    By far one of the most exemplary stays, I’ve had in my many years of living. The staff showed care and attentiveness to my desires and needs throughout the entire process. I lived at this apartment complex for over 10 years and have had no problem and when there were issues that arose, they fix them immediately. Oh, how wonderful, the staff is some of the best staff I’ve ever encountered in my life. They changed my perception of love, and I am truly grateful for this opportunity to stay at the Marquis on memorial.

    I have been living in this apartment complex for almost 10 years, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The service here is excellent, and the manager, Gina, is incredibly diligent and attentive. The maintenance staff, Enrique and Milton, are also fantastic—always quick to respond and very professional.Even though I recently started a job farther away and considered moving to an apartment closer to work, I ultimately decided to stay here. After touring other places, I realized this complex offers something special that I wasn’t willing to give up. It’s small, quiet, and peaceful—qualities that are hard to find.In all these years, I’ve never had a single bad experience here. The community is tranquil, and I truly feel at home. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and well-managed apartment complex.

    Ive now lived in multiple units at this location for around 3-4 years.Gina our newest property coordinator, has really shown to be helpful to the community, get things done and really fits well for this complex. Shes been nice to work with. Along with Michaels help, both of them have really made a great office to work with.Maintenance is always prompt and gets things taken care of fast, they have always done great, the best available, Milthon and Enrique.There is community in this small place. Which can be good, so be warned, you will get to know your neighbors and whos not regular. People do watch out around here, take that as you will. Feels like quite a few of the people here, have been here for a while.This complex might not be for you if youre loud or party, its probably more of a quiet place. Just gotta always be respectful. Walls can be thin-thats true.Apts vary by updates, (some could use updating if allowed by upper) but they are all kept maintained and clean from what Ive seen.(Its has not been the cheapest of places to live, wish there was a break.)You do have great neighbors to live near, mostly quiet environment and a great property staff. Thank you to the team!

    I’ve been living this apartment complex for two years now, and I enjoy it. It’s very quiet, the maintenance staff are really helpful and are there in a timely manner. Casee is really wonderful, one of the best leasing office managers I’ve ever had ( from past experiences with other complexes around the Houston area). She brings ease to the complex and is always looking out for the tenants with our concerns and issues. I don’t know how someone could leave a negative review about this place and the staff that work so diligently for their tenants.

    We are loving this place! The main thing that attracted us to Marquis is the safety, peace and quiet of this community. It has been 2 months since we moved in and the general feel is that the residents here are very friendly and peaceful. Security is on the higher side too, with access needed to enter and exit the community. There are also cameras installed (by HPD) around the external areas of the apartment.Sandy and the maintenance team have been greatly helpful ever since we moved in, accommodating to all our requests (Thank you!). Response is always quick, and our matters are always resolved in a timely manner.Appliances are on the older side, it would be good if the management team switches the appliances to newer, more efficient and energy-saving appliances in the units, especially the washer/dryer/dishwasher.Our unit is right beside Memorial Drive, we do hear noises of cars passing by but this is not a dealbreaker for us. The loft does get hot in hotter months, blinds will be needed to minimize the heat from coming into the house.Overall, this is a great place to live in! Glad we found Marquis :)

    I have been living here at Marquis On Memorial for a year now, and it is has been by far THE BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve had. The application process was fast and easy! Demetria in leasing, was super kind and helpful. I was able to book a tour the same day and actually moved into the exact unit I saw. The units are modern andup-kept very well! The surrounding area is also a plus! There is lots of grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc nearby.Overall I highly recommend you consider moving here!

    I love my home at the Marquis at Memorial! The Office Mgr and maintenance staff are always kind and responsive. The property is well kept and clean. Every resident I’ve encountered is friendly and there’s a sense of quiet community. Great place to call home!

    I had a greaaattt experience here! The apartments have so many amazing amenities plus the area is super convenient for nearby things to do and stores. I spoke with Demetria in the front office and she was amazinggggg, she was able to give me all the information I needed to feel comfortable with my decision to live here. 10/10 definitely recommend .

    Ive lived in quite a few complexes and I have to say that Marquis has been the best experience Ive had by far. Seriously, I dont even leave reviews, but I just had to drop a line. I worked with Casee and shes incredibly helpful, responsive and pleasant. Im big on the customer service experience and the management here is on point. Any issues I had were addressed in a timely manner.

    I have been here for 1 year, and I just renewed my lease for another year. It is quiet, which I appreciate since I work from home some days, and very well maintained. Casee and the staff are very professional and so helpful. The maintenance staff also responds to requests in a timely manner. Love this small community!

    Updated after 5 months living here -I’ve lived here since August. I really like this complex. It’s mostly families it’s super quiet I have a ton of windows that all open and there’s great trees outside my windows. It’s next to a subdivision so you can walk through the subdivision safely at night. it’s so nice to have a garage attached to my apartment. Great location. Maintenance and staff are very friendly. The daytime management team are lovely, especially Casee. Not sure about cws The corporation that owns it.

    As a first time apartment renter, there are many things one must consider when making a decision. I believe I have made a great decision in deciding to live at Marquis on Memorial. I must say, Marcus and Casee, have been a great help from start to finish! I cant stress it enough when it comes to thanking them. Marcus ensured he answered all the questions I had from touring the apartment to the application process. Even after the application process, there were a few questions I had, regarding the apartment. As to Casee, she helped me with filling out the application correctly. If I had any questions, she was a call away. They make themselves available to you.Overall, it has been a pleasant experience at Marquis on Memorial, especially with the leasing staff. They have made me feel like at home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil home, especially in the Memorial area. Of course, thanks Marcus and Casee!

    Great place to live.. Small community and close to Terry Hershey Park. All my maintenance request were handled on time, and Karla is great - very responsive. The only cons I see is that people dont pick up their dogs business, and that the entrance gate stops working frequently, mainly because people exit the community through the entrance gate, and vice versa. There are also no security cameras in the community, which is something that I think is needed.

    Living at Marquis Memorial has been such a great experience. The property is very quiet, clean, and maintenance request are always handled in a timely fashion. The office staff are always very professional and super helpful with anything I may need.I’ve been here for awhile and would definitely recommend living at Marquis Memorial. It’s such a great place to live!

    We have been living at the Marquis for a year and 6 months now and I haven’t had no complaint. Is a hidden complex, which gives a calm and quiet space. If you have children Wolfe school is literally less than 5mins away and is such a great school. Karla has been very helpful from day one and very attentive with us. They only have two people for maintenance but they really put in work and are so much help when is needed. The only thing I will add-on is to have security during close hours other than that I really recommend living here! 😀

    Today is 1/4/22 and it is my move in day. First I would like to say that Casee really truly deserves 5 stars for how she was able to get me moved in on such short notice! I came in twice to view the property and she was so willing to answer all questions and had patience with me. Even on her off day, she responded to my email to ensure my application process went smoothly. She explained everything with full details and just made me feel at ease. She is very professional and had everything ready for me when it was time for me to pick up my keys. The community is very small and looks well kept. I am very excited to finally move in.     Me and my husband have lived here since September 2018 and we absolutely love it. It is one of the best complexes we have ever lived in. We love that its small and quiet and there is a general calm and chill in the community. I can only speak for us but we personally have not had any issues with neighbors or any crime. We generally keep to ourselves but I have read some reviews that mention crime and dog poop.1. Crime- we live on Planet Earth. There is crime where humans dwell.2. Dog poop- yes its gross but its not up to management or anyone else besides the DOG OWNER to pick it up.The management and maintenance team are wonderful and super friendly and have taken very good care of us and any concerns or service requests we have had.Beautiful complex, great area, affordable and a great community. Would recommend 100%!

    I had the pleasure of coming across Marquis on Memorial trying to get my service out there and the property in itself was a true hidden gem. Very small and quite and the manager is very professional and helpful. CWS really has some great properties and managers and that is visible with Casee. I’ll be referring anybody that asks me about apartments!

    This gem is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the Houston traffic. Quiet home like apartments that is well maintained! Maintenance staff is super helpful Milton and Enrique and I love the leasing staff Karla and Celeste! They always on the look out for my packages and eager to help. Definitely a family like atmosphere as they know each resident on a first name basis! Clean, peaceful environment that makes living at home!

    I called the leasing office to schedule a tour and I have been able to visit the following day. Due to COVID-19 they require future residents to take self-guided tours.I received confirmation and instructions including a map of the property by email. We have an hour to tour the community at our leisure.When I got there, I parked in front of the leasing office in the future residents spot and I followed the map to reach the model.I really enjoyed taking the time to look at the details or take photos or measurements that you potential dont have time to do with regular visits. When I exited the model, I received a follow up call for any questions I may have. The visit was easy and made me feel very comfortable.I love the place already and I hope to call it home once my current lease is up.Thank you for the great communication Zawar!

    I have been searching for the perfect property and I found it at the Marquis on Memorial! The manager Casee made me feel as if I were already apart of the community. She was very personable and asked a lot of questions to understand and learn my specific needs. The tour of the amenities and grounds was too notch.     I really love being able to move back to the Marquis on Memorial. Management has always been so Professional, very responsive and courteous. After being displaced from Harvey, I wanted to get back to this property, and the entire staff welcomed me back with opened arms. Although,Catherine and Karla are at other properties, Ive had the pleasure of meeting Casee Patrick. Casee is the new MVP. Shes made my living experience fantastic. Casee takes care of Business. Shes very professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Im enjoying my stay and Ive referred friends who have visited and love all my floor plans since Ive been a tenant here. Casee you and your team ROCKS. Thanks for all you do.

    After living in other major cities, finding an environment as welcoming, warm and quiet as Marquis on Memorial was such a refreshing occurrence. Throughout my time at Marquis on Memorial, I have had nothing but the best time knowing I was secure and safe within the community and my privacy would be respected. Karla, Monique and Celeste always have gone above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and my time in the community was nothing short of spectacular. I would recommend Marquis on Memorial to anyone looking for a new place to live in the area, or like me, looking for an oasis from the craziness of life.     Best complex Ive ever lived in! I lived at Marquis on Memorial for two years and would have continued to stay if I hadnt purchased a home. The staff is so attentive and they really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was OK during Hurricane Harvey. Clean, organized, and friendly - I will miss this community!

    I have been living here for 8 months and have nothing but good things to say about this place. I have found the complex extremely safe and the location is great! It is very clean. I have not had one issue in 8 months of living here. The girls in the office have always been nice and helpful as well as the maintenance men.

    Ok so let me tell you about my wonderful, hidden gem hidden in the Energy Corridor. This property is a very small, quiet, personal and quaint gated community hidden in the Fleetwood division off Memorial just before Hwy 6. The entire neighborhood has security cameras at the entrance of the streets, and there is a guard on duty in the neighborhood at all times.The noise level is awesome - super quiet. The community hosts dinner events complete with a great selection of entrees, salads, wines, sodas, water & desserts and also bingo with some pretty awesome prizes (I won a $50 Visa gift card!)The staff is super friendly and cool and are always on top of getting any issue I have resolved. Maintenance is great and gets things done same day. Recently my AC started acting up & turned out that it was something rather serious with the motor or something; I received a portable unit to use while they worked on it.....I had a BRAND NEW unit (yes, in its entirety) in 24hrs.I especially love my built in book shelf and television nook, and I have a great view of the pool from my bay windows in my dining room. The kitchen is equipped with all black appliances including an ice maker refrigerator.Let me add that when I signed my lease, I was given a choice of a Keurig machine or a Starbucks Verissimo machine (I chose the latter), plus I was also given 2 accent walls and was directed to go to the Sherwin Williams site and pick out ANY 2 colors my little heart desired at no extra cost! Let me add more to this: I received the specials because I fell in love the day I came out that I immediately signed up; moreover, I had no idea of the specials beforehand, LOL. Let me also add that when I signed the lease, I was given ample time to read through everything with no rush whatsoever.I am super close to SO many establishments and to I-10 and Hwy 6 as well. I also love that I have my own assigned, covered parking at no extra charge right at my door plus we are given a remote at no extra cost/deposit to access the gates.If I can say anything else is that for a single woman, this is a VERY safe and secure property & I totally recommend anyone to come check it out.

    Small and quiet. Very good location. Very convenient for people working in the energy corridor. There are many apartment complexes on Eldridge, but the traffic is horrible. Memorial drive barely has traffic jams.

    I have only been here for 1month and got hit by the hurricane harvey flood.Marquis on memorial is such an amazing wonder,I have never seen people so closely knitted,excellent neighbours who are kind,compassionate and helpful throughout the tough period.Neighours made sure each other is safe using everything they have to get each other to safely.I also want to commend the staffs especially katherine who risked her life in the waters knocking on doors to be sure no one is left behind and everyone is safely evacuated.I can truly say,this is a dream home.It is a small community of love and compassion.Thanks everyone,thanks katherine.
