I moved in about two weeks ago and I absolutely love it! I have a dog so it’s very nice and convenient having the park right across the street to take him on walks. I put in a maintenance request one day and they were there within a few hours to work on the problems. All new flooring, paint and gorgeous backsplash in the kitchen. Super nice people! Highly recommend!!!

I just moved in around a week ago.The manager from the office was kind and helpful. Everything was fast and easy. The area is nice and quiet. Apartment is so nice, clean and tidy I love the new appliances. I got a welcome surprise gift box when I moved in that was so kind. Thank you so much Maxeypark Apartments. Good job! I strongly recommend this place everyone who want to live in a really good place. Thank you again

We are new to Lubbock and we had been looking for a place and we finally find this great place next to the park ,I ’m completely in love with our new place. We moved in to our 3 bedroom apartment the place is completely remodeled. Management has been super attentive and helpful Taylor has been Amazing 😊 So glad we were able to move in to the appointments.
