    I have lived here for a few years and love it! Where the property lacks amenities, it makes it up in community and fantastic management. I know most of my neighbors by name, which I find very cool. Also a quiet complex.

    This apartment community is amazing, it is right by the forum but in a neighborhood and hidden. It is quite the Gem. You should check them out, their maintenance is nothing but the best!

    This place is absolutely amazing! I’ve lived here for 4 months and I don’t regret calling them when I did. I have a criminal record, 2 big dogs and one of them is a pit bull. They approved me no problem. I filed out an application for 20+ apartments and I was denied every time. I sent in my paperwork, next thing I know I moved in. The staff and maintenance are 1000/10. The ladies in the office are so nice, Dee is so helpful! The maintenance work hard to keep this place looking good. If you have a criminal record, pit bull and looking to move, I encourage you to fill out an app!The pool, laundry room and dog park are the best! The bottom floors have backyards. It’s the perfect complex!

    It’s clean and a quiet place, not much traffic, has a fenced yard for pets, and a big yard around the complex if you want to walk your dogs. Staff are nice specially the maintenance people, they’re quick to help and always checking if you need something. Lights are everywhere around at night, I usually comes home from work at midnight, I was never scared, the place is safe.

    I had a great experience at Meadows! I loved all the office staff and maintenance staff. I highly recommend living here!

    I went to see an apartment today and the leasing agent Denine was super helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and knew everything about the community. The office and community were spotless. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

    So sad to see summer weather officially gone. The pool here is AMAZING! The crew on the property are friendly. I have never had a problem to take up with them, but if I did I feel they would handle it. It is a great place to call home.

    I have dealt with the office a few times now, and have never had anything but a positive experience. Before renewing my lease I shopped around to different apartments. Suffice it to say we signed a renewal and are happily staying for another year. The price is lower than comparable units in the area. Overall I am happy living at the Meadows.

    My family and I ❤️ these apartments. The location is very quiet and you have easy access to the highway and all the shops in the Forum. Dont let the age of the apartments deter you from taking a look at what they have to offer. Neighbors are very friendly, management is attentive and maintenance is outstanding.

    In my opinion this is the best living University City has to offer. The best property manager is always so helpful and kind. Its a quiet community, and the maintenance staff is excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

    My experience living here has been nothing but wonderful. I have been here for almost a year. It’s definitely a place I can call home. The staff is friendly and always more than willing to help out. The grounds are well maintained. I recommend this community to anyone that’s looking for a place to call home in the area.

    Best management and maintenance crew Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and Ive lived in a dozen different apt. complexes. They really care about making things right. The manager Heather Webers communication skills are excellent! Had an issue with the A/C not cooling and they were backed up by one day. She explained the situation thoroughly, apologized for the small delay(before hand) and said her crew would do everything they could to get it looked at. In less than 24 hours the A/C was fixed, plus some other issues I had forgot to bring up. That is how a professionals handles a situation!

    Pet friendly community that offers private fenced patios. My fur babies and I love calling the Meadows home. The staff are incredible, and the complex is always kept nice and clean.

    This is one of the friendliest and nicest group of staff I’ve ever met. They went out of their way to show me the different units they had available and helped explain the reasoning behind the price differences making the whole process super easy and made me feel welcomed right from the start before I even signed anything!
