasnt able to be home when they were delivered. Amanda went out of her way and offered to personally escort the delivery to my apartment. This put me at ease in knowing the delivery would be made even though I couldnt be there.

I’m writing the review because I have never met a management staff very courteous, friendly and professional. Everyone in the office is super nice and they have an awesome manager too. The maintenance fix your issue quickly and professionally.

I Stayed in medical center for 1 and half year of time . During this period I never faced any issues in the community . I feel safe and secured . The management is good and they use respond immediately for the issues and they never been harsh . I enjoyed staying in medical center and I recommend it .
