Casa was wonderful and very friendly and helpful. And so was Bianca when I dealt with her. I moved into an impeccable clean apartment. The whole process since the start was an awesome experience. It is also very clean and neat all over the apartment complex. I only had a positive experience so far with no complaints.

When I found a leak in my tub, I made a maintenance request and someone came that day. It was too late to the work but they showed up early the next day and worked all day to get it completed.

Ive been here for a few months and -love- it here. I havent had a maintenance or bug issue yet. The apartment is well insulated and keeps pretty cool even on the sweltering summer heat days. Its quiet, peaceful, residents and staff friendly and near so many necessities. Plus its a short drive to Addison, Plano, Koreatown and such.Finding vacancies might be difficult but worth seeking once you do.I really hope to stay here for a long time.

I’ve lived here for almost 6 years and I’m pleased with the office staff. Evelyn is awesome! And maintenance staff is the absolute best! When you put in a maintenance request they are typically on it within 24 hrs. They don’t allow garbage to remain around the dumpsters even though some tenants can’t manage to get their trash inside the dumpster. The thing I like the most is no stray cats or dogs off leash. I’m glad I moved here.

Ive been living here for roughly 17 years in various apartments. The office staff is very friendly and always helpful. Maintenance is always quick to take care of any repairs thats needed. Im signing a new lease so obviously I dont have any issues, unless its neighbors who like to trample up the stairs but hey its apartment life youre either getting loud or quiet neighbors. You learn to live with it. The great part about it is while renewing my new lease they dont go up hundreds of dollars as Ive heard other apartments do. So on that note, Ill be here another 15 months. :)

I love Marsh Highland Apartments. Great and fast repair response, friendly staff and decent rent for the area. I thought about moving when my rent went up because lets face it, rent is HIGH. But honestly, for the size of my apartment, I couldnt find anything less expensive. I love that the 1st floor patios have tall privacy fences and grounds are always beautiful. Our Manager is also very kind and that is hard to find! Ive lived here almost 11 years and will continue to do so for a long time to come!

Professional as best as it can ever get!!! 💜Being a single mother leaving an abusive relationship, everyone at Marsh Highlands has made moving in not only professional at the highest echelon, but also the most heartfelt experience I’ve ever had. The staff is the most amazing people I’ve ever interacted with. They were kind, and I said before the most professional. My mother has lived here for years and always speaks highly of everyone. Maintenance staff is always on their game keeping the property gorgeous including the pool which is always a peaceful haven for my family. This is the first community that I have lived in that is super to say lease. Thank you everyone at Marsh Highland for making our apartment not just a place to live, but the most amazing home 💜💜

I have lived at Marsh Highland over 10 years and the office staff and maintenance have always been polite and quick to respond to any requests. Plus the grounds are well kept. This is an older complex but it is maintained better than other complexes in the area.

We’ve been here for 6.5 years and absolutely love it! Everyone in the leasing office is phenomenal. Maintenance request are always handled super quick and the guys are all super nice. WE LOVE MARSH HIGHLAND APARTMENTS!!!

This community is by far 1 of the best in Carrollton. I have lived here twice, different managers, which both are awesome in my book. The 1st time, I was there for 2 1/2 years, the 2nd time, I was there for 5 years. The only reason I moved the first time was to keep my daughter in Newman Smith until she graduated. I didnt realize we were not in the zone at the time we moved in. She only had 2 years to go. Right after graduation, I moved right back to Marsh Highland. The only reason I moved the 2nd time is that life is taking me on a new journey. This community is small, which is one of the things I love about it, well maintained, quiet, and the management and maintenance staff are phenomenal. Maintenance was always there the day of when the request was put in. I never had an issue with things getting fixed. I just cant say enough about Marsh Highland, and if I ever decide to come back to the area or life points me back in this direction, hands down, I will return to this community. They are the best!!!!

I have lived here for 3+ years and I could not have found a better apartment. My neighbors are great also. Kudos to management!!! I have not lived in an apartment where maintenance is key and when things need replacing, there is no hesitation. So if you are looking for a home in an apartment, then Marsh Highland is the place where you are respected, heard and appreciated. I so appreciate Jade and Evelyn. for all they do!

I’ve lived in apartments a big chunk of my life, and this is the best one by far. No crazy neighbors, no random charges at the end of the month. Great leasing office, and maintenance that are friendly and fast. Miss Evelyn is the best! Just signed for another year and couldn’t be happier.

We have been living here for almost a year now, we have lived in several apartments here in Carrollton and these have been my favorite. Its quiet, safe, and even though the recent construction and repairs theyve been doing have been a little annoying its to make the property better. Its a good location not too far from Addison, plano or dallas, and literally across the gym!
