    I have been currently living here for more than two years .The management is amazing and very helping. Service requests are addressed the same day . Very close to best schools in area. Shopping , day care , medical and grocery is easing accessible. We are glad we chose this place to live . Would definitely recommend to my friends or family in future .

    ** I wanted to update since Ive moved out - While I did have a good experience when I lived here, there was a big issue with hearing your upstairs neighbors at all times! Its almost impossible to live here because of it. Just hope you dont have a family above you!! **Miss it here so much. I had to move due to inflation but I would move back in a heartbeat if I could. I called this place home for 3 wonderful years. The office staff truly cared, the maintenance was perfect and the residents were so nice. I hope to move back one day! - Jennifer

    I was recently a resident at Marquis at Legacy and it was truly awesome. My first home after graduating and moving from my parents. The staff are all wonderful, professional, and really try their best to give residents a good experience. The maintenance team is high standard and I’ve always received quick and responsive service. The apartments units are great for young professionals as I was, and the community is relatively quiet. There are plenty of walking paths nearby for exercise. The primary reason I moved is because the rent increased as did most other places these days. Thank you to the most amazing Marquis at Legacy team for providing me a great first experience!

    I’ve lived at Marquis for about a month now and I couldn’t be happier. The whole moving process has been fantastic, from start to finish. Special shout outs to Allison and Jose in the front office who handled the leasing process so beautifully. Communication was always prompt and friendly and they both went out of their way to make sure all of my questions were answered and everything was done right. Very professional. Move-in was a breeze and the apartment itself is incredible. Wow! All of the prep work was done to a very high standard and the place just glistens. It’s really stunning. Big shout out to Ronaldo who stopped by within hours to remedy a couple of very minor issues I had noticed. Super friendly and very professional. Much appreciated! Thanks to the entire Marquis at Legacy team for creating and maintaining such a welcoming, inspiring, and supportive living community. Love it!

    Been currently living here for a year! The management is amazing and the place is peaceful (except for kids playing 😂, but that’s alright) Service requests are addressed the same day or the next the latest most of the times. Its a great place in the heart of Plano, pretty close to everything essential be it a doctor or a supermarket. A rental property with 4.5* is rare to find but the management deserves it. Oh the apartments are great too!! Website descriptions are accurate!

    Marquis at Legacy has exceeded my expectations in all aspects(beautiful property, amazing staff and maintenance crew, kids play area).Ive had an amazing experience moving into these apartments. Staci was very helpful and ensured a pleasant experience during our leasing and movement formalities. Staci and team are amazing!! I am very impressed with the quality of services from office staff and maintenance and they are to be recognized. Staff here is very responsive and always smiling and willing to help!!! Love living here and I actually do recommend it to all of my friends!!!! I also love the maintenance request process and how everything gets addressed in about 24 hours. Also, there’s a free self-service car wash, good sized parking lot and kids play area.

    Weve been living in this community for almost a year now. We never had any major issues in our apartment (even during the snow storm), just a few minor repairs. Management and maintenance teams have been extremely helpful and quick to resolve everything. The turnaround time has been less than 8 hours. Darby and Satci are amazing!The apartments location is perfect. It is close to restaurants, shopping complex, and bus stop. The community is gated and well maintained. They also had Food truck Thursdays to support small businesses. Overall, our experience has been really good.

    I had to do the whole process application and leasing process online being as I am out of state. Jose was very thorough and communicated timely. I was able to do everything online and cannot wait to get there. #cwspassporttoparadiseUpdate on 1/20/24 - I have been here about 6 months now and I wanted to give a special shoutout to the maintenance guys. After this last freeze unbeknownst to me one of the sprinkler heads in the outdoor storage was leaking water. One of the maintenance team noticed the water in the hallway and knocked on my door to let me know. He went and checked the storage and said he needed to fix it. The next day he came and took care of it. Much of this work took place after business hours. It’s not always an easy job for these guys but I really appreciated the great attention to this matter and the commitment to getting things fixed quickly. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the team.

    Marquis at legacy community is exceptionally lovely, well-kept, and serene. Everything is so lovely that it made us feel like we live in a resort. The office personnel is really helpful and nice. It is in an ideal location, close to shopping, restaurants, and schools. It provides advantages that are not available in most communities like gym and pool. The flat has plenty of natural light and fresh air. The maintenance workers and supervisors deserve kudos for maintaining this complex in good shape.

    I love the community because it feels safe to live here. The kitchen is very spacious even though it’s 1 bedroom apartment. The maintenance team is good and available for 24 hours. I like the pool area plus the courtyard view from my patio. The apartment is renovated and have quite large closets. I like that legacy hall and shops at legacy are just 5 minutes away.

    I have been living at Marquis at Legacy for a little over a month, and Ive loved it! The apartment ended up being more comfortable, bigger, and cheaper than my old luxury apartment. I can definitely see myself living here for a while. Also, I love the location. Anything you could possibly want, whether its groceries, malls, or restaurants, its all about a 10 minute drive away! I am so pleased with my choice to live here.My only con is that there are kids who play outside and are pretty loud in the evening, but even thats not such a big deal. Theyre usually only out for a few hours a day, and its quiet for the majority of the day. I havent heard any of my neighbors either, which is nice!If youre considering a place to call home, this is definitely it!

    By and far the best place I have ever lived. The apartments are older, but very nicely renovated and still affordable. The amenities are always well cared for and the maintenance staff is both fast and so so sooooo nice. The complex is inhabited by a diverse range of people who are all nice but keep to themselves and are very considerate neighbors. A great place to live if you have kids as the neighborhood kids all like to run and play together. The office staff are very friendly and fast to help. They make pretty much everything you need from move-in to move-out a total breeze. I am so sad to leave this place, but I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a centrally located, spacious, and quite little place to call home.

    Marquis has been a good community since I moved in last year, Staci did a great job in addressing all my questions during move-in. Any maintenance or service requests are being handled promptly (Will is very helpful), mostly within in day. I would definitely recommend this community in case you plan on staying in Plano for long term. Only setback is with a small gym or else it is a great community for morning/evening walks.

    I’ve been living here for about 5 months now and I love this apartment. It is my favorite apartment! This location is on point! It’s central to all restaurants. The apartment has a luxurious look and feel to it! The maintenance staff are super friendly and talented. All issues are resolved asap! We live with a culturally diverse group people of people which creates such a comfortable and calm and family friendly environment!

    I had an apartment at Marquis at legacy for over 3 years. I believe new management had just taken over when I first rented and the apartment was in spectacular condition. The owners continuously improved the property and continue to do so. The apartment was quiet and the grounds well kept. I only had a few maintenance calls and these were handled timely and without issue. These apartments are high value.

    I enjoy living here. The community is pretty good. The staff is excellent. The maintenance crew is simply amazing. The pools however are nice when they are open. They have been closed for almost 3 weeks and its summer time. If you love swimming, I would recommend another complex since the pools occasionally close.

    Updated 9/23/2021Still extremely happy with the office staff here. Ive had a few more maintenance issues over the year, all of which have been immediately addressed. Definitely renewing my lease with this awesome location!Reviewed 7/31/19This complex is absolutely worth 5 stars if you go in with the right expectations. Its not one of the brand new, cutting edge technology style apartment complexes like most in the area. However, if youre looking for a smaller, well-kept complex with staff that genuinely cares about you, look no further.Staff: Best staff Ive experienced at an apartment bar none. Most apartment staff is friendly when you walk in the door and radio silent after youve moved in. This staff has followed every law regarding notifying residents of needing to enter apartments for inspections, fire sprinkler updates, etc. (They give you a specific date instead of a two week date range like many complexes do. I have dogs; I refuse to lock up my dogs up for multiple days in a row, so this point is crucial for me.) If I need help or have a complaint, I absolutely have direct access via email to the apartment staff. I absolutely love the office team: Corrie, Staci, and Darby. They listen, respond promptly, and try their absolute best to make this complex a great place to live.Maintenance: Ive only had a couple of minor maintenance issues but I know they actually read my request because I noted when my dogs would not be at the apartment and they came during that time. The main maintenance man lives on property and is super friendly. If you ever had a true emergency, Im positive he would be there for you.Pricing: Extremely reasonable given that this complex is a little older compared to surrounding complexes and perfectly situated next to corporate Plano. Its perfect for someone who doesnt want to pay for an overpriced, brand new complex but still live close to work.Amenities: Theres a free self service car wash with a sprayer and soap. Vacuum I believe is quarters only but is $1-$1.50 for 5 minutes.Cleanliness: I cant believe how well people pick up after their pets here. Visible pet waste is rare. Its wonderful.Negative(s): The only real negative is the large number of rowdy children. The playground and nearby grassy areas by apartment buildings are always packed with children running amuk. The apartment complex has sent out multiple emails and is doing their best to prevent such issues but it does happen, unfortunately.

    This place is AWESOME!!! Why do I say that? Its because of the Office staff and maintenance team (very professional), they make you feel welcomed and they go out of their way to help with any questions, requests or problems (which are few) you may have. The maintenance team (Sam & Will) are very reliable, they keep up with the property, theyre always on time, theyre available, and they stay on top of things, simply put they GET IT DONE, also usually every month they have various activities and events for the residents which makes life so much enjoyable and pleasurable! My wife and I have lived here for 4 years now and we love it here! Corrie, Staci and Darby (office staff) are GREAT!!! I dont always do reviews so the fact Im saying this says a lot.

    This is by far the best apartment management I have been interacting with and I have been in a dozen or more of apts. The best part of this place is the maintenance team. They are fast and efficient. They get it done within 24 hours or less with any issues I sent the ticket to. I feel safe in the community with the operational gates that actually stays operating, or get fixed right away. I am near a walking distance to a local gym, bike path that spans miles that connects me to my folks living few miles down on the east side. The staffs are super friendly and easy to approach. My cat is enjoying the apartment way more than I since Im mostly at work, but the view outside of the window cant beat it. Large storage in the balcony is god sent. Did I mention that the covered parking is included in the rent unlike other places that you have to pay extra for?Wait.. Im not done.... When I first opened the door, a card from the management staff welcoming me to home with a small gift: TILE! Its a small keychain that finds your key through an app. You have no idea how many times I have used it and its only been about a month. Lovely gift. Thank you!!!

    I lived here since May 2019 and loved living here. Never had any complaints during my stay. Never saw a single bug,no neighbor issues. Never really had any maintenance issues as all appliances were brand new & they do a thorough cleaning and painting for new tenant. The management at the front office are the nicest,sweetest,friendliness individuals with professionalism you will ever have. They make living there so much easier & comfortable. I loved my apt on the 3rd floor with street side view of Ohio Dr and I honestly had the best view in all of Plano. When I moved to plano I was looking for a high rise vibe with luxury and great views. But the “luxury high rise condos” were so small. My apt had 15-17 foot ceilings,granite countertops & amazing new appliances. 1000 times better than “luxury high rise condo”. I honestly felt like I had the best apt & view I could ever ask for. If I do move back to an apartment it will be right back here and in hopes to get the same unit. Please check them out before going to other apts in the area you will love it here!

    I am currently living in Marquis at Legacy. Based on my experience of moving in and living in here, it is pretty good!First of all, the location is pretty good for people who work in the north Plano, especially in legacy area. Even when you dont have a car, DART system offers local shuttle service in this area! Moreover, there are CVS, 7-eleven, subway and Indian cuisine within walking distance.The stuff here are also very friendly. They offered me a lot of help during moving in and maintenance.Will update my experience of moving out once I complete that... I know that is also a super important aspect everybody cares:-)

    I moved to Marquis from KS site unseen, so I was a little apprehensive on the drive from KS to TX. But I was pleasantly supprised that the apartment as well represented online. The apartments are older but they are well kept, with the management making upgrades to the community constantly. We have the largest 2 bdrm with a huge balcony that is nicely shaded by the mature trees that exist on the grounds.There is currently a good mix of families and working adults here so the community is fairly quiet. Have not experienced too much late night distrubances, but there is a courtesy patrol available in the event that you do have one. The surroundings feel safe as there are a fair amount of people out walking as late as 10pm.The office staff is friendly and accomodating. The maintence staff has been good about fixing issues within a day of reporting. So Im not sure where people are talking about how bad it is here. Ive been here long enough to sign a second lease and plan to stay here for a few years more.

    Ive lived in apartments for a number of years, but my time at Marquis at Legacy has been my best experience by far. The complex is maintained well, remains generally quiet, has ample parking, and has very attentive and respectful staff members. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, and I come home to find a detailed report of repairs.The complex has a great feeling of safety and I regularly see private security drive through to check the neighborhood. Families and friends walk around feeling safe and secure.Additionally, the staff regularly communicate to the tenants via email about special events or general news. Its great to be included and informed.I briefly mentioned the staff in my first paragraph, but Im going to provide some more detail: In every interaction with the MQ Legacy team, I feel valued and appreciated. Porsha, Staci, and Corrie at the front office always remember me by name and apartment number when I walk in and Im always greeted with smiles and wonderful attitudes. Wil, one of the maintenance workers, treats me like an old friend and he makes time in his rounds to stop and check in on the tenants if theyre out and about. All of them have made my apartment feel like a home.I cant say enough good things about this place. Im happy to be here.

She helped us with the exploring phase and gave a nice tour of available options, then thru the leasing process and now on an ongoing basis helps us answer the questions. The neighborhood is great and is on the most happening Preston road. Great place to live

    Moved in about a month ago, and I must say Im happy with my decision in staying here. The apartment is lovely and perfect for me. The staff is friendly and very responsive which I really appreciate, and the complex itself is pretty quiet. Maintenance is prompt as well which is also a plus.

    We just recently moved into our second unit at Marquis at Legacy. We love the location, community and especially the school district. The buildings are older compared to other apartments in the area, but still going for roughly the same price (last time I looked) and that is the reason for not getting 5 Stars. Oh... that and a lot of the AC units are older. I have had the AC go out in both units and had to have newer and larger units installed to cool them properly.

    Theres only ONE reason I gave this a 4 out of 5 star but let explain why they are a great place to live first! A very great staff overall, Portia (one of the leasing agents) is very helpful and does her job beyond expectations! I personally think she should be manager. The maintenance crew is also very helpful and friendly. Overall is a great place to live in all aspects except.. The majority of a paticular type of people (Indians) are incredibly rude. They stand in the middle of the road talking (the road is for vehicles not chit chatting, thats what sidewalks are for), they take your laundry out and put theres in, they have their many MANY kids running around uncontrollably yelling all over the place, they stare at you and your dog as if youre a demon, and just dont posses basic common courtesy skills. Im not a racist, nor do I care what you look like. However, I do care about how you act and portray yourself and family. Anyways... Other then that lol its great, friendly, spacious, safe and a clean place to live! I hope this was helpful to all future residents!

    **Update, I signed my 6th lease in Oct 2018**I have lived her for three 12-13 month leases and about to sign my 4th. My first lease was through Bell, they were unresponsive with maintenance and questions, making it hard to want to stay. But once these ladies from CWS Management took over everything started to change. Maintenance is quick and the guys are great. I am constantly asking questions, even ones that I think are dumb and nitpicky, but the ladies, Porsha, Staci, and Corrie, are always friendly, patient, and helpful.The only issues I have ever had since they took over have nothing to do with the apartment or the management, it has to do with the neighbors and their kids. There are people walking in the road and kids running through the parking lot. The apartment has tried to get the people/kids to stay on the sidewalks and courtyard but it continues and that isnt their fault. I love this apartment, and hope they never leave.

    One of the very responsive communities I have stayed. The maintenance is pretty efficient. Never have I had an issue till date (touch wood).If you have an issue, just take it up directly with the manager onsite. A clear explanation with rationale for a policy or whatever is provided. When they go to that extent, you just know thay you are important to them and feel very comfortable staying in the community.

    Great place indeed to live at. Close to everything you need, which includes a CVS down the street. The best part is the fact the the staff is nice and the maintenance get taken care of right away. Very family-oriented, but Dallas is right down the street, as well as Legacy West and all the food it has to offer!

    I MISS living in this community! I moved because I was planning to buy a house, but after that fell through, I moved to another apartment community. Granted, the amenities were pretty awesome and I love my apartment with attached 2 car garage, but the leasing agents and customer/maintenance services at Marquis at Legacy are hard to come by. I often wish Id never moved...😢. PLEASE keep up the good work Marquis.

    One thing which I very much like about Marquis at Legacy is the maintenance team around here. They are very prompt in taking actions and provide very satisfactory resolutions to the issues reported. My kitchen sink clogging issue was resolved within 5 hours after being reported. Even though an external vendor had to come to perform the repair, the service request was very well handled by Will and he did follow up to make sure it was fully addressed.

    Marquis at Legacy is probably the perfect spot in terms of price-quality ratio. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and issues are generally resolved within the day. As of March 2019, the community is mostly Indian. The cultural difference has been causing some frictions with management, who is expecting children to be restrained. Provided I would still recommend this place, that I personally do not have children, and that I agree that some rules of behavior were absolutely reasonable, I wish to leave some food for thought: asking parents to constantly supervise their children because of the risk of them being run over, is like asking a lady to cover up because of the risk of sexual assault. If cars are dangerous, do not impose rules on the victims, please. Look at the real problem.

    Moved in a few weeks back. Staff and service has been gud. Apartments as such have good interiors and the maintenance team is excellent. Hoping to have a pleasant stay.

    I lived in marquis at legacy for about 3 yrs. A great place to call home.The entire staff always greet you with smile are very helpful to our needs,and are quick to attend to any problems that arise.specially Stacy ,Whill has always been a great help.

    Dont really have any complaints about this place, other than that I wish there were elevators. Its safe, relatively quiet, in a convenient location, and the staff is super friendly. Moving here was definitely a good decision!

    A great place to live . Spacious community .A very very cooperative and friendly staff. Our maintenance issues are quickly resolved. Great location, near to a trail and a creek which are great places for walk.

    Marquis has amazing maintenance service 24/7 which is the best thing about this place. Carlos is THE MAN. The people are great too, lots of kids, friendly faces. 10/10
