This community is top-notch! The office staff Emily, Jenna and Danielle are so friendly and always ready to help. The maintenance team is incredible at responding quickly and fix everything perfectly the first time. Highly recommend living here! Truly my best experience at an apartment complex.

I have nothing but good things to say about this property! The ladies in the office are great at getting back to you and are always friendly. I have never had a problem with maintenance and they are very quick to fix any issue. I have no plans to live anywhere else anytime soon!

We were at Marquis at Lantana apartments for around 2 years and loved our stay. The front office staff are amazing, extremely helpful and attend to all queries promptly.We loved our apartment which was spacious with ample storage and good room sizes. The community is safe and is located close to stores and schools.The maintenance team are friendly and attend to issues promptly. Big shout out to the front office team - Jenna, Danielle and Emily! They are an absolute pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this community!!

We’ve toured a few complexes down here and Lantana is definitely one of the best. The staff has been friendly and helpful, and the prices are extremely reasonable given the location. Looking forward to moving in once the floor plan we want is available!

Everyone in the front office has been so kind, helpful, and welcoming! Awesome job Emily, Danielle, and Jenna! I was made to feel at home from the very start during my first tour and was willing to sign a 2-year lease that very day. The day I moved in I was given a welcome package that contained all I needed to know upon moving in. Was also given an attractive leather key chain that holds my apartment key, mail key, and gate remote. The complex is quiet with lots of shade and actual trees. The apartments are older (which means more storage!), but updated with gorgeous kitchen countertops, nice kitchen cabinets, attractive light fixtures, and pretty ceiling fans. I may never move again!

We have been living here at the Marquis at Lantana apartment complex in Flower mound for about 2 1/2 years now. The front office staff has been nothing short of excellent, very very friendly, and is willing to do anything to help if there was a problem! Personally, I have had no issues living here and I have loved living in this community for this long and probably plan to continue being here until we finally buy a house! Maintenance has always been great, quick response, times to maintenance needs, and not to mention how friendly they are as well. They stay on top of all their inspections, and we feel very safe living here at the Marquis at Lantana apartments in Flower mound!!!

The Marquis at Lantana staff have been incredibly welcoming and kind. The company in general has been responsive, understanding, and willing to accommodate every need I have had as a resident. Maintence response is incredibly quick (I needed an air filter change - they went out of their way to also have my air ducts cleaned within 3 days of my original request). The property is nicely kept, and the environment is quiet and family friendly. Great property and company. I have lived at another CWS location (Silver Oaks) and have had the same great quality experience!

I’ve lived here twice! The first was when I moved to the area. After a couple years at this location I decided to try a brand new apartment complex (enamored by the newness) - the management was so terrible that I moved back over to the Marquis at Lantana as soon as I could! Friendly and helpful staff, gated and safe, this is home for me!

I moved to Marquis at Lantana from out of state in March of 2018 and just recently moved out in early 2020. I move every few years usually due to job promotions within my company, and I utilize reviews to decide where Im going to live. I had such a wonderful experience living at the Marquis at Lantana. Move in was easy, the complex is kept clean and pest free, the apartments are modern and have upgraded facilities, and the layouts of my apartment was great. It was always quiet and the people, both staff and other residents were great. The physical location of the apartment was great for access to major highways and stores I would frequent. Lastly, both the office team and the maintenance crew were always accessible, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to live.

We moved in April of 2023 and the process from tour to lease was simple and smooth. Emily is great and always helpful. The complex is quiet and a good mix of older adults and young families.

I lived here for seven years (2011-2018), moved out two years ago. It’s so sad to see all the bad reviews about management now, when I lived there the management was amazing!!! I loved the community, the management and maintenance were all amazing. Never had one issue, I only moved because I got transferred to Dallas and the drive was to much with traffic.While I was there Amber was the assistant and she was great, and Megan was the manager.

We had to stay here while we were waiting for our house to be built. The buildings look a little shabby from the outside but the interiors are all redone. And the staff is excellent. I had no problems living there. Adriana was extremely helpful. Usually people leave bad reviews for apartment communities because they only think of reviewing when things go south. Well, not in this case. The place is great . Location is great. Management is great. Give them a try if youre looking for an apartment.

This is a quiet safe community. My apartment is all new appliances flooring paint etc. The fitness room has just reopened with all new equipment. There are grills and playgrounds and pet areas. Nice pool and hot tub. The staff is outstanding and very responsive to my needs. This property is under a different management team than mentioned in older comments and reviews.

I rented my apartment site unseen. Hailey was amazing through the entire process. When their office opened for business, I came in and she took me on a tour of one of the models. Hailey has been kind, attentive and helpful. Amber, has also been helpful and kind. Their genuine willingness to help goes above and beyond. I am very excited to be moving here in the next couple of days.

Great front office staff. Also good maintenance staff and very efficient to requests. Great pool and well maintained.Good neighbours and community . Staff organise amazing community activities together to hang out as well.Excellent location for shopping. Its been 5 months and helped us settle down well and we are loving it . My kids 4 and 6 feel right at home and happy as well. Thanks again marqui at lantana ...way to go !!

By far one of the best complexes and staff Ive experienced as an apartment dweller. The rental rates have steeply increased to insane levels recently and the traffic, especially 2499, has made this place less of a value than it was 2 years ago. It looks like the recent expansions of healthcare and other high paying jobs in the area have turned this into a very expensive corporate rental transition population.

We just recently relocated from South Louisiana, and really knew no one in the area. After our first visit to Marquis, we felt like family!! The staff is geniune and extremely welcoming... they make us feel right at home! Our apartment fits our needs perfectly, and is located just a couple of blocks from everything you need. We could not have made a better choice!!
