I recently moved into The Meadows Apartments, and I have to say, its been a fantastic experience so far. The manager, Lupe, is absolutely wonderful and incredibly caring. She truly puts her heart on the line for the residents. From the moment I met her, I felt welcomed and valued. Lupe goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that everyone feels at home. Her dedication and kindness make living here a pleasure. I highly recommend The Meadows Apartments, not just for the great facilities, but for the exceptional management by Lupe.

I stayed here and moved in on a great special they had. The management is great, I worked with Miss Garcia, she went above and beyond for me when I was going through some things. Some complexes are really about the money but I can honestly say this property is not. They actually care about their residents. Outside of that the property is clean, it’s mostly quiet and the inside looks good as well. My place had everything new put in it. If I was to go back it would be their company. It was such a pleasure being a resident here. You won’t regret it!

Moved out last year. Moving in was rocky and the move in date changed a few times. Charged me a double deposit as a first time renter and lost record of it. Water was constantly out or cold. The area is serviced by spectrum and the internet outages were frequent. Noisy due to the kids. Trash overflowed frequently. Buildings are super old and the winter season was rough. I eventually switched my lease over to someone else and moved out, all to the knowledge of the manager at the time. The manager also gave us documentation advising the change. Recently received a debt collection notice in error over a year later. Never late on rent and was no longer liable for anything after the new tenants took over (which I have documentation for). I also forfeited my deposit in the process even though there wasn’t any damage made to the apartment at that time. $4000 bill. No pets & non-smoker. Document EVERYTHING. Management changed at least four times when I resided there and everything became even more unorganized. I can say I did not have any pest issues aside from the occasional waterbugs.Update: The management there now is so helpful. Lupe has been very active while dealing with this collections case. Kind of wish this management was there when I resided here.

My time living here was a little rocky at first due to the change and management and lack of organization. Fortunately Lupe has been there for awhile and has changed things around. You bring a problem to her and she gets it fixed. Good place for my family to save up from moving in town. Now we have a beautiful house.

New management is a lot better than it was when I moved in 2 years ago. As long as youre nice when speaking with them and let them know any issues you have a head of time, they will work with you and answer any questions you have. Great community if youre looking for affordable living. The apartments are older but theyre clean and not falling apart. Maintenance actually comes when you send in your maintenance request so if anything does go out, itll get fixed.

This will be my 3rd year living in these apartments and I have went through a lot of foolishness due to multiple management. But, our new office manager is amazing. I believe that she is what we have needed as tenants. Someone that understands and can relate, but also does her job. She is very professional and proficient. Thank you, you have made living here so much better!!!

Ive been a resident at the Meadows apartments approximately 22 years this year, Ive never had any problems with the tenants or the landlords and so far Dewayne is the best! Never had problems with maintenance the staff makes sure everything gets taken care of in a timely manner. One time I had a huge spider on the outside of my apartment and the staff jumped right on top of this and had the exterminator to spray the building. I love the great customer service, they listen to anything Ive brought to their attention and even assembled my side table for me. PS. I dont know much about the internet stuff and both Camicia and Dewayne has taken out time to help on the computer. Meadows Apartments are in a great location and the atmosphere is quiet. Nearby shopping for groceries, household goods and visiting my local pharmacy is totally convenient. Meadows Apartments has flaws because it’s NOT a new structure however the New Manager Cody and All the Staff are friendly and Excellent in responding immediately to correct these Issues. I look forward to Better Days Ahead as a New Tenant.

I love this community because I can email the office staff and they answer very quickly! The complex has given us a great community to be apart of and it was way better than my experience at my previous apartments. The maintenance staff take care of your issues very quickly and Dewayne, the office manager always ensures our problems are taken care of! He always has such a great attitude when I contact him for anything. I appreciate the hospitality they have given us.

New management is AWESOME! I worked with Bianca (front desk) and Jessica (manager) they were very helpful and understanding. They had just took the property over about a week before I contacted them and I was pleased to know that they had 3 BEDROOMS!! Jessica was so knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. There is nothing worst then having a landlord or property managers who is rude or uninformed. Bianca was so polite and made sure to keep me updated.Thanks again yall!

My sons and I just moved here from Oklahoma... The rental system is totally different where Im from so it was difficult to find a good safe place when I got here. I found these apartments, called and got infomation from the lady in the front who was overly helpful! My credit score wasnt great and they still deemed me a second chance! They have all been really nice, helpful and patient! I love my apartment so does my sons and anyone who comes to visit! Ill be here for a while for sure... 5 stars for certain! ✨💛

I have been living in the meadows for over a year and i love it here. Camicia has been so amazing LITERALLY she so sweet ,kind and generous. She has been so helpful. The manager dwayne has been super amazing as well. I love the fact he take his job serious he is upfront and play no games and i respect everything about him. Today they made my son super happy his joy had me in tears. Thanks meadows for all you do. If you looking for a comfortable place to stay the meadows is it! The whole team is super dope including maintenance.

I have lived in the Meadow Apts, for 3yrs and after living in a house for 8yrs, I was very IFFY about moving to an apt. When I moved here the manager was Donna and she was great. I have always been a quiet tenant (stay to myself) and the day I met Dewayne (on my birthday), current mgr, there was an issue. He understood my concern, rectified the issue and put a smile on my face. Whenever I contact the ofc with ANY concern, he is there to listen/help.This may be an older complex, with not many amenities but I feel safe and thats what matters to me..Again THANKS, Dewayne

I moved into the Meadows back in March and any questions or concerns I’ve had was answered and explained by Lynette Johnson and staff with the upmost professionalism you could ask for by an apartment complex. I spoke with Lynette Johnson on several occasions and she has done an wonderful job explaining the online payment portal to me and made sure I understood different policies under the lease contract that we’re concerning to me. Thank you for taking the time to make sure your residents are happy and knowledgeable while residing in a Trinity MultiFamily community.
