    Ms Nereida was quite awesome with customer service, walking me to two units, explaining the expectations and environment. I really felt sold to both. I decided I should go sit down and think whether to take a studio or 1 bedroom. Her service is an incentive to come back.

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Trisha, a leasing agent at these apartments. I couldnt be more impressed with her level of professionalism and dedication to customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect apartment to fit my needs, taking the time to listen to my requirements and preferences and showing me a range of options. She was knowledgeable about the community and amenities, and made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. Overall, my experience with Trisha was fantastic, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new place to call home in the area.

    I had no business at the Mateo Apartments home, except picking up my coworker, on the day he happened to be paying rent. I accompanied him to the leasing office. That’s where I met Trisha I lovely young lady, who quickly made it clear that she is passionate about her position and the community that she serves. She was quick, efficient, and the content of her conversation was meaningful. She provided the type of customer service that leaves an impression. I left feeling better then when I walked in.

    Jennifer in the office is very rude and has very poor Customer Service skills i was initially going to give a 1star Review but I called again and spoke with the very lovely Rosa who gave me the most respectable customer service experience that I decided against it. Jennifer has some real attitude issues. Lorena the assistant manager also was very lovely and respectful towards my concerns Happy to know there are people in the office who care about the residents. Thank You for assisting me with my concerns I really appreciate it.

    One of the highlights of this apartments has to be the front office staff in charge of the customer service! 10/10 has of recently…I use to avoid going into the Office with any issues or concerns because some of the old staff was really un profesional and very rude from the moment you walked in but the new staff are literally night and day difference! From the moment I walked in they acknowledged my presence and even though they were all busy attending the needs of other tenants there they made sure to communicate with me that they would be with me as soon as possible. All of this while considering I walked in 5minutes before closing time they told me to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly and sure enough didn’t take long till I was attended to and my issue resolved with efficiency and professionalism I had never seen here before. The girls at the front are really an asset to your building and definitely made me feel respected and like my issues were a priority not just another issue on a to do list. Coco, Jennifer and Trisha! If you walk in and any of them are working you are in good hands and they will go above and beyond to make sure you issues are taken care of in a promptly and efficient matter. Thank You so much for your help

    I looked at Mateo and submitted the application and was approved. I was also approved at another complex near by.I accepted the other complex, but just wanted to stop to give praise for Trisha. She was very patient with me and my questions (I had some specifics)I only accepted the other place because of the location to my work. But this place looks like a great spot to live.If you’re looking here, hopefully you get Trisha to guide you. Top notch communication given the circumstances of them renovating their leasing office.Thanks again Trisha!

    Management is amazing! Husband and I had a great experience when we came in for a tour. The place looks amazing and has such great amenities. Lasette from the leasing office has made our experience applying for our first apartment amazing. She has been the biggest help during our application process. Looking forward to moving in soon☺️

    I have found my new home with Mateo Apartment Homes and happy to say I am now a resident. My experience with shopping for a new place with them was one of the most pleasant visits ever. Elsa was my leasing agent and I must say she was great, and to add on to it the unit I chose has been renovated with a affordable price. If youre looking for a great place to call home I would highly recommend this property. The staff is great. Thank you Elsa !!!!!!!

    The property is beautiful! I have a family member who moved to this property last year and she always says how much she loves their staff. I’ve heard her speak directly to “Jay” numerous times and his professionalism and willingness to resolve her issue was beyond the call of service. Which is very rare these days!!! This prompted me to inquire about their availability. Very excited about receiving more information about this location.

    Trisha was so nice and amazing! I was already stressed out by the millions of other apartments i was looking at. She helped narrow down a couple of units that fit to what I needed. The units were nice and very cozy, perfect place for a first apartment.

    The new management is the best ..out of all the management that have come and gone. Then my Leasing agent and the go-to person Ms. Lupe is everything to everyone. Right from the first day I met her she has displayed the best professional attitude you will want to receive from a working environment such as this. Cool, calm and ready always to assist anyone that come through the office door. I have lived here going to about 7 years so when am writing this l know that this time the new management got it right with the management they have in place. Then I met Jay and I gave up, yes this team will take the community to a new level in City Arlington. Jay God bless you and welcome here, your both of you and simply the best.Thanks for your assistance everything to help everyone enjoy their stay in this community.The environment is clean, trash is removed on time and the painting is so fresh manager are really nice to speak to .     We finally have been blessed with a magnificent Property Manager who is professional, apathetic, patient and seriously tries to provide solutions to tenant issues and overall community concerns. Most importantly, shes proactive and dynamic in creating positive change in this community.Ive lived in this community for over 5 years and dealt with unresolved issues and concerns with various property management companies who proposed to act and just stay dormant and stagnant.Great things are happening here at Mateo Apartment Homes.Give them the opportunity to show you that their team are set listen and create a game plan, in quiet enjoyment.

    I searched and searched for apartments and this one is the only one that had everything I really wanted, and for a good price. The floor plan I wanted was really hard to get and Elsa did such an amazing job helping me get into one, knowing how fast I needed a place a to move in to. Moved in a little over a week ago and I have no complaints!

    I would like to just say thank you to the Head Manager Sisai Sanchez and to Diania Zamudil for doing such a great job doing this Pandemic and the Winter Storms we had here in Texas. The Head Manager did far and beyond her duties. She would send out massages to the residents up dating us on what was going on in our apartments. She was up at late night hours contacting the electric company over our area we lived in to let them know we were without power and that she was concerned about our well being. She also left the open door for anyone to email her at that time to let her know if we had any question or if she could help us in anyway to let her know. Ms. Sisai Sanchez has always been very professional and caring to the residents she has a way of letting people feel how passionate she is about her job. In her well doing her staff also reflects the same approach that Ms. Sisai Sanchez display in the office as a manager that care about the residents of Villas of Arlington. My God bless you and your staff for you integrity in support at our times of need! Thank you again Ms. Nena Horsley !!!!!!

    Let me use this medium to appreciate Villas of Arlington for the great restructuring they have been doing.My family and I has been living in this Appartment for 8 years, we have seen different Appartment managers come and go.I must confess to the management of Villas of Arlington that the present Apartment Manager IS THE BEST manager since this building was established for the following reasons:1. The whole building has undergone a clean, professional white paint2. All repairs needed in all apartments have been done on time3. For the first time, the swimming pool is undergoing serious clean up4. All the environments in the building are very clean5. All her maintenance managers does professional repairs6. All staff working under her picks phone calls on time, with great public relations and hospitality. Respect, ensuring mask wearing, hand washing and social distancing7. Paintings are being done on car parks, wall fences8. She ensured there is 24hours tight security round the clock...for the people and their properties9. She also ensure all the roads are motorable, no pot holes and beautiful pedestrian gates are put in place.ALL MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND EVERYONE IS SAYING NOW TO THE MANAGEMENT IS: RETAIN THIS CURRENT APARTMENT MANAGER IN THE BUILDING(DONT RELOCATE HER); INCREASE HER SALARY, PROMOTE HER...She deserves the best because she is the best.....
