After working in the property management industry for years, I must say I look for the worse in apartments first and then Im happy about the great things.This particular apartment complex is really nice! Ms. Monique is great! And Ms. Sandy definitely loves her job and her tenants but is straight to the point, and they know their property! They have community events and they make you feel welcome walking in!The maintenance team is great! Love the new maintenance supervisor he really show he cares and will follow up so I hope that stays!Ive been here a few years so Im overall pleased! Every apartment comes with one or two things you might not like so you have to give grace! These apartments honestly strive to be at the top of the great list!

Absolutely love this place! Very nice apartment and great floor plan. Monique was wonderful to work with. She kept us up to date throughout our process. Very courteous and professional. I have lived in these apartments for 5 years. Management is nice. Maintenance fixes things quickly and they are nice too. Clean apartment complex. I have never seen a roach or ant in my apartment. It’s quite no loud neighbors. The people who live here are friendly. The rent is reasonable. I am not going anywhere anytime soon. It’s hard to find a place like this one.

Since living here I have felt a new sense of community. They do such beautiful get together a for their tenants, and are always on top of things. Maintenance are either the day of or after to fix anything you may have any issues with, they communicate very well and I’ve never had an issue go long before getting fixed. If you have kids or animals this is 100% the place for you, I love getting home and seeing so many kids feel safe to be playing outside and exploring nature like the old days. Along side that pet owners walking around and sharing the happiness of having a pet with others.

From the very first time I’ve walked in the building Monique has been amazing and super accommodating.She was available and understanding and let me know what the apartments had to offer. I love where I currently live but I need something with more luxuries and more room. I’m so excited that I will be moving here next month.The place seems quiet and peaceful and I love the energy of the leasing agents.The place is clean and I love how big and nice the pool is. I had a situation arise but she was transparent and respectful about it the entire time. I’ve been here since May of last year and the full staff including Maintenance men are just the absolute best. I know I want to own a home one day but for now I’m happy where I live.Update in 2025I’m still here and still thankful for the wonderful staff here and our new manager Nellie. The maintenance team is one of the best I’ve ever experienced.So yeah still happy to be a resident here.

Monique is easily the greatest leasing consultant I’ve had. This has been the most stressful move but none of it is her fault it’s mainly insurance and stuff. But she has been patient and worked with me on every step of the way to make sure I can have a home and I cannot be more grateful for that. This complex is definitely a place where it feels like they want you to live here not just take your money. The apartment and amenities are fantastic too.

She went above and beyond to get me approved and was so helpful during the move-in process. She is a great asset to the team. I would also like to recognize the maintenance team. They are wonderful and residents get an immediate response when a maintenance request is put in, and the issue is resolved within a couple hours, from my own personal experience. They are the best maintenance team I have encountered thus far. The complex overall is very quiet and the residents are friendly.

My agent Monique has been very helpful throughout my entire moving process. Whenever I had service requests or needed to know anything about the complex or my room she was very quick to help me out. My carpet had some stains in it and when I told her about it she had the maintenance crew replace all my carpet the next morning. Overall I am very satisfied with Marquis apartments and their staff.

Signed a 10 month lease. I own a cat. My wife and daughter had an excellent stay here. Our privacy was maintained. I rented a garage for a nominal fee. So always had an easy parking situation and additional storage. Always had guest parking too since ill just let my guest park in my garage. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The move out costs are very reasonable. $200 to deep clean carpets since I have a pet. Maintenance was prompt when needed. Every other cost was very affordable. I am very happy with this place and recommend this to anyone looking to keep things quiet.

The kids that play together are kind and respectful. The office employees are amazing and take their jobs seriously. She is so professional ,So friendly and answered every question. She helped me fill out the application , She showed me the apartment and I fell in love with it immediately. Just beautiful , The grounds are beautiful the whole place is just awesome. On Sunday I went back to finish up some of my application that I needed to do.I had to bring in some more information that I forgot and Jackie Rios greeted me and helped me with the remainder of the application and she too went out of her way, was friendly and professional and just a wonderful person both these girls are awesome if you have any questions they are the people to ask. I cant wait to move in on November 30th

Really great place to live. Streamlined application process, cool technology, really easy to manage account, make support requests, pay bills, etc. The place is quite nice, lots of great neighbors, quiet and drama free. The pool is rad.Staff couldnt be better. Very nice and helpful, always available, easy to work with, friendly and fun to talk to. I lived here for eight months and Marquis at Katy quickly came to feel like home. Highly recommended.Its an apartment. People live above and below you and on either side. With that expectation, you ought to really enjoy it here.

Ive been living at the Marquis coming on 5 years this coming November. From the front office to their maintenance crew, especially Mr. Lester, they have been quick to respond and to take care of any repair issues I may have in my apartment. I have enjoyed my stay here and they do their darndest to keep this place safe and clean for all of the residents here. In the end its also up to all the residents here to respect the property and to follow the guidelines put in place to make our time here pleasant and comfortable.

The management is always very friendly and the facilities are nice. The apartments themselves are very comfortable and peaceful, and theres almost never any kind of disturbance. Maintenance is usually prompt and efficient whenever anything goes wrong. Honestly, the only complaint I could think of is the parking: if you come home late at night, be prepared to have to park completely on the opposite side of the property, or pay a little extra every month for one of the covered spots.

I love the fact that the community never is kind of tucked in, but still so close to the highway. The staff is amazing. I decided to lease at this community, because my mother use to live here. She would always say that she wishes the management company CWS operated in Florida. The staff is very welcoming. From the time that you walk in to tour, they are there to help you. I don’t feel like I have leased an apartment. I feel like I have joined a family!

Ive been living here since October 2018 and I like my place. I will try an be here as long as I can. I only gave a 4 star(wanted to give a 5) but the visitor parking is very limited. Second I will not lie I am late at times with rent and when the staff brings the letter to my door and I answer the staff is very loud about me being late on rent. I understand the staff explaining the situation but I think thats rude to say it so loud all of your neighbors can hear. That was so embarrassing. I dont need the whole area knowing my situation as the other way around. Other than that staff really is great with helping with what you need maintenance is respectful peaceful place.
