I recently leased an apartment here and was pleasantly surprised by the great customer care I received. I go to school across the street so had been looking at them for a while, they are not the greatest looking or newest apartments in the world, but for the price you cant beat them. From all of my visits to the leasing office I noticed it was always hit or miss catching someone working, that was until recently I met Maria. She is awesome, and is consistently in the office, and when she isnt, she replies to her text and calls really fast. I know a lot of the complaints on other reviews are valid but, I dont think most of them apply here anymore. If you meet Maria you will understand why she is so great.

I visited this community because Im moving this summer. The manager of the complex Maria was very helpful. She answered my questions about the surrounding neighborhood, my concerns about safety, and if the neighbors were noise compliant. Maria assured me that I would be very happy with the community environment. I left my name and number with her and she promised to call me as soon as something came available during the time of my move date. I would definitely recommend McCart apartments to my family and friends. The manager Maria sold me on this community with her professional attitude and her light-hearted manner. Talking with her was like speaking with a good friend.

Ive lived in these apartments for almost 4 years now. They are very affordable, especially considering that they are all-bills-paid and in a great location. TCU is just across the street, theyre close to the major highways, and its a safe neighborhood. The office manager Valerie is very professional and works very hard to make sure that the property is at high standards. Tony, the maintenance man is efficient and friendly. My neighbors are quiet and the apartments are pet friendly. I would recommend living here!

I enjoyed the visit. The apartment I toured was very clean and tidy, and the grounds were very well kept. The manager of the apartments, Maria was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area, and seems to care for her tenants. Looking forward to moving in.

Nice place to live very clean and friendly place. The Property Manager Maricella was so helpful and friendly since the minute I walked in to the office. I will definitely recommend my family and friends!! Overall pretty good property.

This property is the prefect size for me. The manager was very nice. Unfortunately they do not have any 2 bedroom available at this time. I wish they did! I will call back in a few weeks hoping that has changed. Great place!

Very affordable all bills paid comcommunity .I spoke with Maria the officeoffice manager. She is very nice and seemed to know her residents really well .These apartments though older are well kept and fit my budget .I would recommend this place toto my friends .

I enjoy living at these apartments because it is nice and the neighbors are friendly people, which makes it more worthy to live hereAlso any maintenance problems Ive had were quickly resolved within 48 hrs
