    My girlfriend and I fell in love with this apartment complex and the area. Immediately upon move in we felt like this could be a good home for us. 6+ months into our lease we’ve had a few maintenance issues along the way and the crew here is amazing as far as taking care of the repairs put in. Specifically Damien who worked and checked in with us when our A/C unit broke and had to be completely replaced for a span of several days. He is knowledgeable and professional as well as direct with communication when it comes to the tasks at hand. We love it here and plan on sticking around for a few years before trying to find a bigger place.

    Ive lived here for just over a year and I love it so much that I renewed my lease for two more years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Any issues Ive had have been resolved quickly and professionally. Id recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

    Update 2020We like the surrounding area and the peacefulness of our place. The maintenance and cleaning staff are very good -- efficient and kind. The parking lot is still very crowded but you have the option to get a garage for an extra cost. Lately there has been a lot of security patrolling, and extra lighting has been installed in many areas. They also have staff spraying poison for pests quite regularly, and it is very effective!One complaint I may have is with the quality of some neighbors. Several seem to take their dogs to the bathroom and completely neglect to clean it up. One or two even seem to leave litter or other messes outside on occasion. Luckily the cleaning staff do seem to clear these too.I would recommend improvements to the dog park. Its rather featureless.-------2019Its quiet, with nice interiors. Unfortunately, there are some issues with the common areas. There can be stiff competition for decent parking spaces (and some spaces are quite dirty -- not great when you track it inside). The gym equipment is deficient and some pieces broken, and theres not enough ventilation so it always smells bad. The apartment entryway here is frequently left dirty. Before posting this, Ive talked with the apartment staff about remedying some of these situations, but have not seen any action to that end.Also there is no security, someone stole one of our bicycles and someone opened our car. There is no one to regulate who enters to this complex. Recently there are problems with scorpions, cockroaches and other insects. The common areas next to the apartments that are far from the entrance are neglected and with ventilation equipment that no longer serves The dog park is more than dirty and has no lighting. And of course they delete photos of reviews.

    A BIG shout out to Damien R, part of the maintenance team at Marquis on Evans. Not only is he a nice, friendly and courteous guy, he completed my two work orders in a timely and very professional manner. I requested the work orders and they were very prompt in coming over to do the work. Although one work order was a bit challenging, but Damien had a lot of patience and was still very courteous and nice while he completed the job. Thank you Damien R. Marquis on Evans is lucky to have you as part of their maintenance crew. Keep up the great work 👍 👏

    I’ve lived here for 4 years, moved away for a few years and now am back. The Marquis not only has the most beautiful apartment property in my experience, the pool is like none other! They’ve updated the gym so I’m canceling my LA Fitness membership. With that being said the Staff are the best and reason for me leaving a review. I mean all the staff Friendly and always helpful!

    Ive been a resident here for nearly two years, and I must say that my experience has exceeded my expectations. Joseph from the maintenance team is consistently eager and available to assist with any maintenance requests, even handling unexpected situations like safely removing a rattlesnake from near my doorstep during the Texas summer heat wave. Additionally, Megan from the office has been exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism and enthusiasm in resolving any situation, no matter how frustrating, have been truly appreciated. In addition to Joseph and Megans exceptional service, Ive found the overall community atmosphere to be welcoming and well-maintained. The prompt response to maintenance issues and the friendly demeanor of the staff have truly made living here a positive experience. I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a comfortable and reliable place to call home.

    I went on a short vacation, and when I got back my AC was broken! I had someone knocking on my door an hour or two after I had put in a maintenance request. Damien was so helpful; he apologized and let my boyfriend and I know how to prevent this happening in the future. He also brought in a window AC unit to our bedroom so that we could sleep. The AC unit was fixed early the next day. Thank you Damien!!

    Just moved in about 2 months ago. Have had a couple of maintenance issues pop up. The maintenance staff have been amazing but I usually have dealt with Damien. He has gone so far and so beyond what Im used to at an apt that I dont know what exactly to say. He is absolutely amazing. Checking in with me when he sees me to see if I need anything... Seriously?!?!? Have NEVER had that anywhere else... Thanks so much Damien! It is appreciated more than you know.

    We have lived here about a month and a half and are really happy with the place so far. The property is in a beautiful location with everything we could want nearby. The layout of the property is beautiful and well kept too. The gym is updated and always clean. We havent been able to use the pool since its winter now and its being renovated, but I cant wait to use it because its really nice, as are all the amenities and common areas. Theres a cozy outdoor fireplace that Im looking forward to using.Believe the pictures you see online because this place meets all expectations. Our unit was clean and ready for us minus a few small issues which have been resolved. We came here from another CWS property, and I will say maintenance here is slower to respond, but if you let them know the situation is urgent, theyll show up more quickly and make sure youre satisfied with the solution.As for the unit itself, the appliances are all in great condition, theres a generous number of updated light fixtures (which is great because our unit doesnt get much natural light), and overall its designed with quality materials. We love our floor plan with the small extra room for an office, the balcony storage closet, and the kitchen with all its cabinet space.No pest infestations. Plenty of parking. Really quiet and peaceful. We were notified of multiple car break-ins in one week, but not since. The gate is usually closed, they have a security officer on duty (though Ive never seen them on-site) and it feels pretty safe to me.Coming from Houston, we feel like were out in the country and love it. Saw a deer on the property one night, occasionally hear coyotes in the distance, and see the occasional raccoon in the garbage dumpster...maybe not a good thing lol, but I love nature in all forms and this place has it! Trees everywhere and walking trails nearby too!If you got this far, thanks for reading, and dont hesitate to come be my neighbor!

    I should start by saying, I have lived all over the country and in multiple luxury apartment communities. Before touring Marquis on Evans, I had seen 8 properties in San Antonio, specifically in Stone oak area.Michael in the management office is hands down the absolute BEST leasing agent I have ever worked with. I walked in to inquire about rates without an appointment, but he made it clear that was no problem, welcomed me and happily toured the entire complex with me. Michael went above and beyond to help find me a unit that was perfect for my price range, fit the needs for myself and ESA, move in date, etc.I should add, I was moving from out of state and had MULTIPLE questions, but Michael was there for me every single step of the way via phone and email and made my move to Marquis on Evans the best and easiest move I have ever made. My apartment is perfect, the property and amazing amenities are above and beyond and knowing I have such a supportive and helpful community management team with Michael around, makes me want to extend my lease already.

    You can tell that Michael the property manager really cares about this place and it makes a huge difference. Our apartment looked immaculate upon move in inspection. Not a single thing was out of place, and Michael himself walked it before he handed us the keys. Sure, sometimes it can be a little hard to reach the leasing office over phone, but I hope this property doesnt change management anytime soon bcause Michael would be missed! Im impressed with Marquis on Evans

    I have lived at Evans Ranch apartments for 4 years now. Had no idea I would be here this long, but Ive gotten extremely comfortable. I absolutely love it! I love the staff even more. They treat you like family. Asset Living did an AWESOME job running this place during the pandemic. We were able to SAFELY enjoy the amenities. Their first concern was safety and thats important to me. Aminities are great! Youll just have to see for yourself. Their maintenance team are super friendly, work orders are completed promptly. Their rates are great for a resort style community in Stone Oak. Still 5 stars. I wouldnt pass it up!

    We had a great experience working with EVERYONE at Evans Ranch Apartments. We were first sold with the EXCEPTIONAL customer service we received from Courtney. It was a busy day when we went to view the apartments and Courtney was the only one working that day. She never let us see her sweat (lol) and didn’t let that deter her from showing us the property and making us feel welcomed. The management was another part of our great experience. They were so friendly and personable when we went in to pick up our keys. We are glad to finally be “home”.

    Ever since there was a change in management things have improved greatly. The new management is very knowledgeable and has always answered our questions. Theyve done more improvements then the last management ever did and they actively try to get the community together with events which is great so you can get to know your neighbors!

    We recently got new management and they’ve been making the BEST changes! Updating the facilities, pressure washing around the pool, bringing in food trucks, cleaning up the dumpster, better maintenance, etc. Our pool is clean and beautiful. The gym is being renovated now, but we have lots of equipment, space and you can use it 24/7. Plus, the new staff are SO friendly, extremely helpful and responsive. We’ve definitely had issues here with our old management but I’ve seen a drastic change in the last few weeks. They’re working very hard to clean up the problems left behind by old management.

    I been living here 2 years and I just love it. It’s not crazy expensive and everyone is really friendly. I never had any problems with my neighbors and at night it’s super quiet. The views are beautiful and leasing office is super helpful. When I renewed my lease it wasn’t a huge jump in price either. Here are just some pros at Evans Ranch...- Parking spots are spaced out, which is great for your car not getting small dents by others.- Community living is great and they have events all the time.- Maintenance is quick on fixing things- Evans Ranch is always clean with updates- The pool is gorgeous- Stone Oak area code- Water pressure is great- Apartments are beautiful

    I have been living here now for a year now and just recently renewed my lease. I honestly love my apartment and the fact that they offer garages. Makes it a lot easier for me to have parking right by apartment. The staff is always super friendly when you walk into the office. You would think this doesn’t really matter but after a bad day it’s nice to see a friendly face. Grounds are always super clean but people really need to pick up after their pets. If you go to the pool I’d have to say this one is the best in Stone Oak. Thankfully they patrol it all of the time too. Cool place to live.

The apartments and the amenities are perfect. The location is great, there are plenty of parks nearby plus food and shopping. My husband and I feel so blessed to be residents of Evans Ranch.

    We had the chance to live at ER while we waited to move into our house. A 4 months stint, and it was excellent.The staff was really nice and easy to deal with. The quality of the unit was solid, and the amenities were really well done. The pool is super resort style and was a great perk in this community.We loved this apartment and would recommend it to everybody considering a place in Stone Oak.

    My overall experience here has been a good one. This was my first apartment I have ever rented from. Beautiful apartments, good area, and family oriented. Ive seen a good mix of people living in this community, pretty diverse. Pet friendly as well. Their gym is decent. The pool area is awesome! My only complaint is that I wish the office was a bit more organized but other than that, nothing major. I would recommend!

He is so wonderful and one of the reasons whywe ended up choosing Evans Ranch as our new home. Customerservice is very important to us and he nailed it).2. Our apartment is in very good condition and very well maintained. Itsspacious and beautiful. 2bed/2bath.3. Great location. A lot of privacy and yet closely convenient toshops/groceries for your everyday needs.4. We love the amenities (very resort like)5. Very quiet6. Pet friendly --- ample potty stations equipped with potty bags and disposal. Very clean, I never have to worry about my pups and I stepping on somebody elses dog waste.7. Friendly NeighborsCons: None so far.Happy to call this place our new Home.

    I lived in Mission Hills during my last year in San Antonio. Just up the hill from Evans Ranch. While my unit was great and the view was even better, I was asked to leave because the management at Mission Hills was incompetent and couldn’t control a resident that lived below me. They chose him over my family due to my one year old being excited being alive and making noise DURING THE DAY. The resident below me didn’t work nights. Wasn’t sleeping during the day for anything other than his own laziness. But the best thing happened. They moved us to Evans Ranch. The management at Evans Ranch took care of us. Made sure we were good at all times. Gave timely notifications of when trash would or wouldn’t be coming, inspections, etc. they really took care of my family. I would recommend Evans Ranch to anybody looking for a beautiful apartment in a great area. 5 stars!

    I really appreciate the staff August, Yari, and Ryan. They are very friendly and helpful each time I visit the leasing office. The pool is always clean and they make sure that only residents are there, which keeps it less crowded. I like to grab a cup of coffee most days, and a bag of fresh pop corn that they provide the residents. The computers work great and the printer always has ink and paper. All of my work orders are done in LESS than 24 hours. Honestly, I dont think there is any room for improvement with this staff! Way-to-go, you all make Evans Ranch a GREAT place to live.

    I recently visited Evans Ranch and Marisa was so helpful and answered every question I had. I am looking for a 3 bedroom and unfortunately they didnt have one to show, but Marisa showed me a virtual apartment online and then showed me the model that was available to see. I absolutely loved the interior and finishes. I cant wait until there is a 3 bedroom with the upgrades that they are doing to become available. All the staff was very friendly. Shauna came out of her office even though it seemed she was busy to introduce herself.

    Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was apartment hunting from the east coast which was stressful but Evans Ranch made it easy. Went above and beyond to send me pictures, answer my questions (and I had tons!), and flexible. They were very accommodating yo my situation and made love in a breeze. Very grateful for that. I love my apartment, its absolutely perfect for me, the apartments are in a beautiful location very close to everything. Very happy here!

    Today we contacted the office about a pet that seemed to be in distress, and they called back with assurances that everything had been taken care of. Since this is a Saturday and a holiday weekend, I was surprised at the availability of management. My husband is disabled and he told me about this matter when I got home, so I am telling my story about how much we appreciate the office staff as they are always friendly, kind, helpful, and genuine. It is so refreshing to live in this apartment complex just for those reasons. We would recommend these apartments based on our experience.Sincerely Georgia and Lou Osmundson

    This apartment is hands down, the best one we’ve ever lived in! It’s clean, quiet, the tenants are friendly, maintenance typically comes within a few hours of calling with a request, the pool and amenities are clean and beautiful, and the apartments are spacious with tons of storage and beautiful new appliances! Couldn’t recommend this place more. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!!

    I have truly enjoyed living at Evans Ranch apartments. The apartments are very up-to-date and well maintained. Ive always had amazing service and have enjoyed the property and the many amenities it has to offer. The clubhouse was a terrific spot to host a party and the spacious apartment with a thoughtful layout design has been wonderful! Im going to really miss being here, but new opportunities are taking me elsewhere!

    My family lived here for close to 3 years when they first opened up and it has been, by far, the best apartment living experience weve ever had. The apartment floor plans are amazing, our neighbors were so friendly and the staff....I could go on and on about the staff....they are so friendly and they know everybody. You never feel as if you are just another tenant to them. Incredible apartment living experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to live in the Stone Oak area!

    I absolutely love my one-bedroom apartment right by the pool. Theres a huge patio also! Staff is very nice & attentive. Havent had any problems w maintenance. Only thing I wish they included in their list of amazing amenities is a hot tub! I highly recommend Evans Ranch if you are a young family starting out.

    THE LAST PEOPLE THAT WAS WORKING HERE FOR EVANS RANCH WAS NEVER PLANNING ON CHANGING THE BARBQUE GRILL OR ANYTHING OUTSIDE IN THE MAIN BUILDING FOR EVANS RD BUT IM GALD THAT THEY BOUGHT OUT BY SOMEONE THAT WAS WILLING TO MAKE CHANGES THEY EVEN MADE THE WATER SYSTEM BETTER AN THEY ACTALLY GIVE US A TIME AN DAYS TO PUT OUT OUR TRASH SO THEY CAN COLLECT THEM THE MARQUIS ON EVANS IS THE NEW ORIGINAL AN THE MANY TIMES IVE BEEN DOWN TO COME CHILL IN THE MAIN BUILDING THEY ALWAYS GREET AN ASK IF I NEED ANYTHING THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO DOES THERE PART AN MAKING IT BETTER.     I loved living at Evans Ranch! It was super quiet, maintenance was always prompt and the pool area is beautiful. Payton and Tanya in the front office are awesome. Payton went above and beyond to help my family and I and we couldn’t be more grateful to her. The only downfall about Evans ranch is the manager, Lori. I’m not sure if she’s rude to everyone or if she was just rude to me at all times but if your going to enforce a mask rule and come out of your office screaming at someone about it, make sure you have a mask on yourself. I NEVER got emails from Evans ranch, ever. So I was unaware of the rules where we had to wear a mask in the lobby when going to the pool area. She couldn’t have been more rude about it. Again, great place to live but beware of the manager.

    I had looked at several complexes in the area. The amenities at Evans Ranch really stood out. It is a beautiful community and the leasing agent, Debbie, was just as wonderful to work with. She was by far the most pleasant and professional leasing agent I had come across. She made the whole process very effortless. I didnt find another complex that could really beat what Evans Ranch offered.

I have honestly never felt more at home than i do here, I love it!The assistant manager Patty is so awesome she has worked with me and made my hone experience so amazing!     First, let me start off by saying this is one of the best apartments Ive stay in and management does great job satisfying request, needs, and concerns. I believe this all due the planning and management skills of the property manager (Patty) who makes it an necessity to make you feel at home and conformable at Evans Ranch. Combine efforts with the Assistant manager (Karla) helps put you worries at ease and addresses any issue you may have with your apartment or property in an timely matter. The lease Agents (Yari and August) are very interactive and very knowledgeable about leasing option, property rules and guidelines . As well as giving an warm welcome in the club house every time I need to pick up an package an/or ask question about my apartment. The maintenance here keep the property in top-notch shape and rarely an blade of grass is out of place. Kudos to the whole staff here at Evans Ranch. The only down side is that trash pick-up( contracted out) can be lazzzzzzy at times and if you have an heavily set or footed up-stairs neighbors you can hear their every movement. I rate this place 5/5 for the great staff.

    Again, we have been residence this elegant apartment since July 2016 and we love it so much we consider this as our sweet home instead of an apartment at a reasonable price and lovely peaceful environment as well. we consider renewing our lease as to continue as well.     First off, I would like to say that the staff, especially Kris was super awesome!! She made me feel very welcomed and wanted to get me in the apartment as soon as possible. Which she did BTW... With all of my screening issues because of my settle from an old apartment complex, her and Pattie* worked really hard on my behalf to make sure everything was done. Although I didnt get to stay in the complex because I kept changing my mind due to my stupid indecisiveness... she (Kris) was still very nice about everything and never showed a sign of an attitude! If I could give her a raise I totally would... She is super special!! :) I recommend staying here if you like nice people!

    The staff was so friendly and helpful! Courtney especially made the move in process so easy and always answered questions in a timely manner (and I had many). I feel so comfortable here! Very homey apartments and the area is beautiful!

    Evans Ranch is absolutely beautiful and I love living here! This is a long overdue review for Brandon Schoelkoph. He’s a local Internet service provider for the community. The day after I moved to San Antonio (for a job that started a few days later), I needed internet set up. I called Brandon and not 15 minutes later he had come to my apartment and had the Internet up and running. Super incredible, because I needed it as soon as possible. Thank you Brandon!

    I have only been here a short while but I love my apartment and all the amenities that Evans Ranch offers, the pool is awesome and the gym has a ton of equiptment. The office people are very nice and attentive. Most residents are freindly and nice as well. Very nice place to live.

    I can only rate my experience as I toured the community. The staff was helpful and thorough in their explanation of fees /charges. Even though they did not have an apartment available for my timeframe, they took the time to show me the community and apartment just in case something came available. We just happened to find something immediately but would have seriously considered this community if we had more time to wait for availability.

    I have lived here for one year and have no complaints, only praise for the staff members who work very hard to provide an outstanding living experience in the community. August and LaTanya have helped me so much during my time here to accommodate me on a number of occasions. They truly care about the residents and do everything they can to make sure you feel at home.

    I am editing this review because the manager was kind enough to call me and personally apologize for an absolutely horrible call center employee that took my inquiry call a week ago. She was extremely kind and I could tell she was heartfelt about the situation and not just apologizing for the sake of her job. Good customer service means A LOT to me, because I have previously lived at high end apartments where the staff was awful and it made everything absolutely terrible. I was extremely glad that she talked to me like a person not a sale and had taken the time out of her schedule to make sure that the terrible service I received previously was corrected.If you are unfortunate enough to get your call answered by the call center, I would advise just trying to call back to inquire at a different time. The manager advised me she would 100% resolve the call center issue and would try to make sure it doesnt happen again. She explained the call center was only used when their office was too busy to accept all the incoming calls and was not a normal thing. But just to be on the safe side I would recommend waiting to speak with someone who actually works at the property especially if youre hunting for a new apartment.

    Great place , Great people, Toots and I love living in our apartment. We are in our late sixties and have fun with young and old around the pool and other amenities.
