LOVEEE the leasing manager here. She’s very understanding explains everything perfectly,Literally came into the office in the ice to go over my lease, explaining everything in the lease piece by piece her attitude and vibe alone made me sign my lease. The apartments are beautiful and quiet. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. Signed my lease today and can’t wait to get settled in🫶🏾

The process for applying was smooth and the apartment manager is amazing!!!! She showed us the cutest little apartment that was perfect. I would give 6 starts if I could!

Poncie and crew are amazing and have been extremely helpful with anything and everything I’ve encountered while living here the past five years. Very understanding and quick to address maintenance requests (which isn’t too common to need). Never had a bad experience with this staff and look forward to continuing my resident relationship with them. Thank you all for everything you do as it makes for a very pleasant and stress free experience.

This is the cutest boutique community! I love the fact that it has townhomes! It’s so hard to find townhomes now. Poncie is so helpful and Max is alway willing to help.

I have been living in Meadow Green Apartment/Homes for 7/8 years to present and there have been some ups/downs just like every other Apartment Complexes. The Manager is very Professional, Respectful, and Helpful. The maintenance on the apartments is good. The apartment/homes have been upgraded from the time I moved in and they are nice. I also like the fact that the apartment complex is not large, its like the size of a Motel/Extended Stay Complex. And a Good location. Im truly satisfied. check them out.

Love Love Love Poncie! She has been amazing through the whole process! I applied and she called me within two hours. Also love the apartment, renovated with a few splashes of 80s build (which I love), and spacious! Thanks Poncie!!!Update: you do have to register your car and have visitors register as well.

Beautiful apartments, very comfortable and location is perfect for my needs. Poncie was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful showing me around and getting me set up with a place to live. If I could give her 10 out of 5 stars I would and am so grateful for all she did for me. Definitely will recommend her and this apartment complex to friends.

The manager Ponce Lewallen was so fantastic in helping me find a new home. She recognized that I was someone hurting over an incident that has caused me to relocate and her sensitivity and compassion was so impressive. She loves people she and she is a servant leader.

I moved here July 1, 2017 and have regretted that decision everyday since then. I was getting ready to break my lease, with good reason, when corporate sent new management & maintenance. Victor & Joe realize that as long as I pay rent, my apartment needs should be met no questions asked. They fix everything and are more than professional. You do not have to follow up with them. As long as they are here Ill stay. They have only been here 5 days and have done more than what got done in 2 years. Without them Meadow Green Apartments gets a -10 rating.

I just want to start off by staying how wonderful Rhonda the manager and Chris our maintenance man are. They’re both extremely helpful and quick to take care of any needs or emergencies we might have.I also love our home, I love the floor plan and having such a large space.Thank you Meadowgreen for helping make this a wonderful home for my family!

Lived in Meadow Green Apts for 2yrs and was having a few problems out of the manager (Jessica) and couldnt get any help out of the corporate (Donna) with a couple of issuse to make a long story short i ended up meeting a young man by the name of Victor Mcmiller and he was GREAT we need more people like him that really cares about their tenants instead of just accepting the monthly rent!! I want to personal THANK YOU VICTOR for just listening to me.
