    Excellent place to live. pool is always clean, no issues with crime at all. The office staff and manager Mrs. Mona is an absolute treasure in our little community.... she is very nice and always polite. The kids are always supervised and now we even enjoy dog walking stations and a pleasant BBQ and grilling area. Well be here for a long time I can assure that. Tell them Steven kinyk sent you and get $1000 off first months rent !!!! dont miss out on living in this amazing community.

    I am a resident here, the property is pretty quiet and safe. No craziness over all I am good. Maria has really great bedside manners. I am confident that whenever send a work order in or let her know something needs attention, she is make sure its taken care of. Maria has a really good attitude and very friendly.

    I am a new resident at Marshall. I looked at several new properties in Balch Springs. The moment I walked into the leasing office and was greeted by Maria I immediately felt at home. Maria and the maintenance crew made my move a success and worry free.

    The customer service was outstanding, and The Marshall was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Maria and Vicki.They went above and beyond to help me with my move in date. I was very impressed with the quality of my apartment!     The appartments look amazing, they are renovated and spacious! Mona you are such an amazing person and from the bottom of my heart, thank you! You made everything so simple, something that can be so stressful as moving didnt feel that way at all. Also thank you Lakethia for helping us and explaining all the details you are doing an amazing job!

    I moved in urgency and Ms. Ramona stayed on top of things. Communicated very well. Was very sweet, understanding and professional. I am glad to call PIONEER PARK my new home.

    LOVE! LOVE ! Living here! I have been living here 6 + years, and Ill be the first to admit when I first moved in I wasnt impressed but I was just divorced and needed a decent place that I could afford. I moved into a one bedroom , along with my mom and stayed in that apartment until about 3 years ago ..we made the move to a two bedroom apartment and we had lost our apartment manager at that time . Jackie came to the apartments and its the best decision ever made. I asked her if we could move into a 2 bedroom and she informed me that she was making big changes here BOY did she deliver as promised. She was making changes , so therefore we got brand new carpet, new paint, new linoleum floors, kitchen appliances, and some more upgrades that I know Im leaving out .The bedrooms are enormous , and bathrooms are both full bathrooms. The maintenance man is always prompt , and whenever I have a problem , its usually solved before I get home from work. He maintains the property to very high standards and he gets to know the people here. We are all close neighbors and Jackie even has garage sales here, meet and greet of Balch Springs Police, and genuinely cares about ALL of her tenants here. She started a newsletter, and is always canvasing the property for any wrong doing , and I think thats a lot of the reason ,we feel safe and sound here. Jackie and Ruben are an AWESOME team , Im not really crazy about apartment living, BUT I would definitely give this place a 5 STAR rating - OOPS I already did !!!

    This is my Second time living at Pioneer Park Place Apartments.The manager here is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Even though this is an older complex it is very well maintained. The management here bends over backwards to get things taken care of in a timely manner.The grounds are kept clean and well manicured.Good management,good neighbors and a quiet atmosphere, what more could you ask for ?

    I love living here are manager Mona is always on top of things always see her out on the property either helping with pool or even picking up trash she may see on the ground shes a great person always helping in anyway she can iv been here for 4 years and we love it neighbors we have are the best best choice we have made to live

    Love my 2 bdrm Apt.....moving in on 3/1 cant wait. Veronica is very nice and helpful she made my experience comfortable. Love her.....Love her! I highly recommend.
