    I found this apartment randomly by driving past it one day. Decided to give it a chance and loved it ever since. I moved out of state for a while but decided to come back because management and maintenance go above and beyond to ensure the residents are taken care off. The office staff is always very attentive and friendly and greets everyone by name which I thought was very nice. Any issues are resolved promptly and handled professionally. The apartment I am in currently and was at before is quiet, clean and spacious, the garage is what sold me. Overall 10/10 would recommend if youā€™re looking for a family friendly living environment!

    What started as a video tour of an apartment we just found online, turned into a long long stay of more than 6 years for us at Marquis when we first moved to Texas. The property is super convenient, quiet, and very well maintained. The apartment units are mostly updated. Theres no bug problem either. The leasing office staff led by their long time manager has been very professional, fair, transparent, and accommodative with us. The Maintenance staff led by Luis is super responsive, experienced, and nice. The pool is nice as well as the gym and computer room. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Marquis. To be honest, we grew very comfortable living in this community. Our experience during move-in as well as move-out was very smooth and without any kind of unfair and unpleasant incidents.

    Edit: itā€™s been 2 years since this review and I just wanted to say I hold the same opinion. This complex is amazing. They have the absolute best staff and maintenance crew. Theyā€™re always renovating, fixing things you wouldnā€™t think of, never cut corners, very communicative. Canā€™t recommend this place enough, I hope this helps someone out there!My girlfriend and I have been living here for the past few months and 10/10 recommend this community! Extremely helpful and nice staff, all service requests are taken care of swiftly, place is always clean, no issues with bugs or rodents, pool is always clean. Everything is in tip-top shape here!

    I had 2 tours with Taylor Jackson at Marquis at Stonebriar. Even though we did not end up going with this property for reasons unrelated to this property, but I have to leave a review here and let everyone know that Taylor is FABULOUS. She is CARING, ATTENTIVE, THOUGHTFUL, HER ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS UNMATCHED. I mean truly, THE BEST sales professional you will meet out here. She ensures that you have all the information you need, and she goes above and beyond to make sure that you are well informed and satisfied with what you see and try to give you the best options possible. I was really impressed and thoroughly enjoyed touring the property with her. I truly believe she is a rare gem in the business world and a great asset to the company. I hope shes valued greatly in the company. Taylor, my best wishes to you and best of luck in everything! Hope we will cross paths again in the future!

    The 5 stars is solely for Leasing Consultant Taylor Jackson! Although, I did not choose this property, Ms. Jackson is the BEST in the industry with a talent that is unmatched! If you need a top notch professional with expertise, professionalism, goes above and beyond, and loves her job....Taylor is your person! If I could give her 20 stars I would! I wish Taylor nothing but continued success and hope she is promoted into Management or Management at a corporate level. She is just that qualified and deserving! This property is lucky to have her! She is a gem!

    I have had the pleasure of living at the Marquis at Stonebriar for almost 2 years now, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. My husband and I love it, and it is truly perfect for us! The property itself is amazing. Itā€™s always super clean and the complex is in a great location. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They always went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and that we were happy with our living situation!

    We came to America from Japan for work. I had a great experience at this apartment. The extremely friendly staff, prompt service, and cute rooms with fireplaces all made this a great memory of America.     Lets start with the staff, it was amazing from the first moment trying to lease, I had the chance of working with Sarah, who I believe is now the manager. She was super polite, very down to earth and not trying to force the place on to me like most apt staff do, probably cause it didnā€™t need selling. The rest of the staff was also super helpful and always available. There isnt a single complain I have with the staff!The maintenance: very quick to respond to issues, always on time and available to fix what ever the problems might be. I had a few issues, but nothing that would be out of regular wear and tear, which got fixed within 48 hours. The 48 hours held true to not just a couple of repairs but a bunch of em!The apartment complex: Amazing area if you have pets as they have a small enclosure for pets to run free, apartments while buildings might be a bit old, they have been upgraded. A lot of greenery and space to walk plus right next to the lake so its super nice. Gym is well stocked and the swimming pool is decent plus the hot tub is a nice plus.The only two cons I could see are1) the darn thermostats are ancient, installed my own nest and saw my bill drop a decent amount2) when I lived there rent was a lot lower, lately I was considering moving back but the prices have gone up.You do get what you pay for tho, this place is definitely worth it!

    This complex is by far the best experience Ive had ever living in an apartment. Our leasing agent Brittany and the entire rest of the staff at the marquis stonebriar community is second to none when it comes to customer service and overall customer satisfaction. They are very attentive and ensured the proccess for application was as smoothe as humanly possible. This community is always well kept, with reliable maintenance and cleanliness. These people actually care about their residents, which is almost unheard of for apartment living. If youre looking for a great place to live where you will get your moneys worth look no further !

    Living at the Marquis has been nothing less than perfect when youre considering apartment living. The staff is extremely attentative, the maintenance crew is reliable and top of their stuff, and just in general everything is always kept up with. We are lucky weve been able to find a complex that for 1, the staff rarely changes (which is so rare for a complex) and where they all actually care about you. Special shout out to Brittany, this isnt our first time working with her but everytime we do she makes the process seamless. We really dont have any negatives about this place!

    I lived here for two years, and would have lived here for longer had I not gotten a job in Dallas. This is an incredible community with incredible staff, ESPECIALLY Sarah in the office! I even had 2 pipes burst in the big winter storm we had back in February, and the on-site maintenance team was absolutely INCREDIBLE. I didnā€™t lose anything major in the flood because the maintenance staff was so quick to respond and stopped at nothing to make sure they saved my apartment and everything inside. I cannot rave about this place enough. 11/10 would recommend it to anyone. Everything is newly renovated and beautiful. Itā€™s in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the tollways and all the fun stuff to do in Frisco/ Legacy area in Plano. This is the best apartment I have ever lived in, it exceeded all expectations I had, and I will truly miss living there.

    This is a great place. I loved it and I didnā€™t want to leave. Buying a house was the only reason I moved out. Beautiful views by the creek and golf course. Rooms are great size. It felt like a family neighborhood. Itā€™s a clean and safe complex. I loved the gym. It has all you need for great workouts. Itā€™s always clean. The office staff, management, and maintenance team are wonderful and very helpful. Computer room is very convenient. I highly recommend it .

    I LOVE this apartment complex. It is quiet, has a great dog park and pool area, and the girls who work in the front office are so nice. I have lived here for two years and would live here longer if I wasnt buying a house! Its in a great area, and there are always places for guests to park. Maintenance will also come within 24 hours (usually the same day) if you have an issue. I would recommend this complex to anyone!

    I love The Marquis at Stonebriar! The property is beautifully located near a wonderful little lake and golf course. The staff is so friendly and the maintenance guys are so helpful and quick to take care of any requests. My apartment is beautiful! I have lived in this community for going on 7 years and I wouldnā€™t want to live anywhere else!

    Ive only been living on this property for a little over 2 months now but everything has been wonderful. The move in process was so smooth and every staff member was helpful. Since moving in Ive had no issues and the one time Ive needed assistance (locked myself out of my apartment after hours) maintenance was there very quickly to let me in and provided a spare key! Im very happy with the decision I made to move here and have recommended the location to a few friends! Great staff. Beautiful property with a lot of families.

    Hands down, the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management team stays on top of things and are incredibly easy to talk to. If/when there is ever a Maintnance issue, it has been fixed within 24 hours (usually even less). During the freeze earlier this year, I never lost electricity or water and the office checked in on all of the tenants to make sure we were okay. This staff genuinely cares about the people who live here.

    This is a very good apartment. The grounds are well kept and maintenance responds to all request within 24 hours. The offices staffs are wonderful, I can tell that they love what they do. Each building holds about 14 units. Love the way it is built. Overall, very good place to live but make sure u have ur money, not cheap.

    Dont waste your time looking around. just rent at the Marquis Stonebriar. the apartments are clean and well maintained. we had a nice view to the golf course. Amazing staff, we were always treated with a smile and outstanding service. the maintenance team is there 24/7 once you need them. they are professional and helpful.

    I really cannot say enough about how much I love it here! From the moment I first inquired about an apartment until now, the staff has been nothing but helpful, kind, and sincere. Ive been living here about a month now and I absolutely LOVE the apartment. Great size, LOVE the kitchen, great finishes - its in a good location with easy access to everything, but still feels secluded and secure. I spent a lot of time looking for the right apartment and this is by far one of the very best in the area!

    Iā€™ve so far enjoyed living at Marquis at Stonebriar. The apartments are a bit older but have updated appliances and my pups enjoy the ample green space and grassy areas compared to newer apartment communities in the area. The management is responsive and friendly.

    Hello to all reading this review.Marquis At Stonebrier is a fabulous place to call home. Ive lived here for 10 years and do hope many more to come. The office staff is the very best. The maintenance group are also the best you can wish for. The office staff gives a nice breakfast in the beautiful clubhouse once a month. You are welcome here with you pet,a dog park on the property. The staff and maintenance group are always pleasant and eager to help. This is the place to call home.

    My husband and I have lived here for 3 years now! We love the units, location, and most of all, the staff! The front office knows your name and apartment number when you walk in the door! Ive never had that at any other complex. The maintenance team has a less than 24 hour response time, and they fix everything with a smile.We may have to move out in order to find a yard for our dogs in the next few months, but will greatly miss this place.If you are looking for a nice family environment that is very dog friendly, this is your place!!

    Ive been here for 5 months now, and couldnt be happier. Nothing was a facade, how most first few interactions with leasing offices are. Service requests are actually taken serious. Ive had to put in 2 since Ive been here, one for heat and the other for cosmetic things in the apartment. Both service requests were fulfilled within 24 hours, and I have not had an issue since the repairs were done. Also, its the little things that matter. Coming home from work, and seeing a CWS Christmas/holiday card on your door is always a nice thing.The staff is still friendly, and helpful. I never feel like Im being a burden if I inquire on anything. Also the parking is good here, I dont have covered parking, but I also dont need it. The furthest Ive had to park is maybe 200 away. The area is nice, and always clean. Neighbors mind their own business, but they also speak and are nice. Couldnt ask for a better place of residence.

The maintenance is really on top of things. Every time Iā€™ve had a maintenance request (seriously every time) one of the crew is there same day. Grounds, amenities and pool always look pristine. No complaints here.

    The Marquis is a very nice and quiet community. My wife and I love it here. The staff is really nice, and the grounds are kept clean. It is also really convenient, it is right off the 121 and is close to several grocery stores, restaurants, and the mall. We have really enjoyed it here compared to other apartments!

    I have been living here for almost 6 months now and was waiting for some time before giving the review.Leasing staff - highly professional and friendly at the same time. They will welcome you with a smile every time you go even for a package. Leasing experience was great.Apartments - Although the property itself is old, you dont feel that it is that old. Has been renovated over time so has a good touch of new and old. Just that on moving in, i had to raise a couple of service requests to get things done to the level of my liking. Well sound proofed as well. So far i have never heard any sound from any neighbor although each building has about 15-18 apartmentsEnvironment and amenities - Great outdoors with ample open spaces, a dog park swimming pool and gym. I love walking around the lawn and around the creek right next to the community. A golf course as well at walking distance and a kroger supermarket within 2 miles. Most large shops are within a 5 mile radius. Comfortably located from 121 tollway and without any schools to slow you down in the rush hour. Schools are located on the other aide and i see the buses stop at the community gate in the morningSecurity - so far found this place pretty secure. Packages are left at the door except by usps who leave it at the leasing office. I believe there is also a courtesy officer who lives in the community. Every apartment has good sensitive fire alarms.Service - service requests are closed within 24 hours and mostly in a single shot. They wont hesitate to replace an appliance if you feel it does not work as expected. So very happy with the experience.Events- every month there is a community breakfast and also we had a community holiday party which was a great place to meet neighborsOverall happy with the experience so far.

    I have lived here for just about 3 years and I have to say that I LOVE LOVE LOVE it here!NEGATIVES/NOISE: My only complaint is noise, which I have to admit, I have a sensitivity to it. I have noisy upstairs neighbors and sometimes you will find that you can hear your neighbors shower water or bathroom fan. So if you are sensitive to noise like me, be sure to get an upstairs unit. (You can still have the beautiful wood-like floors on the top/2nd floor.)OFFICE STAFF: The staff in the office is very helpful and responsive! Always a very quick turnaround on emails sent to the main inbox and smiles when I visit in person.COMMUNITY/GROUNDS: The community itself is very clean and quiet overall. But the grounds are kept neat and there is not a lot of unnecessary noise in the complex.PARKING: There are lots of parking spaces in most areas and it does not seem to be an issue. I do have a garage though and I guess this also depends on which building you live in.NEIGHBORHOOD/LOCATION: I LOVE this location as it has easy access to all highways and parts of Northern cities in Dallas. I feel very safe here and enjoy the quick and easy access to 121, DNT, 75, 35 and shopping and restaurants, so you can avoid paying tolls if you want. You canNOT go wrong with this location.MAINTENANCE STAFF: Maintenance is AWESOME here too! They guarantee a quick turnaround and have always handled ANY request easily within a day.

    The property is amazing, the staff is amazing and the apartment itself was also spacious and great not to mention the location ! Only reason we moved out was because our lease was going to go up almost $300 after only a year and we decided to move closer to work, otherwise we would have renewed. That being said we would absolutely lease here again in the future!

    Been here almost a year. Leasing office is helpful, professional, courteous. Maintenance staff is professional and always quick to service. They upkeep the property. They recently just installed fiber for super fast internet speeds. Walmart and Kroger are within one mile distance each way. Stonebriar Mall is 5 minutes away. Not too far to get anywhere but not too close to be in the middle of a crowd. Beautiful golf course view in the back of the complex.

Folks like Brenda, Estee at the office are great, and the maintenance team is top notch, with less than 24 hour response times. !!Definitely well located to all groceries, malls, classes, and great schools too.

    I am going into my 6th year of leasing at The Marquis at Stonebriar and couldnā€™t be happier or more satisfied. Close to the freeway, restaurants, hospital, grocery stores etc.. WELL kept and Beautiful Landscaping, AWESOME Fitness and Buisness/Computer Center, BEAUTIFUL double pool and jacuzzi area with awesome landscaping surrounding it, its own large doggie park, beautiful residential park a block away, plenty of grass and trees between buildings, normal ā€œwithin 24 hourā€ requests fulfilled, all office and maintenance personal SUPER caring, courteous and professional, scenic and suberbly decorated residental lounging areas, SUPER WELL priced for all the amenities and services offered! Like I said at the beginning, ā€œI couldnā€™t be more happier or satisfiedā€!!!
