This apartment truly exceeded my expectations. The interior is modern and stylish, with a spacious layout that makes it feel very open and comfortable. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool area, and a cozy common lounge. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any issues. Plus, the location is perfect—close to shopping, dining, and public transportation. Overall, its a fantastic place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home!

Maverick Place pleasantly surprised me due to the affordability and how well these apartments seem to be managed, and the amenities they offer. Sometimes, more like lot of the times, cheaper does not equal better. But after speaking with Kharia and taking a tour with Eduardo, my expectations on Maverick Place were wrong. Definitely considering this in the case my future takes me to UTA.

Looking for apartments in the area, and google showed that Maverick Place is one of the top choices in the area.. however after reading reviews I had my expectations lowered and to be honest they were worrisome, however after talking to Eduardo on the phone, and touring the property with Danyelle, wow this crew is really on top of it. The amenities of the clubhouse, gym, pool and courtyard, offered at significantly lowered rates than competitors! SAY LESSreviews complain about dirty hallways however I saw none of that. I will definitely consider Maverick place for my future housing

As I plan to graduate high school soon, I’m debating on whether to stay on campus with student living (dorms) or at apartments in the nearby area, the issue with dorms is I’m not sure if I can share a room with someone, and options at UTA for apartment style dorms can be up to 8,000 per academic year (August-May) avg $800 a monthHowever Maverick place has options for less than $800 a low as $695 a month.Def considering this option for my future housing needs!

Been here two years starting my third year lease. Very safe community.Room mates have their own bed/bath area with locked key access; they do share kitchen living room pantry and laundry areas and cabinets for storage.Most room mates try to be respectful and courteous, but the office does offer to help resolve minor issues.Front doors and balcony doors have a deadbolt.The office personnel are friendly and helpful. The office is usually open daily. The maintenance team will promptly attend to all reported issues.The parking area is gated and security patrols the area daily. They offer limited assigned covered parking at a reasonable fee.Must have key card to enter property after business hours.The pool is always clean. They have a 24/7 fitness room, and offer free coffee in the activity room.They have residential events several times per year and give away prizes and food.Terminex sprays for bugs routinely (weekly) and as needed, so all units remain virtually pest free.I have never had an electric bill higher than 15.00 bucks and the rent is very affordable which can be split into bi-monthly payments.The complex is usually quiet and the Arlington PD/fire/ems have about an under 5 minute response time on 911 calls. The hospital is only two miles away.UTA is about 1 mile away. There are hundreds of fast food, stores and a huge mall within 5 miles radius. There is also a bus that takes people to many popular locations, several times per hour.They have a pet area that is kept nice too. The grounds are kept mowed.The elevator is about 99% operational, and is usually fixed quickly if an outage happens.Cable and wifi is free too. Amazon deliveries come to a secure drop box room in the main office.The owners do a good job keeping the complex well maintained and safe.Maverick Place is an exceptional value that I highly recommend.

I recently moved into the Mavericks Place Apartments and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The process of inquiring and moving in was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the amazing staff who were always available to answer my questions and assist me with anything I needed. They were friendly, courteous, and professional throughout the whole process!The person who stood out the most to me was Danielle, who went above and beyond to help me move-in. Very communicative and welcoming! She made me feel like I was part of the community from day one.The apartments themselves are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. They have all the amenities and features that I was looking for, such as a washer and dryer, built in microwave, a walk-in closet. The location is also convenient, as it is close to the campus, dining, entertainment, and transportation services!Very pleased !

The service provided was top tier, and never left me waiting more than 5 minutes for any responses, since we spoke through text messages, the service provide had more than just quick responses but detailed ones too; my questions were answered and as it being my first time doing this all my questions felt valid. I like it here. My apartment is very nice, I own a 2x2 and I like how spacious my room and bathroom is. I love my walk in closet, I have a lot of clothes but I still have yet to fill it up. Means more shopping! Everything in the kitchen works I’ve had no problems other than one lightbulb but we filled out a maintenance form and they fixed it the next day.

I’ve been living at these apartments for about 5 months now and I really like living here. The rates are some of the cheapest compared to other apartments and it’s so close to the campus. The gates and doors lock so I feel safer and more comfortable living here. The 4x4 have a pretty spacious kitchen and living area who’s is super nice. The staff is nice and helpful when i’ve had questions or concerns. The only thing is that the hallways can get a little gross with spills or anything that but other that I have no complaints!

Ive really had a good time living here. Theyve the cheapest rates around UTA and the facilities provided are good for the money you pay. The staff are very helpful and they organise a lot of events for the residents. They also provide free food for the residents(as events). Some of the reviews are pretty critical but I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Throughout the pandemic they have been super safe too.

Mav place is one of the most laid back apartment complexes I’ve lived in. I’ve never had any issues with anything in my apartment except for the batteries went out in my fire alarm. They had it fixed immediately and he also fixed a cabinet that was the slightest bit wonky while he was there. The management and maintenance crew have helped me out many times. Including walking me up the stairs when I got out of the hospital which I thought was very sweet. Love living here and my only complaint is the elevator because sometimes it is really needed like when you just returned from the hospital but regardless they still made sure I made it safely up the stairs. :)

Overall, this complex is a good place to reside in. This is my second year and I am still enjoying it. The management and maintenance team take care of any of my issues that I report. Several of my friends have told me horror stories of the other apartment complexes around Arlington. What is preventing me from giving it a 5 star rating is the fitness center. I was excited that the amenities reopened but noticed that the Glo room attached to the fitness center has been locked for a couple of weeks. I worked out in that room all the time last year, enjoying the privacy, and was excited to workout there outside of the management hours of availability. I am hoping it would open again because I know others have used that room when it was available.

I’ve been here since August and have never seen anything like Maverick Place. Great rates. Helpful staff, great community. No complaints here but I do have one suggestion. Rain mats at the stairwells and entrances. The last week that it consistently rained, the stairs were completely wet and the hallways all throughout the building, away from any window or stairwells, covered with water. I saw people falling down the stairs and slipping in the halls every day that week. Huge safety hazard. Other than that. I love the building and have already signed for another year.

I am a resident here at Maverick Place and I love it. The location of the apartments are very close to campus and the campus shuttle that picks up and drops off right on campus is very beneficial. The staff here is very nice and friendly as well. Justin, one of the front office members, is always so kind and friendly and is always going above and beyond to make sure all the residents are accommodated too. I am very happy I choose the Maverick Place!

I lived in mavericks place for almost a year (2 Semesters). I had a good stay there. I was lucky to have good and understanding roommates. I enjoyed the place with its pool and work out place. The apartment has huge space for visitors parking and those spaces are occupied only on Friday or Saturday nights (party place). I did read bad reviews about the place and was scared to approach but I personally did not face any problems at the apartment. The Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I liked the clubhouse very much because its well equipped with a pool table, 24 hr coffee, tv, etc. I enjoy sitting by the pool or using the club house late nights (its empty so you get the whole place to yourself most often).This place is a best fit for new students who likes to live an exciting campus life.

I personally have lived here for going on 6 to 7 months and I have nothing negative to say. The management knows how to be professional and handle their business. If I have anything wrong with my apartment, talking to them will get it fixed within a reasonable amount of time. In my opinion, I get the best value for my money paid at Mavs Place also compared to the others. I live in a 4 bedroom, have my own bathroom, a washer and drier,a full kitchen with a dishwasher, and all I have to pay is an electricity bill if we go over our 100 dollars cap.Therefore, I personally am enjoying my stay and have already renewed my lease.

I would give this apartment 5 stars, but there is one thing that annoys me more than anything. For the last three years, the elevator has worked for less than 1 year. For me, I guess that’s a plus tho, since I need the exercise. However, there is one saving grace for this apartment complex, and that is the leasing office staff. Very friendly people who are always very nice and respectful. Specifically, I’m talking about Justin. Tomorrow and Toriq are amazing as well, but the connection I’ve established with Justin has made me feel more comfortable when I have a problem and need to speak with someone. He’s always willing to help. In addition, I would give this place 5 stars, if it wasn’t for Justin calling me “Robert” one time. I will never forgive that. My name is Matthew. Overall, great place.

Im a student here and i live here with my 3 friends. it is like any normal student apartment. it was crunchy when we moved in but they came and cleaned it and i havent had any problems. its pretty big for what i pay. room set up is a little weird but my bathroom is huge and there is a lot of kitchen space.

Maverick Place has definitely improved over the past two years that I have lived here. The staff is super friendly, and really cares to connect with residents even in the midst of a pandemic. Also apartments are one of the cheapest in the area! The cons to this apartment is there is always something in the hallways such as; smell of weed, dog poop, vomit, someones drink, and trash. The mavericks place team has done a good job with cleaning up behind those that are not following the guidelines set by the apartment. They also send emails out reminding residents of those guidelines if it becomes a problem! If I wasnt moving to D.C. I was consider staying.

Not a bad place to live if you go to UTA. The prices are better than many other apartments around campus. Maintenance is quick to come around when a work order is put in. Wouldnt really recommend it if you have dogs since the rooms are very small they wont have much freedom to walk around. Visitor parking is always packed but if your visitors park elsewhere they will get towed. Theres always tow trucks driving around at night.

The maintenance man, Manny, is so thorough and caring! He is great at his job and comes to fix mishaps asap. Ive enjoyed having my own space and the roommates that I was assigned are pretty cool. I love the actual unit because its warm and homey unlike some other student apartments. The clubhouse and fitness center are pretty dope too!

Ive lived here for a while now and I feel as if I can give a fair review for those afraid to move in due to bad reviews.Move-in:•The move in process was ran beautifully. It was organized and everything was in order. The staff were extremely nice and I felt welcomed.The room:I chose to stay in the 4 Bedroom 4 Bath apartment. It is $595 a month and it comes with your electric bill, water bill, and internet/cable. The apartment is fully furnished with a complete kitchen, sofas in the living room, and a washer and dryer. The bedroom is also furnished with a bed and desk. The bed is full sized and feels like a dorm bed (sucks lol). It is decently sized with a full walk in closet. There is also a private bathroom in my room. The water pressure sucks but its doable. Overall I feel like Im getting the space I need and I got lucky on roommates.Atmosphere:Its a college apartment so there is parties. The parties that I have experienced (I mean listened to while in bed) have been moderate. They do not last all night and as the night goes it they get quieter. There is trash and beer cans in the morning after but by the afternoon it is clean.Parking:I personally have never had an issue parking nor have my guests.Overall:Ill give this apartment a 4/5 star. It is close to UTA but a little pricy. I have had a great experience so far. I wanted to give this review because I was afraid to move in due to the bad reviews but it is not as bad as the reviews make it out to be.EDIT: After living here for 5 months I can give a better review. I have loved my time here so far. The staff has been nothing but kind and accommodating to me since I moved in. I feel like they truly matched me with roommates who are EXACTLY like me (meaning I rarely see them lol) My room has been great. No plumbing issues or mold. The rent has Not raised like other reviewers have stated.Overall after 5 months: DO NOT BE AFRAID TO LIVE HERE BASED OFF THE REVIEWS. Your stay is what you make of it. I do think the rent is a bit pricey but you get a lot of privacy.

Second year staying here and I enjoy it a lot. Theyre quick with maintenance request and always has some cool events going on for those staying here. The amenities such as their gym and clubhouse are really cool too.

I genuinely appreciate living at Mavs place. From Manny the efficient maintenance man, to Justin the delightful leasing coordinator, and the dapper Alex I met today in charge of student relations, I feel safe and well taken care of coming back to an apartment as well managed as this one at the end of the day.The spacious floor plan, price, and amenities, are what brought me here, but its the people that made me want to stay.

As for the leasing office workers, they are the best! Everyone is so eager to help and always has a smile on their face:)

They are extremely helpful, I accidentally got locked out of my apartment bedroom after hours and with a quick text someone came within ten minutes and unlocked the door for me. I’ve had nothing but a good experience so far. The staff are attentive and helpful!

If you are looking to raise a family and want the whole nine then dont move in this place. This place is truely for college students looking for affordable housing in a expensive downtown Arlington area. It is great place for recent graduates to live and save money while planning your next move.I personally work and go to school, so I rarely have time to just sit and relax at home. Im always on the go. When I come back at night I do smell weed or alcohol but it is a college housing full of college student. Even the dorms you would find that same smell. I personally dont do it but I dont mind it because I understand in a college environment you will find that sort of stuff.The staff does their best to put on events for the residents and if you have a issue the maintenance guys are always close by so you can always ask them for some help.. They are friendly staff and try hard,Parking is not bad, you may have walk, but walking never hurt anyone. Some of yall need to park and at least get those extra steps in. You could pay extra $10 I believe for cover parking. Save your money and walk you will be a.o.kThis college housing for the right price. It is an amazing, because when I did my research I found I would be paying at-least twice as much to live in my own place. Most of my time is spend in the class or in the library and or in the gym. So I only come home to cook and sleep and eat if i have time.If you are looking for place not to pay a stupid high rent to shower, sleep, store clothes, and cook while getting your degree from UTA, sign the lease, and pay your rent , and get your degree.

Looking forward to moving in. Looks like an amazing place for students. Very close to campus. Shuttle bus to campus picks up students right outside the apartment. Rutaba was very kind and provided the necessary knowledge to help me with the leasing process.

Close to UTA, amazing wired connection for your computer, and plenty of living/common space. They also do lots of things with the residents where they may win prizes. Pool is in good shape. Only thing that’d be better is if the hot tub actually could get hot instead of just warm.

Rooms are smaller than the model rooms shown, closet is weirdly split in two? Maintenance requests havent been fulfilled its been a month now, elevator hasnt worked for about that long, gate codes dont work either so you have to take the stairs all the way down and let your guests/doordashers/ubereats in (who might get towed because those trucks are always ready to catch you) but hey rent is cheapest ive seen in the area and close to uta

I moved into Mavs Place last semester for my sophomore year at UTA. The beginning was a little rough due to getting adjusted to parking, visitors at the neighbors apt, etc. I understand some of what the other reviewers were talking about, but some stuff I ahve never experienced like break ins/ theft. As of now, I really do enjoy living here. They have some new managers as of a couple of months ago and seem to ahve everything for the most part under control. The apts are less noisy and they do a lot of social stuff with food in the clubhouse. Currently, I have no complaints and plan on staying here another year.

I just moved in and I am liking this place already as a student. It is peaceful and the staff are great. I especially like Rutaba from the main office, she is very helpful. Also, you get to know new people which is a plus.
