    We have been living here since 2021. Our in laws have been living here over the past 7 years. Ms. Amyiah Carr, the Community Director, has been very professional, helpful, always answering phones, being on top of the things and getting them done quickly. She is also a delightful to talk to, very approachable.Mr. Ozzi and Mr. Richard, the maintenance team are working hard, attending to the needs of the property in timely manner, willing to answer any questions, are very polite and helpful.The office staff are always helpful and pleasant to talk to. The cleaners are working hard to keep the property well cleaned. The whole team is working very well, the communication between them is fast and efficient.The ceilings on the property are very high, making the inside living areas spacious and well lit with large windows. The hallways are also spacious, well lit, clean and have safety cameras.The kitchen has a large cookstove, two large ovens, a ventilation hood, large fridge and freezer, plenty of kitchen cabinets space, marble top countertops, the island with an electric outlet, large double sink with disposal and walk in pantry.The amenities including the pool and the gym are well maintained, cleaned and quiet. Love the cute small pillows which make resting on the lounge chairs by the pool very comfortable.There is a very nice wooded walking path just behind the buildings, perfect for every day walks or rides on a bicycle. It goes a very long way. Often a wildlife and many wildflowers are there, which makes it very interesting and pleasant.

    Me and my sister just moved here from California and we are both very impressed with this apartment complex. Just the views alone here are gorgeous, and all the amenities are a great addition to an already great community. You are able to enjoy a nicely upkept pool, a clean community gym, and a grill for us all to enjoy which is great. The maintenance team is professional and are quick to respond to any work orders put in and not to mention the leasing management is extremely friendly and helpful to any questions or concerns you may have. Just in the few short months we have lived here, we have come to love it and have nothing but good things to say.

    I have been living here since 30MAY24 and compared from my previous apartment, this is considered luxurious.This place has high-end ceilings, thick walls (I donā€™t really hear my sister unless she has her door wide open). Gas stove stop, spacious rooms, large balconies, etc. My kittens love going outside and enjoy the weather. I donā€™t really hear my neighbors most of the time, which is amazing. The spa tub is relaxing, especially with the water jets.The residents here are very polite, I havenā€™t had any issues with them.Ms. Carr is the best property manager that Iā€™ve ever met. She is very professional and knowledgeable with the apartments. She provides everyone information or notifies us regarding what is going on with the apartment.The maintenance team (Ozzy and Richard) are very communicative and on top of their tasks.I will be following up an update by the end of December, mahalo.

    One year ago when I moved into the Marquis TPC Apartments I said to all my family and friends ā€œ I love my apartmentā€¦ it feels like my home I sold.ā€ Crown molding in all the rooms, granite counters, gourmet kitchen, and itā€™s well maintained. The floor plan is perfect and has a great view from my patio. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Itā€™s quiet and I feel secure.

    I have been living at the Marquis since the beginning of the year, and I have loved living in my spacious and beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. It has a luxurious look and ample amounts of space for all of your belongings. The fantastic layout lets you enjoy your space and also have room to host or enjoy a night in with family. The front office is very kind, Amiyah is wonderful and helped us through the application process and has been so attentive throughout our time here. The apartment is wonderfully located amongst nature and trails are accessible nearby.

    I absolutely love living at Marquis at TPC! The property managers are fantasticā€¦ always helpful and quick to resolve any questions. Our spacious 2-bedroom apartment is perfectly distributed, with high ceilings and beautiful upgraded finishes. The community feels warm and welcoming, and we truly enjoy all the amenities, especially the gym. Highly recommend!

    I want to compliment the staff in the office at The Marquis at TPC for being such an awesome team. We have been in our home at The Marquis at TPC for 3 years now. We are very happy in our home. We live in a very well built home apartment with a beautiful floor plan. We feel very safe and the employees here are very welcoming and attentive. Amyiah keeps us informed of what we need to know about what is going on and is very detail oriented. When we have a need for maintenance, Ozzie and Richard are very professional and timely in their response. Since Amyiah has become the Director here, we have noticed that the entire property has been improving, Thus, bringing the property to better than when we first moved in! We love the friendly atmosphere here and plan to stay!

    I love this apartment! Its built like a little custom home. There are 8 solid interior doors, rounded sheetrock corners, a jetted tub, and a powder room in my large one bedroom with lots of closet space. The living room is even big enough for my 10 sectional. Joy! Maya, the new manager is great, and takes good care of the property and residents. Ozzy, the maintenance supervisor is wonderful as well and very friendly! I highly recommend!!

    Have only lived here for a month but so far so good! I love the high ceilings and wood floors. The walls and doors seem to keep noise out and the view behind the complex is awesome. I am really happy we chose Marquis at TPC!

    This place is amazing , its like a small house instead of apartment living. I love the gas stove and the spacious living areas, like all apartment living you will run into your end and puts but the management team is very helpful and your things are fixed within a day or 2, depending on the urgency, a great place to live , I recommend this or cws properties.

    Weve been living here since December, and Renae and Jimmy have been awesome every step of the way.During Snovid (or whatever you want to call it), Renae did an outstanding job keeping us updated with the latest information, sometimes emailing us at 10 PM, so we felt safe and informed. We were lucky that we never lost power during the storm, and while there were temporary issues with water pressure, we always had an accurate timeline, so we effectively prepare and ration. When the apartment complex down the street had a bad fire, Renae prioritized getting our own sprinkler system fixed immediately after the storm, and even found time to offer supplies and assistance to the other apartment complex in need. Keep in mind, this was a time that the entire state was facing a crisis, and Renae led us through this perfectly. I dont know how we would have made it through without her. Renaes excellent customer service was the reason we signed with Marquis at TPC, and it was very evident through that storm that its not some sort of facade to get you to sign. She takes care of residents with the same compassion and attention to detail that she does with prospective residents. We looked at a few different luxury complexes in San Antonio, and Renae is the reason we ended up here. Since, she has become a friend as well.Notice, I havent even mentioned amenities or the complex itself yet. The area is beautiful, and theres a hiking trail next to the complex that takes you to the Hill Country Marriott. Apartments are very spacious. The kitchens have a lot of stove space, which is nice if you like to cook. Very easy to make multiple dishes at the same time. Neighbors are friendly. Its definitely on the quieter side (which is our preference). I added a picture from our balcony. As I said, the area is very nice.Service requests are usually fulfilled in a timely manner, but if its not timely, they keep you very updated. Never felt as if a request got backlogged.The gym is nice and rarely crowded.Price is very fair. For similar amenities, this was on the lower end of prices for a 3 Br.Once again, I have to thank Renae and Jimmy. There are a lot of nice buildings in San Antonio. The service is unbeatable.

    I lived at the Marquis at TPC for 14 months and absolutely loved my apartment and the property. It was a rough start due to an upstairs neighbor that made very loud noises sometimes until 3:00 a.m. The prior property Director did nothing to address the issue despite hearing the noises for herself. My only option was to move or pay a $500 transfer fee to move to another apartment on property. That all changed when Amyiah, the new property manager came on board. Amyiah was absolutely amazing and the Marquis is lucky to have her. She responded to emails in a timely and professional manner and addressed the noise issue with the upstairs neighbor immediately. There was also a noticeable improvement in the time it took the complex to get items replaced or fixed when requested. Ozzy, the maintenance director and his partner Chris were always friendly, professional and addressed all maintenance requests in a timely manner. Maria was also very service oriented. Overall my experience was very positive and would have renewed my lease, however I wanted to be closer to my family.

    Maria and Amyiah in the office are always pleasant and helpful. Chris and Ozzy in maintenance are always professional and knowledgeable. I have been about 6 months at marquis and I love it. Though I had some issues early on, Amyiah has really made an effort to make these apartments top tier since she started.

(We applied for an apartment in Marquis at Crown Ridge before applying here but it didnā€™t work out because of an incompetent management team, it was a totally different experience here).

    We have been here for a few weeks now and we are loving it out here. I just wanna say Erica is the most peaceful, professional, and get it done type of person, she answered every question we had, she made the move in smooth. Thereā€™s not a lot of people like that in apartment offices. All I can say is she gets things done when others donā€™t. She is my go to! Sheā€™s so sweet I just love her :) Chris the maintenance man is very kind and gets things done in a timely manner:)

    We chose Marquis TPC as we await our new home. So far the move in experience has been good. The first night was very quiet and comfortable. There were no issues with the apartment mechanics or aesthetics. The people Ive seen so far have been friendly. The apartment is spacious, quiet and very private. We are very happy with our decision and would highly recommend.

    Iā€™ve been living at these apartments for almost a year and I donā€™t plan on moving any time soon! I feel super safe here and the residents here are super quiet along with very friendly. I love how welcoming, helpful, and available the the front office staff are (Renae and Jimmy). From the front office to maintenance staff, they all go above and beyond to make sure residents are satisfied. The apartments are so beautiful inside and I havenā€™t had a single problem since Iā€™ve moved here. Overall, itā€™s been an amazing living experience from day one and I highly recommend this complex to anybody whoā€™s looking!

    UPDATE: Our kids were approved today for their apartment. I appreciate the prompt response from the staff at Marquis and have amended my review to reflect this.My daughter and her husband were approved for another property operated by Marquis (Crown Ridge) but after my daughter recently accepted a job at the TPC Marriott this was a better option. My daughter and her husband are recent immigrants as is my wife. They were told their approval would not carryover from the other property, and they would need to start again. Like the previous Marquis I needed to cosign since my daughter was just starting her first job in America, which is fine. However, after collecting all of the fees, and running my credit report (803) for a second time, we were told that we didnā€™t meet the minimum income requirement, even though the rent was only slightly more than the other property. We were told if we could just find a few more dollars we would be good. My wife, who also started her first job in America, got a letter from her employer stating her income and position. Suddenly, this wasnā€™t enough as they then said that she hadnā€™t been at the job long enough so her income couldnā€™t be counted. Bear in mind that together my wife and I make approximately $105,000 a year but this was not enough apparently to rent a $1,100 a month apartment because her income and my daughters income couldnā€™t be counted due to not enough time in the job. Iā€™m going to hold short of accusing them of deceptive business practices, but they certainly went out of their way to find a way to decline the application. I would also hope that for their sake, since my kids are foreign, that did not play into it as the Fair Housing Act would certainly have something to say about that. Ultimately it is suspect simply because the application process at another Marquis location was seamless, painless, and our family was approved. At the TPC location it was the exact opposite experience. I would recommend finding out what they require prior to letting them steal $100 per person from you only to later say you didnā€™t meet minimum qualifications.

    This property is amazing! I have not always had the best experience when it comes to renting sometimes I sometimes I walked into was seemed to be a dream and it was absolute nightmare. Jimmy and Renee saw to it to it that I had one of the easiest move ins Ive ever experienced in my life, And if I have a problem is taking care of immediately. This property is everything you see in The pictures of this place and more. The floor plan is huge the floor plan is just like a actual home its quiet the neighbors are courteous I am safe and secure and it is absolutely beautiful here. I have found the place that I want to call home for at least 5 years so if you guys are looking for a great apartment with great staff who value your privacy keep a clean property and gives you the amenities that you are looking for in most places at a decent price; then this is where you need to be.

    This place has improved tremendously after CWS apartments took over and made it Marquis. Theyve made incredible improvements like new paint and carpets in the hallways, new fitness center and theyre building a business center. Maintenance is top notch and prompt. Office staff is helpful and very pleasant to deal with. If we have any type of issue its deal with immediately and to our satisfaction every time. The complex is only three buildings which is nice with a cool walking path behind that leads through the forest. Only thing is I wish they had an area for my kids to play

    I love living here. The apartments are beautiful and management really listen to concerns and make improvements as needed. I feel safe in my apartment. Having an assigned space in an attached covered parking garage have been a huge plus with rainy / cold days. The residents are also very friendly, which have not been my experience living in other luxury properties.

    I have only been here for about 6 months, however my experience has been delightful! The apartments are quite nice and spacious. Also, the apartment staff is very responsive if you have an issue. Matter of fact, I had a issue with my a/c and in it was fixed in no time. I submitted the work order after midnight and it was fixed right away that morning. Thank you Jose for getting that done so quickly and thank you Jimmy and Renae for always being on top of things!

    MY wife and I just recently moved here, from the first day we arrived it has been nothing short of magnificent. We were greeted by Renae, who without hesitation gave us a tour of the property and answered any questions we had about possibly renting. Furthermore, her display of professionalism, passion for what she does and eagerness to get you into the perfect home is what drove our decision to move here. Prior to our visit we toured 5 other properties, but none compared to The Marquis at TPC. The community is great, the home are exceptional, its quite, but most importantly everyone on staff are true professionals. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in search of a new home that guarantees peace of mind!

    I moved in mid July and since then my experience living here is truly a 5star! Renae helped me with the application process and made it so easy to move in LITERALLY ONLY TOOK A DAY, Jimmy is so welcoming also . No headaches whatsoever, before I checked the place out I looked at reviews and was concerned by one review about scorpions. Didnā€™t think to much of it , unfortunately I did have one in the apartment. I emailed the office and Renae offered her Sincere apology (even though it was out of her control) she did assure me she would have pest control spray thoroughly in and out of the apartment as soon as she could get someone out to me , she also gave me tips on how to keep the cridders out, SUPER kind of her . A few days later she emailed me making sure everything was okay and I settled in fine small gesture but 100% made me feel like a priority.SUPER SUPER happy on our decision to call The marquis at TPC our new home !

    Ive lived here for almost five years and the most recent ownership has been the best Ive experienced so far. They undertook a property beautification project (and the property was plenty pretty already), upgraded all the amenities and have an extremely timely maintenance staff who will not give up until the problem is solved. Ive had multiple issues with my A/C unit and their service staff has worked tirelessly to fix or replace it until it works. The current leasing agents, Renae and Jimmy are always polite and genuinely want to help you solve your problems. Ive experienced poor management at this property in the past and Im glad those days seem to be gone. The price is definitely on the high end, but I havent been able to find any competing properties in San Antonio who offer the same level of in-home amenities for the price (the gourmet kitchens in these places are simply incredible). If youre in the market for upscale living in Far North Central, this place really cant be beat.

    The Complex is undergoing repainting and new carpeting in all the common areas! The new look is really nice! The management team tries very hard to keep the place nice. Yes, as a previous poster has noted, there are a few tenants that fail to properly care for the common areas. But, if you let the office know of the problem, it gets fixed. They have regular cleaning crews, but it is up to us, as tenants to help keep the place nice to live in. I love this place!

    My wife and I moved to Cibolo Canyon last June. New to San Antonio we were looking for a nice, quiet neighborhood and the Stone Oak area fit the bill nicely. We immediately loved the apartment when we toured it; high ceilings, hard wood floors, open space, balcony, walk in closet, etc. Price is certainly not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and at Cibolo Canyon you get a beautiful apartment, well kept grounds, great amenities, including an always empty gym which I love and a parking garage, and most importantly, an awesome, always responsive staff. The maintenance team of Jaun and Jack are superb, quick to respond and always knowledgeable and honest. The office staff admittedly has had a lot of turnover since Ive been here, but each new employee has been very friendly and the day-to-day operations havent seemed to skip a beat despite all the changing faces. We are relocating out of Texas soon, but otherwise wouldnt hesitate for a second to remain at Cibolo Canyon.

    Absolutely love this place!! We have been here a couple of months and honestly, everything has been perfect!! From the first time we walked in the office to view the property to now..... we are so impressed by how awesome and friendly the staff is, especially Renae!!! She is the best!Our previous place was horrible! Cars racing in and out of the gate, drama and yelling 24/7, Bexar County Sheriff there daily responding to something! Definitely did not feel safe with kids! Couldnā€™t even speak to staff unless you made an appointment! What a joke!We are so happy here! It is complete opposite from where we came from and totally feel safe! And, our Apartment here is AMAZING with upgraded features and appliances to die for!!! Awesome, Awesome place!! Would highly recommend checking this place out!

    Great location, great property! You really get the extras here that you cant find at other properties. Love the elevator access, tanning facility, gates that actually work and really love the underground parking. Also, the interior of my home is very beautiful and I love my 8 burner gas stove. Arlene the new manager is just what they needed. She is so warm and always greets you with a smile on her face. I really appreciate the great customer service that I receive. I would highly recommend this community.

    We have lived at this complex since January 2019 and love it! The office staff is very friendly, professional, and really make you feel at home. the location here in TPC is very beautiful and the complex is not far from the large J.W Marriott resort. The community is very small with 3 buildings, and your apartment comes with a free spot in the parking garage. The buildings have nice elevators that lead to indoor hallways (like a hotel). The valet trash is nice because it is 7 days a week. The reason that I only give 4 of the 5 stars is because the pool is small, and dirty (trees hang over it) and we experienced a lot of issues initially upon move in. The tile was cracked in the kitchen which took several weeks to resolve (for good reason), there were bugs coming from the sink, and our window in the master bedroom was leaking. On the plus side maintenance and the office staff was very quick to address all of our concerns and at the time of this review none of these issues persist!

    I had a great application process as I got ready to move in. Any problems that I thought I would come by didnt happen. I love that they have leasing options for as little as 1 month! You dont see that often around here. There are VERY helpful employees and managers throughout the whole application process. The neighborhood is SUPER quiet which is great since I read a lot. Im truly blessed to have found this place. I honestly think this rivals getting a hotel!

    I just recently relocated from Memphis to San Antonio for work/school and as we all know moving can be stressful especially out of state relocation, because to be honest youre really hoping/praying your potential new home is everything you need it to be and more especially when doing EVERYTHING online.Let me start off and say the property mgmt staff Renae and Jimmy have been nothing but exemplary in showing how proper resident and customer care should be done. I know its very clear in previous reviews the prior Mgmt staff/company were not living up to proper or even decent expectations when it came to running the property and treating residents with proper care and help. But the new Mgmt team CWS is working very hard in turning this property around. The buildings (inside and outside) are clean and up kept really well. The apartments are beautiful on the inside with wood floors, tall ceilings, and stainless steel appliances. They offer valet trash pick up and host community events for the residents (most recently was Wine Wednesday). In addition, these apartments are sitting in a prime location (Stone Oak area) and are CLOSE to everything! Theres so much shopping around right at your fingertips.Again Jimmy and Renae have been outstanding, I was relocating from Memphis to San Antonio and just had major surgery...the word stressful is an understatement to how I was feeling, but again Renae from the time she spoke to me on the phone on the very first day up until the week of my move in date...she made me feel assured that everything was going to be alright...and it was. She even sent me pictures of my actual unit! The day I arrived Jimmy took very good care of me showing me around and explaining all the property details to me. Last but not least the maintenance staff is fast and efficient with work order requests. I am proud, happy and blessed to call Marquis at TPC my new home and even more proud to have leasing office mgmt work so diligent in making their resident feel at home.I know its hard choosing the right apartment community to reside in especially when previous comments can make one nervous, but thanks to other residents and from first hand experience Im very happy I chose to stay here.     We went in to apply at these apartments and the lady in the office was so helpful. She took us around and showed us the apartments and did everything possible to make us feel welcome. Then a few other tenants came in to give rent and one gave a key to her car for a maintenance person that was coming later when she would be gone. We asked other tenants when they came in how they liked the place and they had nothing but good things to say. We ended up moving to Houston, but will not forget the first impressions given here.

    I visited their sister site and was referred here. The property was well maintained and location is perfect. Apartments have a great golf course view and large interiors. Close to everything but secluded at the same time. The leasing person, Jimmy, was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Still deciding but made my top 3.

    We love calling this complex home! And this is coming from someone who SWORE shed never live in an apartment again. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which is a huge deal when youre renting somewhere. If theres an issue with something in your place, its easy to put in an order online to get it fixed, and they show up within 24-48 hours every time. Ive come to know the guys who come to fix things, as well, so Im not concerned with them entering my home. Theyre very nice and respectful.Weve noticed the company working on things like landscape and fixing up the area too, so I think that they bought it from another company who maybe wasnt keeping things up as well as they should? So far, everything to do with the current company and the buildings has been wonderful since my fiance and I have been here. Its a beautiful complex, and Id recommend living here to anyone.

    I did not end up renting here (through no fault of Marquis @ TPC) this is a beautiful complex in a great area, the apartments are very nice. However, the purpose of this review is to compliment Jimmy (James), the leasing agent. He was so professional but also very kind and attentive throughout the entire process.

    The staff at Marquis TPC are amazing! Renae and Jimmy always go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of me as a resident. I can always count on Maintenance to take care of my service request in a timely manner. Overall great customer service.

    I am happy to say, the office staff, (Renae and Jimmy) and the maintaince staff ( Juan )have been a dream to work with. Renae assisted me with my application and payments because I dont have good computer skills. Jimmy helped me with getting in my apartment after I locked myself out after hours doing the holidays. Maintaince came with in hours of putting in work requests and made repairs. I am happy with the time they take to make sure that my needs are met. I have enjoyed my time here and look forward to more great times.

    I have been living here for several months now and I love my home it is quite. More than anything I feel safe, which was a lot of the reason I moved here. Ive never had any issues with my place. The only thing is the hall way was stinking so I put a plug in and that helped the hallway. I took care of the issue myself.

    Jimmy Sprinkle provided me with such a great experience during my first visit. He made me feel incredibly welcomed, he was very well informed and able to answer all of my questions and was very professional. He seems to take great pride in the community and his work.     My husband is a chef, so we needed an apartment with a great kitchen.... Im so glad that I found this little gem. We have a HUGE 8 burner stove, and its amazing compared to the other complexs that we looked at around the area. If you love to cook as much as my husband, id check this place out.
