Living at Marquis Parkside in Austin has been an absolute dream! From the moment I moved in, I knew I had found my perfect home. The staff here is so welcoming, and the management team is truly top-notch—responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents.I do have to tip my hat off to the maintenance crew. The common areas are spotless, and you can really tell that the team here goes above and beyond to maintain everything. Back during the freeze our heater went out during the night. We then called the after hours number and Kevin C showed up with in minutes (it felt like) and had us up and running in no time.The apartments themselves are spacious and modern, with plenty of natural light. The walls are not soundproof but rarely do I ever hear my neighbors, which is a huge plus! Plus.Another highlight is the location—conveniently close to everything you need. You are near 35 but not close enough to hear the highway noice.Overall, Marquis Parkside, has exceeded all my expectations. Its rare to find such a combination, and I couldnt be happier with my decision to call this place home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic living experience!

I absolutely love living at Marquis Parkside in Austin! The staff here are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. I’ve been here for 3 months and love it!! It’s well kept up and the staff is so friendly. They repainted the buildings so the curbside appeal is also great. The few maintenance requests I had to put in when I first moved in were fixed the same day. I work in the domain and it is only a ~9 minute commute. Would recommend to all of my friends.

It has been nice living here. First of all the location is great because it’s near so many convenient stores and near I-35 and mopac. The gym has a good amount of space to workout and has a beautiful view of the pool! Any maintenance issues has always been fixed promptly and efficiently. The only reason that I don’t give five stars is because the gates are still not working. When I moved in the gates worked well and now they are wide open and anyone can drive or walk in. It does not have the same feeling as before.

Beautiful apartment and very responsive when there are any issues. Maintenance usually shows up within 24 hours anytime theres an issue.The ONLY reason Im placing 4 stars instead of 5 is the back gate of the complex keeps breaking but they want to keep it closed. Its made me late to work several times having to drive around because I cant leave the back gate when I need to.

I deleted my previous review when I was only a few months in, as it was made in a fit of anger after getting my truck vandalized ( it could happen anywhere). Half the complaints about this place have never truly lived in a bad apartment. It is worth it here, the amenities and the staff are always helpful. I love this place a lot and it feels just like paradise, and I will happily advocate for it to anyone who has questions. Thank you guys over in the leasing office (clubhouse ) I’m sorry if I’ve ever been a problem as well 🫶🏾

I was a resident at this apartment complex from July 2022 - July 2023. I chose the complex due to its very convenient location and nice look.Firstly, if you are planning to rent an apartment close to the pool, be aware of some residents might be very noisy. The rule says not to use pool after 10 pm but nobody cares about it. I had to call the police twice after weekday midnight to stop some neighbors having a pool party. I hope the new management is more willing to solve this issue.I had issue about closing my electricity when I left the apartment had so many issues with backbilling. It was not easy to get on the same page with the property managers, we finally found a way to solve it. I guess there are some changes in the personnel and the new manager is more willing to understand the residents concerns.The reason I am giving 4 stars is how the new community manager is willing to take care of the residents issues.

We are thrilled to soon call this condominium my home! Ryleigh Mongiello have been incredibly helpful and attentive during the leasing process. Her passion for the community is evident. Ryleigh was patient and attentive to us. We speak and understand English poorly, but this did not stop Ryleigh from helping us when choosing an apartment and subsequently drawing up a rental agreement. Ryleigh was so helpful upon move in and helped get things squared away. She really went above and beyond to help us get approved and moved in. She is by far the most valuable employee of this condominium. I think that catches everything.We hope we enjoy living here!

As I look to relocate due to my job, I want to mention how great of an experience I’ve had living at Marquis Parkside. This complex has been a fantastic place to live. Shannon, Robert, and the MP team are great to work with. Overall, each building, along with the grounds are very well cared for. The management team are beyond helpful and responsive if anything needs to be addressed. The community is super friendly, and maintenance does a tremendous job of making you feel assured that your needs will be addressed quickly and efficiently if anything needs to be fixed. Thank you all for a great living experience; I will 100% recommend this complex if anyone I know or come across is looking for a place to live up North.

Ive lived here since February of 2020. Have had a great experience. Ive had 2 apartments and the newest community director is thorough and has a passion for her residents. I think her name is Sharon. Her dogs and my dog play all the time at the dog park (which is HUGE). Any problems I have had were resolved quickly. As long as you treat the staff respectfully, they will do the same for you. Kevin, Mike, & Saudeal are amazing with what my apartment needs.

I always get great customer service from Robert and Shannon. Things have changed in the office since they came in and i can say that my partner and i are very happy with the changes. We like living on the actual park-side of the complex because our morning coffee has a 5 Star View! We have had minor things with our apartment here and there, but maintenance is great. Top-notched Office Staff and Maintenance Crew!I have lived here for about 20 years and have seen the best and worst this place could offer. There are a lot of disillusioned and jaded residents. We have been thru a lot of empty promises and abusive behavior by previous property owners and staff.But this one is different. Professionalism and success starts from the top and I believe we are in no better hands than Shannon C., Community Director. She is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable; gives 110% in the effort of not just appeasing resident concerns but also finding solutions to settle matters permanently.But quality care takes time and that is a luxury some residents arent willing to give to see matters handled correctly; they just wanted handled now. Please be patient with staff and maintenance crew. They have a lot of knowledge and experience but they also have a lot of previous owners negligence and mistakes to clean up. They have to prioritize issues and sometime things are more important and dangerous than your blown light bulb or leaky faucet. That should not be an issue for a current resident, but at the same time, us long-timers know how badly previous owners messed up this place. Please just have patience and know that they are on it. They may just be waiting for a new part to come in for your issue.As far as insects and vermin: we live right next to a greenbelt. I move here to have such a wide patch of trees near. I am more surprised of how little roaches and stuff we have. Yes, it sucks to have one in your home but the complex really tries to minimize that. That is life next to a greenbelt. If you did not realize that when choosing these apartment, then please put that in your list of considerations if you are moving in.

Santana was helpful both in giving the initial tour and in assisting with the process of applying and getting a lease. Also, maintenance handles requests pretty quickly. The location is convenient as theres a shopping center across the street (the entrance is on the other side, so it doesnt add traffic to the road).As far as drawbacks, all payments have to be done through securecafe and its a bit restrictive. Parking isnt too bad, but some of the non-covered spots feel narrow.Overall, Im very satisfied, especially with the unit I leased (its the 1B 684 sq ft model). Its a lot of space and I got a good rate for it. Again, while Id say check the other reviews to get a complete picture, I have to say my personal experience with the leasing office was good and Santana was very helpful.

Ive been living here for 7 months and have had no problems at all. Its in a great location, the apartments are good sized and are quiet. The management is amazing and quick to help out with any issues. The maintenance crew is fast, polite and helpful. Brandon, Stephanie and Robert are an amazing team and are very friendly. They have gone above and beyond to make my stay here a great experience. Big thumbs up to the team. Overall great customer experience! I would definitely recommend this place.

This is my second year at this complex, every apartment complex has issues, but the staff here is so on top of them. By the time I notice something that could use improvement they are already sending out an email on how they are correcting it. Maintenance is FAST and efficient. The office staff is friendly and quick to respond to issues. The ice storm really proved how good this complex is. Daily updates, they had busses come park in the lots so people could warm up and charge their phones. They provided water etc.if you are looking for a place in Austin live here!! Also very dog friendly

I have lived in these apartments for almost 10 years and have experienced multiple different apartment management companies. Marquis Parkside/CWS has been the best by far. The office staff is warm and friendly! Jonathan in the office is absolutely wonderful. He has gone above and beyond to make living here the best experience ever. In addition to the office staff, the property has made awesome upgrades - they have a new package pick up where you can pick up your boxes at any time! They also added speed bumps to slow down fast cars. They also have online maintenance requests so you can submit a request 24/7 - AND they actually come out and fix it FAST! Super happy!

I feel like God bless me with living here after looking for a nice place for almost 2 years I found this Gem I can call home.The manager, Heather Is so welcoming I can almost feel like family. The leasing agent Andrew..ahhh, he is a giant Teddy Bear, always welcoming me by my name and so friendly and helpful. Did I mention if you put in a ticket, theyll fix it the same day! Of course if they available. The maintenence personnel always say Good Morning as they pass by you. I speak with tenants at the pool (BTW beautiful pool) and most of them been here over 5 yrs. That has a lot to say about this complex. I been here 3 months and I have no complaints or anything negative to say. Hope you enjoy living here like I do.I FOUND MY HOME, HOPE YOU MAKE IT YOURS. 🥰❤️

Location is great and the apartment is nice but there is roaches when we first moved in and its going to be a permanent thing since I see everyone complaining about it.2nd the hot water hasnt been working for us 2 days since moving in, not sure whats going on.3rd the apartment smells like weed and smoke.4th the smoke detectors goes off for no reason even though we arent cooking or smoking, Im thinking its coming through the walls from upstairs or something.Management is young and shes trying so overall its okay.

I can’t recommend this place enough. I was shown around the property by the community director, Heather. She has so much experience and it shows. Shes extremely open and honest when it comes to details about units for offer and is just an overall amazing person. While I was being ignored by other properties, Heather and the marquis parkside team were very responsive, and even sent multiple paragraph personalized emails about their apartment availability and features. I applied and was processed and the apartment was on hold the very same day. I can’t believe the level of service Marq Parkside provides.

Although I did not lease there (just too far from work) I loved the property and Stephanie the leasing agent there was amazing! She was so sweet and really cared about finding an apartment that worked for you. She follows up with me almost immediately after I toured and answered all my questions. I am also a leasing agent so when I went to tour I was shocked at her work ethics I ended up taking mental notes of what I liked that she did while touring. So if any of you want to live in a beautiful property with an amazing office time Marquis Parkside is the place to be!

When my lease came up for renewal, I didnt even bother looking elsewhere. This place is awesome! The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Theyve gone so far as bringing my packages to my apartment for me when theyre too big to transport on my bike! Both of the service requests Ive needed to put in have been completed same or next day, and the staff and security always have a presence; this is the first place Ive stayed without any of my packages stolen or vehicles broken into. Then theres the creek... I love having a set of trails in my backyard where I can wander aimlessly through the forest and forget the world exists.I have a hard time thinking of anything negative to say about this place. The gates have problems from time to time, but usually get fixed promptly. Theres less parking than Id like, but this is Austin. The location next to a high school means at certain times the only road in and out turns into a parking lot. These are all just nitpicks, though. Overall I couldnt be happier with the place I call home, and unless the rent skyrockets or a meteorite lands nearby I hope to stay here for years to come.

7 months in to a lease and I am VERY happy with this Apartment. The Manager Cathy, is AWESOME and responds quickly to suggestions, emails, or concerns. I have had to call Maintenance a total of 3 times during my stay and they always responded within 24 hrs.This is a very Kid friendly Apartment. Lots of Families and a good mixture of Folks from all walks of life. Excellent pool area and even has free weights in the gymnasium. That alone saves me $55 a month from Golds.The parking can be a pain, but aside from that--this is an extremely affordable and quaint place for this area of town.

Recently just moved out however I loved this place and wish i could’ve stayed. The new renovated apartments are sooo nice and comfy! Also the pool is as nice as it looks. Community was super nice & Office staff was amazing in our experience, they always checked if we needed anything and maintenance was quick. Only one issue here is that there were sooooo many car break ins weekly (mine included the windows were broken) , however i hope security improves because that is the only issue there.

This has been the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at so far. The reason why is not just because of friendly staff, quick response from maintenance, and a clean environment, but Marquis Parkside actually really does care about their residents.When the pandemic hit, they went out of their way to get everyone a roll of toilet paper, a mask, and even some caramel popcorn haha. This was back when toilet paper was really scare. Also when the winter storm of 2021 hit, most of Texas lost water and electricity for a week. They went out of there was to hire 2 buses to stage at the parking lot, so residents could warm up, charge their phones, use the restroom, etc. They also have some fun events they schedule for all the residents.I unfortunately had a noisy neighbor problem, and they took care of it. Also to anyone that is worried about money, keep an eye on their specials. I got a great deal for the unit I rented. Mine was a downgraded version of what they normally rent to residents because I wasn’t making a good income at the time, but the price for it was perfect. If I ever came back to Austin, Texas, I would immediately go back to living at Marquis Parkside

I have been a resident of this community since last 3 weeks now and absolutely love it here. I find the neighborhood safe and friendly. Lot of light in all rooms and nice patio to hangout. My main reason to write this review is to recognize two people from the staff who have been exceptional from the day I came to view the property. Andrew and Lamine. I have spoken to may be one or two other staff members on the phone - dont remember the names, may be during odd hours or weekends. But out of all their staff, these two are best.I moved here from another state and was in the process of buying car while I had been shopping online and was expecting many parcels. My apartment is too far from the mailroom, Lamine offered to use to the cart to help me bring my stuff. Throughout the leasing process whenever I contacted him, he was extremely courteous and resolved my issues. Basically made it super easy for me.Then since I became the resident, whenever I have called - I have had Andrew on the phone, who is very professional and he listens to what you have to say and resolves the issue. Many times at other properties the folks on the phone will say go to this website or check the link, read the lease, etc. But Andrew first resolves the issue and then for future he guides you how I can self-help. I had some window issue, which they fixed right awaySo to summarize, great place to live, great support from the staff and nice location.

The staff here including maintenance are very helpful and kind. They’re super fast at responding and taking care of matters into their own hands. They send important announcements out in advance so it’ll help you make some arrangements if needed like for example, if they’re testing the fire alarms. They’ll let you know in case you work from home.The location is convenient if you don’t need to drive downtown as much. It’s also 10 minutes away from the domain which is nice. If you need to go grocery shopping, the complex sits right behind Walmart and Lowes. There’s also a nice H-E-B nearby and a small Korean market around the corner.The reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because as of late, there have been questionable tenants or guests popping up every now and then. Not sure if it’s a coincidence but I’ve heard gunshots aiming towards this complex a couple times in the past 2-3 months or so. Sometimes (not all the time) I would hear yelling, arguments, intense conversations very, very, late at night. This didn’t happen before until very recently so I’ve been starting to feel a little concerned about my safety when I’m around this area. The staff does try to address these issues but I think everywhere in Austin is becoming like this…

I have lived here for 4/5 years now. Have been through a couple of management changes. This is a pretty decent complex. Like with any other place some of the residents are inconsiderate (littering and speeding through the complex) but most are good. Maintenance does well with keeping the grounds clean and taking care of service calls. I have had two major issues, fridge going out and AC unit needing to be replaced. Both were handled quickly, especially since one was during a holiday. A couple of things that I do not like, are that their phones are often answered by a central service out of state and there are not enough recycling bins for the entire community. Teens do lounge around the stairwells sometimes when they are on break or skipping, but if they get too loud I just let them know that I am home and they quite down or move to another area.

After a long struggle with the initial management with my lease and pest problem I was made aware of new management. I was skeptical due to my initial experience. I was able to dispute the final statement because I felt it was a little unfair and thank you to Portia for hearing me out and Stefanie for allowing the changes made. I didnt think there was much hope but new management is a lot better than before!

The current management team is great (2016) but I have lived here for 10 years and the management team and owners have changed about 6 times in this time frame and it has typically been 2 to 3 star service before now. I have a great apartment with a view which is hard to find in Austin so it was hard to find anything better for price. I really like that they are finally doing something about the bleak parking situation. If you have a custom stereo your car/ truck, it may get broken into- it is still North Lamar despite it being a seemingly nicer part of Lamar. The roughest part of Lamar is only a mile or two away. Pool is great but usually crowded on weekends and I suspect not everyone at pool lives here all the time.

I have been here for a little while and Im not quite sure why the reviews are so negative. The more I explore here, the more I enjoy it.There are alot of families here, which is great for our kids. For those that like to BBQ they really take care of their equipment, theres a really nice covered area for when you have a rainy day too. The gym is a really nice size.As far as the management, they have been very helpful and maitenance has been very helpful with any move-in issues as well. I was talking to a neighbor of mine and he said that they have been living here since the place has been built. I think that says alot.Also it is so refreshing to be living in a place that is surrounded by trees and birds. We were fortunate enough to get a balcony facing the forest, its a great place to relax and live.

When I call about anything, Mike, Alfonso, Eddy, and Danny are often times there before I’ve hung up the phone to address whatever I’ve called about. When my movers broke my glass table top and I had to order a new one, Andrew from the office helped me take the 144 pounds replacement up to my apartment on the 3rd floor. My English is very bad. I can read and write a little, but listening and speaking are almost difficult. So, I contacted online with a lease consultant of Marquis Parside. Her name is Stephanie. She had patience in writing a lot of emails to answer, instruction and explaining everything what I asked. Finally,I decided to applied. I had a lease contract for apartment within 24 hours.Then, she helped me activated electronic, wifi ... services right away( I can’t listening English throuh phone). A man in staff helped me carrying my heavy luggages to a high floor apartment( the oldest man in staff).In fact, a new immigrant like me, with language barrier, moving away and find a new place to live without our countrymen that is always make us worry a lot. But, with helping of Marquis Parkside ‘s staff, everything we worried before that have gone. They are helping our American dream soon come be true. They make us love USA more and more.Marquis parkside Is like a resort. Everything is awesome here! The maintenance guys are nice and efficient, most of our requests are completed with a business day.If some day, I have to leave this place for work, I am going really sad to have to say goodbye to the staff of Marquis Parkside.
