    These Apartments are great for a start somewhere. I feel safe and it’s always clean. When I put in maintenance they come right away. My only concern in all honesty is I can’t have family or my partner visit at all which is a big bummer, because there’s no parking spots without getting towed away (which has already happened) if more parking spots where added that would make this a 10/10 place.

    I have been looking at 2 bedroom units in the area for quite some time and was really impressed with the value of the units in this complex. The property looks well maintained and the office staff are some of the most genuinely caring and friendly folks Ive spoken with. Highly recommend!

    I couldn’t give this place anymore stars. The crew here is wonderful and the apartments are even better! Management here is quick with responses and will help you out with anything needed. They are also very friendly and knowledgeable and make the renting process way too easy!! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

    Let me start with the negative as it is quick. I have been a tenant here for over 3 years, but sadly/happily moving on to bigger and better things like a house. When I first moved in, I must say that the management team was absolutely horrible and unresponsive to problems and concerns, but they were all replaced within the first year and it has been so much better since then! The ladies at the management office now actually are kind, caring, respectful and overall amazing and Im going to miss them! They have been asking me to give them a review for over a year now and Im doing it now as my final gesture of just how much they are and were appreciated during my time as a tenant. Thank you, ladies, Ive enjoyed our fun and harmless banter and all of the hilarious responses to my funny email replies. I wish you the best in everything that you do in life.CK

    Marquis Bandera has witnessed an impressive transformation, and I owe it all to the remarkable efforts of the new Community Manager, and her dedicated staff. While I faced some challenges during my stay, Samantha and her teams exceptional support made all the difference. The managers empathetic leadership and her teams responsiveness created a welcoming and problem-solving atmosphere within the community. Marquis Bandera is now a place where residents needs come first, thanks to the manager and her outstanding team.

    So after a 8 months here I decided to do a follow up review. I have been constantly impressed with the customer service of the staff and I honestly think maintenance this apt complex have gone above and beyond to meet our needs and expectations. Marcel is one of the maintenance men who have made our months here even better. We did have a couple request that needed to be check or fixed and he was on top of it. Made a point to follow up with me on the status of my window and I must say that really impressed me.I have really felt more at home here than I have any other place. I love the events they do here and especially the Christmas events from food trucks to simply allowing everyone to wrap presents in the office with everything provided to the hot cocoa gift sets. Its the little things that make a home and the staff definitely make you feel like home. I give 5 stars because even the little things dont break my decision. We have a puppy that is more than a dog to me. The fact that I can walk him and feel safe is the best feeling ever. Bags and trash bins provided around every corner and dog park for my baby to play and run free is just a great feeling: the only thing I can say is there are moments where people dont pick up after their dogs but again you will never not see maintenance walking around cleaning up the complex. Thank you so much for making the first months blessed and feeling like home! I love that the management company does events like the food trucks they have been bringing to the complex. Keep up the an amazing job. Management has done something great.Before moving in :While out viewing apartments I must say I have been completely impressed with the customer service from all the staff especially Katherine. She has been so helpful as we live out of town and have had my sister in law viewing the apartment for us until we could make it to see them. She was so patient and provided so many answers to our questions (so many questions) as well as very thorough and understanding with our situation. The apartment seems very quiet and clean which we can appreciate of course. Cant wait to see what is to come. She is one of the reasons we decided to sign a lease.

    Great apartment complex. Since the lease process the management team make you feels welcome. Very impressed with how clean the apartment was during our inspection before moving in. Management and staff respond very quickly to maintenance request. The town home style layout is perfect for my needs and love how quiet is at any time of the day. Management takes care of ensure the surrounding are clean and enjoyable for the residents. Is a great place to live.

    My fiance, our Husky and I moved in May 1st. Were loving it. Big thank you to Jennifer for all your help every step of the way. Natasha loves her patio and the Dog Park. All the neighbors weve met so far are awesome.

    I have lived here for three years now and I truly enjoy calling it home. Quick responses to maintenance issues, great communication from staff, and it’s beautiful! I love walking my dog on the pathways, and he loves it too! Our new renovations look great as well. I enjoy being able to open the gate and other entry points from my phone, it’s very convenient. I appreciate all of the fun activities and other events the office has planned as well. The staff is friendly, and always willing to answer any questions I have. I don’t plan on leaving any time soon. :)

    Good apartments, great location. I haven’t had any issues in my almost 2 years living here.I’d say if you have a very active social life and want to have people over this may not be the place for you. They are very strict on parking and towing is enforced, limited guest parking availability I think there is like 2 guest parking spots available at the front office for the whole apartment complex.

    I moved to Marquis at Bandera from a “high end” (or so they claim) complex off Culebra and 1604. The complex I was moving from was roach infested and I feared even mentioning it to Kat in the office, afraid they’d turn me away so as to not infest other units even after telling her the very tedious and lengthy process I was going through to make sure I didn’t bring any with me. Kat was so understanding and was able to sympathize with me about the complex I was coming from regarding her own past experience with them. I was traumatized because of the other complex’s bug issue and Kat offered to go above and beyond making sure there was absolutely no sign or sighting of a roach in my new unit. The application process took 7 days, which was fine because they thoroughly screen their tenants, but it was incredibly simple. I love my unit, it’s simple enough that I can design it to my exact liking but not necessarily plain by any means. The grounds are well cared for, I never see trash anywhere. The pricing is very fair considering the location. I know a lot of people complain about parking but I’ve never had an issue but I do live in the back and don’t generally leave past 8 pm. Overall very very happy with my experience here, especially being bug-free!

    We love living here! The office staff and maintenance are always so prompt, kind, and easy to work with! The area is very convenient, but still have wonderful, manicured grounds next to lots of trees.The pool is always clean, and they do their best to offer resident events, and are always improving the property. We cant imagine living anywhere else!

    I have been living here for 5 months now. The location is exactly what I was looking for. Maintenance is on top of any issues I have in a timely manner. Ladies(Samantha & Kat)in Administration very helpful. They sure do go above and beyond with any issues. I feel safe when I walk the grounds. Nice pool and just comfortable and CLEAN. Pest Control is available upon request. There are apartments available with garage protecting from inclement weather. I am content in our HOME.

    My son and I have lived here for the past 2 years and NEVER have we felt unsafe, not cared for, or had any problems. These guys are so wonderful - SO WONDERFUL. This management office and maintenance crew has been nothing short of the absolute best for us. Come visit them... Im sure youll agree with me!

    Weve been here since 2015, and its the best complex weve ever lived in. Started with a one-bedroom, then my husband and I upgraded to a two-bedroom last year. We had planned to rent a house, but our options were limited in SA because of our pet count and size (we have a big Great Pyrenees), so we decided to stay at Springs at Bandera until were ready to move cities or buy. Im glad we did.Weve seen office and maintenance staff come and go through the years, and they have all been friendly, kind, and flexible. Service requests are completed quickly any time we have an issue. The pool is super nice in the summer. Neighbors are friendly but we also have lots of privacy. And it is extremely pet-friendly here! You cant walk around without seeing a cute doggy :) Our two pups love the dog park.When you rent, I feel like you can always find something to complain about since someone else is controlling the property. But when the place is managed well, like it is here, it actually takes away the stress you would otherwise face if you owned your own home. Thats been our experience living at Springs at Bandera; we love it here!

    Property is very clean and everyone is polite and professional. Samantha has been so nice and helped on several occasions with paying my rent or setting up my gate app and has been patient since I am not so computer savvy. haha Rey is professional and completes my work orders with care. He always calls and knocks before coming to do my work orders which I appreciate and makes me feel comfortable while there. Happy to call this place my home for the past 3 years and more to come! Just wanted to say I am grateful for the staff.

    Have lived here for 10 years. The current management and maitenance are AWESOME!! Quick to respond and quick to resolve. Wonderful communication and feel happy. Planning on possibly upgrading apartment in same complex because we like the people who run the apartment.

    No apartment will ever be perfect, but this one was pretty great for our first together as newlyweds! Any maintenance request was resolved swiftly, and the unit itself was beautiful and spacious. Our neighbors were always kind. The parking situation was less than desirable but usually not a huge problem for us, and the amenities being closed for so long was frustrating but I guess understandable, due to COVID. Overall, we had a great experience living here! Im not sure you can do much better for the price anywhere else.

    We love and enjoy living here for 4 years now. We haven’t encounter any problems staying here. Staff are very eager to help. Hands down to the maintenance team for their quick response and repair gets done the next day. It has a very nice ambiance, clean, safe and peaceful surrounding with must-have amenities like pool, gym, carwash and more, pet-friendly, and a place that is close to everything — stores, gasoline, restaurants, hospitals, and entertainment. Apt units are spacious and lots of storage rooms. Highly recommended!

    We moved here about two months ago after selling our house in the Alamo Ranch area. Were waiting for our new house to be built so in the meantime we moved to this awesome and scenic apartment complex. Though Stephanie is no longer here when she was it was a pleasure dealing with her and with the property management staff. The new management team are also very nice folks and overall Id say this is a great place to live. The scenery is awesome and the dog friendly atmosphere is very appreciated. So far its been a really nice experience.

    Marquis Management & Maintenance Team,Thank yall for all youve done & continue to do for our community! The Marquis Maintenance Teams great work, remodled clubhouse, upgraded fitness center, new pool furniture & bbq grill, repainted buildings, improved trash service, repaved parking lot, updated access controls, & normalized resident parking have been a huge task that has made a world of difference. Additionally, Marcel & the Marquis Maintenance Team have always done an excellent job completing any requested repairs needed & ensuring everything they work on remains fully operable/functional (instead of applying temporarary/band aid fixes for problems).I have lived here for around 10 years & cant say this community has ever had better management & maintenance staff until your team took over Springs/Marquis.Much obliged!

    First let me start off , the apartment complex is very well kept and clean. I absolutely love my apartment and any concerns or problems I had got taken care of in a timely manner. Clarence the maintenance supervisor was on top of it all! He even came late on a Sunday to fix my air conditioner. I would definitely recommend to live here.

    My husband and I have been living here the past 2 years and have nothing bad to say about it. Jenni and Stephanie in the leasing office are very friendly and attentive and the whole maintenance crew is amazing! The location has been perfect for us. Our dog has loved playing with friends at the dog park. This truly is a little community. If you’re trying to find a new place to call home, definitely come check out Springs at Bandera.

    We have enjoyed living here because it is mostly quiet. Our dog likes the scenery and the dog park. We feel safe here compared to two other places we have lived in San Antonio. It is nice to be near good restaurants and the HEB Plus. I think there may be a flea problem and it would be awesome if they treated the grass for fleas in the summer, but I know it can be costly and there are so many dogs here to try and keep up with. We are on the first floor so sometimes bugs will crawl in under the door, but nothing huge and it is still pretty rare. The pool could be a little better maintained and parking can be a hassle.Everyone has always been nice in the office and the maintenance men are helpful. I love the space we get for the price. Overall, we love it here.

    Jennifer, Carlos and staff are courteous, polite and they make you feel welcomed. Carlos helped us during the whole process, answered all of our questions and got us into our new place. Love how the areas are cleaned and well maintained, also the landscaping. You can see Maintenance crew working around the areas, keeping everything up to date.     Ive lived here for 2 months so far and its great. Any time theres an issue to where I need to submit a service ticket, the maintenance staff is quick and efficient in getting the issue fixed. When I signed the lease, working with Jenni and the leasing staff was easy and comforting. The neighborhood is full of nice people and the overall living experience is great. The birthday shoutouts on the LED sign in the front is a nice touch as well!

    Great safe place to live. Friendly staff and maintenance responds to all requests very quickly (usually within 24hrs on a weekday). The only downfall is the parking situation for guests but all the great things about this place make up for that one not so great thing. I love it here.

    My experience here so far has been great, the location is very convenient, the front office staff is very helpful and has a sense of urgency. The prices are great, with a majority of 1 bedrooms being around 1,300 this was a more affordable option. It has everything I need :)

    I was just on the phone with Carlos from the front office for 3 different issues that we had to fix. He made sure to take care of every single little thing and made it so convenient for me. Customer service is a commitment Marquis Bandera has with its residents. Very short turn around times for maintenance requests and the most important is that they are at convenient times for residents. Recommend this place 100%

    Went for a tour and the staff was very sweet and knowledgeable. They anserwed all my questions and concerns! The property was super clean and felt like a breathe of fresh air, it is also conveniently close to a lot of food and shopping centers. 10 out of 10 recommend!

    We have been here well over a year and I have never been happier with Springs at Bandera. We have a small husky who enjoys our walks around the lovely complex and enjoys occasional meetings with other dogs during our walks or at the on-site park. The staff and maintenance have been utterly kind, welcoming and professional. Parking can get a little crowded at times but, overall Springs at Bandera has been such a positive experience thus far. I appreciate the effort that the staff puts into hosting events here, its a great way to gear towards a friendly and welcoming community. 💕

    These apartments are perfect for starting off. Everything you need is within a 5 minute driving distance. I have a dog and he’s so happy here! There is car wash here and I LOVE IT!!!

    Great apartments! Stayed one year here, the maintenance staff attend the calls and do repairs when needed. The apartment management have arranged events to kids and adults. The apartment is close to lots of good restaurants.

    There is noperfect place to live in any area... I look for the front office/management personnel has the same energy over a consistent period of time like they did when I was first moved in. I have been since 2020, the front office management w/Samantha Katherine ans Debra as well as the maintenance crew led by Reyes have been consistent and accomodating on many levels and are always looking to ensure me and my family are satisfied with our stay here at Marquis Bandera. While I work toward home ownership, this will be the place I call home

    Only gave this a 5 so this could possibly be posted. This complex is by FAR the WORST apartments Ive ever lived at! All employees treat you so well before signing the lease and after they can care less of all the damages and troubles you encounter when moving in! I had COCKROACHES EVERY SINGLE day and the office never did anything about it! They fee for every single little thing as having your trash out that sometimes wouldnt get picked up by valet even when during business hours. Dishwasher and A.C. where always breaking down and some things where already broken before we moved in and never got fixed! And its called a gated community but the gates were always broken, Im pretty sure of the entire year I lived there the gates probably worked for 2 months all toghether.

    Quiet complex thats not far from everything you need. (HEB, UTSA, the Rim) Though lack of parking is a pain but who cant do without getting a few extra steps in their day? I know theyre working to rectify this so its not all bad.

    We have been living at Marquis Bandera since April 2024, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The apartment is beautiful, and we absolutely love it here. One of the highlights is the maintenance service, which addresses any issues promptly—usually within a day. Additionally, the management staff is friendly and always willing to help. It’s definitely one of the best apartments to live in, and I highly recommend it.

    The Management and Maintenance staff are great in this community. The grounds are kept up nicely.The respect shown is Phenomenal.I wouldn’t trade this property for another.
