I’m really enjoying our apartment. It’s perfect for us in so many ways and its central location makes it easy to pop into our favorite places to eat and drink. Our maintenance guy is quick and on it. I have high ceilings and can’t change the air filter myself so it’s nice that they do that for us. It has to be changed every 3 months and they are happy to do that for me. Great place!

I have been a resident here for 2 years now and have had a fantastic experience. The amenities and units themselves are extremely nice. The location is great, close to downtown and the domain with plenty of great restaurants in the surrounding area.The management team here is amazing. Everyone is extremely nice and wants to go out of their way to help their residents. Maintenance has been fantastic, they act very quickly on work orders and are always very friendly.I would highly suggest this complex if you are looking for an apartment in North Austin!

I am been a resident for almost a year now. We really love it here. The location is great and there is so much to do on Burnet. We really love that the apartment feels really safe and secure. Our unit has really tall ceilings, concrete floors, and a lot of light which is amazing. The pool and public areas are kept clean and the mail room is nice. There is also plenty of parking.

I have lived in quite a few apartments, but this has by far been the best one! :) We have had little to no issues and even when we did the maintenance team was there the next day to save the day! I am a current resident and have enjoyed my experience here. Great location, easy to access downtown, the domain, etc. Maintenance is incredibly fast. Amenities (pool, gym) are very nice, especially compared to other apartments in Austin. The neighborhood behind the apartment is very charming and walkable. Plus, close to a lot of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc.The new community director, David, has been very helpful and accommodating.

Where do I start...Ive lived in several apartments for several years all over Texas and California and this is BY FAR my favorite apartment. Its modern, contemporary design is why I gravitated to it.The apartment is very spacious, comes with stainless steel appliances and a butcher board island -- making this place picturesque.Its a great price for the location (15 or so minutes from downtown) and amenities that come with it. Some may say its a little bit pricey - but I will say this, its worth it.The complex itself is very secure. The management is great, very kind, courteous and helpful. Melissa was very helpful in helping me transition out. I never had an issue with any of the staff - quite the opposite, they were always very helpful if I had any questions.I just recently moved out and they didnt nickle and dime me for every little thing.The only reason Im leaving is to move in with my fiance; otherwise, I wouldve renewed. 100%.

I’ve lived at Marq for about a year now and have just started the lease renewal process. Renewing was a no brainer! I’m excited to live here for another year.Management, leasing staff, and maintenance have all be extremely responsive and I feel that they have communicated clearly with residents. I appreciate how anytime there is an issue, the leasing office emails and update and includes what steps they are taking to resolve the issue. I appreciate how quick the communication is.The few times that I’ve needed maintenance, they have been there the same day and gotten the issue fixed. It’s great coming home and seeing that a request I put in at 8 am was fixed by the time I get off work! With how hot it has been this summer, I’m especially thankful for the work they do to keep our building up and running.Thankfully, I have not had any issues with packages or the garage this past year.As with any growing city, there are going to be things that management cannot control. There is lots of construction on Burnet and the city has had to shut off water overnight once or twice. The city may wait until the last minute to let management know when these happen, but management gives as much notice as they are able to.I’m so glad that I found this complex and I can’t imagine living anywhere else! I would 100% recommend Marq on Burnet to anyone who is looking for a centrally located apartment in Austin. The staff, community, amenities, and nearby restaurants/shops make this complex amazing!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. This was one of the big reasons why I chose Marq when moving to Austin. They are very helpful and respond to maintenance requests quickly. The apartment itself is very nice with updated features. It is clean and moving in was very easy. The amenities are very nice with a 24/7 gym, large pool, and many more. However, one downfall is the courtyard. There are many nice sitting areas, grills, and an eating area, but theyre not very enjoyable due to the smell from people taking out their dogs. I understand that there is limited space when having to take out your dogs when you live in an apartment building, but it makes such a great space unusable. Other than this small issue Ive enjoyed many things about living here from my apartment to the building itself to the location and much more.

Living at Marq on Burnet has been outstanding. I moved here from one of their sisters apartments, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my transition/move was excellent. The amenities are fantastic! The gym is big and super clean, the pool is well-kept, and we even have a movie theater! Great location with a lot to offer. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, HEB is down the street, and The Domain is about 12-15 minutes away. Chassity and Madison (management) are super kind and pleasant to work with. They really know how to make you feel at home :)

I love living at Marq! It’s super clean, and the staff is really friendly. The pool area is insanely nice, as someone who works from home, it’s nice to head down there on breaks and just relax. They’re also very quick with maintenance requests which is helpful, we recently put in a maintenance request to fix our bathroom door, and they came and fixed it that same afternoon.Along with that, it’s an awesome location, we’re pretty close to downtown and it’s easy to get around, also having an HEB in walking distance is a huge plus as someone who walks everywhere I can.Overall, I think it’s a great place and you really get a bang for your buck. Would definitely recommend

Ive lived here previously, so while I dont move in again until next month I can already say everything the complex has to offer is top notch. Great pool, great amenities, it was my first choice when I knew I was moving back to Austin. The main reason for this early review though is to talk about how Madison and the rest of the leasing staff have gone out of their way to make the signing experience as easy as possible. I was admittedly a little indecisive when picking my apartment, and would not have blamed anyone for getting frustrated with me, but Madison worked with me patiently and made sure I ended up in the absolute perfect unit and was never anything but friendly and kind. There are a lot of luxury apartments in Austin these days, staff like this makes all the difference.

I love living here — In fact, I just renewed my lease for another year. Management is so on top of it (and friendly!) when it comes to any questions concerning the complex and they’re always quick to send updates and show transparency. The units are up to date, the crew keeps the complex clean, and the amenities are great.The neighborhood is a plus — lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery options, and bars nearby (including a fun year-round Christmas themed bar around the corner!).

My fiancé and I have only lived here for a little over a month, but we absolutely adore Marq on Burnet! The leasing agents are always attentive to any issues we may have, the maintenance crew responds very quickly, and the complex is in great shape. The amenities they have here are awesome, especially the gym and pool. The unit itself is very spacious and modern. We also love the location of the apartment as it is close to all of our favorite food joints! Overall, Marq on Burnet is amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone whos apartment hunting!

I have been living here for almost two weeks and i can honestly say that is it the best decision i have ever made. The apartments are amazing, the complex is clean and the ammenities are extremely well maintained. The complex is close to everything and there is an HEB within walking distance. The staff at the office is amazing, JLaura is amazing and she helped me secure a lease with very little notice ! I would definitely recommend living here, its worth your money !

Ive been living at the Marq since January 2021 and it has been an amazing experience so far. I moved from out of state and never toured the Marq, but Im so glad I signed onto this apartment as it has been nothing but great to me.In November 2021, there was a resident-caused flooding incident and I lost my unit to that flood, but Chassity and the rest of the property maintenance/management crew worked swiftly and made sure I was taken care of. I have since move to a different unit and I still have no complaints. The maintenance crew are always fast in their response times and make sure residents are living comfortably as possible. I highly recommend the marq for anyone who is on the fence about living here!

Honestly the best apartment we’ve lived at in Austin! There have been issues with cars being broken into, package room theft, etc. issues you’ll find in any city and the management has always responded well to try to find solutions. The package room has been a bit annoying lately but the office is aware of it and they try their best and are always working on it. Apartments themselves are amazing and the location is perfect for central Austin!

I lived at the Marq for four years, starting in 2018. Overall, the place is well-run and the only reason I didn’t renew my lease was because I had to move cities—I would stay here ten years or more, otherwise. Despite a few (very) minor issues, the Marq is well above the average apartment complex in Austin.Positives:- I LOVED my apartment. It was a one-bedroom, very bright and clean. I initially chose this building for its in-unit washers and dryers, but stayed because I liked my apartment and its location so much. In four years, the only thing that ever broke was the shower.- Amenities are excellent.- The maintenance staff are incredibly prompt and effective. Any maintenance issues I had were fixed within 48 hours.- The leasing office and management are communicative and keep residents in the loop. They answer questions quickly whether you email them or come into the office, and always notify residents if there are elevator issues, paint jobs, missing pets, etc. When I moved in, one of the leasing agents helped me carry my piano into the apartment and I really appreciated it.- The location is wonderfully convenient and safe. It’s walking distance from HEB, 99 Ranch, Walmart, and Asahi for groceries; and two minutes from Research Boulevard/183, Mopac, and I-35 for easy commutes. Pretty much any product or service you need you will find within a 5-mile radius.- If you have pets, this apartment is a solid choice. There is a dog park next to the parking garage.- As part of my contract, my rent only went up a fixed, small percent per year. This was a GODSEND in Austin, where I have friends whose rent went up $400 a month or more.- The view from the rooftop is lovely! You can see downtown Austin in the distance.Negatives:- This isn’t an issue for everyone, but there are a lot of dogs at the Marq and sometimes they bark at 7:30 AM on a Sunday morning and wake you up.- I had a package stolen from the package room last Christmas. This was the only incident I ever had, and management installed extra security measures immediately after.- Since it’s a big apartment complex, I occasionally had to deal with loud neighbors. One time someone blasted “That’s What I Like” by Bruno Mars three times in a row at 1am. But this kind of thing is a risk at any apartment complex.All in all, I would recommend Marq on Burnet for anyone considering a new place to live. It’s safe, the staff is great, and the apartments + amenities are awesome. Definitely worth it.

My wife and I moved into the Marq on Burnet after selling our home about 9 months ago.It’s been decades since we’ve rented so I was a bit apprehensive. I have to say we love it! The facility is great. We love the convenience of the secure private parking garage and access to our free private gym and pool just a short elevator ride away. We have had virtually no maintenance issues. The couple of minor work orders we have submitted were completed within an hour of submitting them. (My wife will tell you I wasn’t nearly that fast in correcting minor issues in our previous home.)The staff is great, the facility is great, we give it 5 stars.

My boyfriend and I lived her for a little over a year and we loved it! The location was great, there are so many food options nearby and an HEB just down the road. The staff was super friendly and always willing to answer questions. The amenities are wonderful!! My favorite being the gym! Its also very dog friendly and Yard Bar is right across the street. We only left because of distance to work, but would definitely recommend.

Every maintenance request I have had has been minor and attended to promptly. They have a gym and a sweet pool. Youll love living here. Shout out to Lindsey at the front office.

I chose to move to this apartment complex because it’s close to downtown as well as grocery shopping and other businesses. Overall the office staff were great and responded quickly to things. This included the maintenance workers as well. They were always respectful and quick to respond. However like most apartments in austin I felt I paid too much. I also didn’t care for the package delivery system there. But overall the building was maintained well.

Update (01/09/2019) - moving from a one to four - I feel it is fair to put an update for this review. Since writing my review all my issues were quickly resolved listed below. I havent had any issues since then, but feel the response time has much improved. Not sure if it is from the review or just got back on track. Also, other than my initial few months the front office has been kind and has friendly people working there. Leaving my below post, as the issues I experienced when writing the initial review could be useful for others.*****************************I will start off by saying the apartments are nice and in a great location. However, the apartment management ruins the experience.First, my service orders go unanswered and when I call the office I get brushed off saying they will look into it with no follow-up. When I moved in the apartment management pointed out there was water damage and someone would come fix it. After a month and a half no one came. I then opened a service request, but over a month later no response. Now there are ants around where the water damage is so I have opened a second service request for pest control. I have went to the office and called once, and each time they say they will look into it but I never get a follow-up.Additionally, when I first got my key fob to get into the parking garage it was defective. The apartment management did not seem to believe me when I said it was a bad fob. I went in three times, each time them adjusting the fob or them making suggestions as if I am not using it right. No on else had issues as far as I could tell. Finally, after getting home late at night and not being able to get into the garage after a long time of trying the next day I demanded a new fob. After making a big deal about getting a new fob, I got one. It worked perfectly, wish apt management would have believed me to begin with or come to see what was wrong with the key fob with me (didnt want to leave their office); it would have saved me a month of frustration getting into a parking garage I was paying for.Again, it is a nice apartment and location; however, I feel there are just as nice apartments near by with apt management that are more proactive in helping their residents. Please note this was my own individual experience. Based off of a couple reviews below, some residents are actually getting quick responses to their service requests; I am one of the unlucky ones.

Probably one of the best places Ive stayed at in Austin, good for living alone. I was surprised at how responsive the team was. Very clean facility, gorgeous nice people at the pool and the gym was never packed. Jew Boys is down stairs (the restaurant) if you ever need a drink during the day. I stayed in a stuido and my God was it so chill to come home from work and do whatever TF you wanted. Good spot for living on your own and not breaking the bank only if you can snag one of those smart housing plans.

I lived at the Marq on Burnet for 4 years until last May. I moved to another place to be closer to work. Otherwise I would have stayed. I loved the modern kitchen with the big sink and sprayer, modern stainless appliances and white cabinets. Lots of cabinet space. The bath was also new and modern. Maintenance was always quick to address any issues including changing lights in the ceiling which my current place doesn’t do. I also loved the 24 hour Luxor package room. I never once had a package stolen and liked I could get my packages at my convenience and they are safe and secure. I also appreciated the courtesy officers, security cameras in the garage, gated garage access and secure access to building with a keypad that visitors may use. I have since learned that lots of other places don’t have this. Yes there were car break ins but that seems to be the norm for apartments in ATX —but these measures I know definitely helped to reduce the crime there. Finally the common areas /hallways were cleaned daily. The garage was new and bright spacious and clean as well. This is also not the case at other places. Where I live now the garage is dark cramped and filthy and so are the stairwells which haven’t been cleaned since I moved in. So great review, they deserve it. ⭐️🌟

It’s a great apartment for people looking for a pet-friendly community, and there are awesome amenities like valet trash, a nice gym, a huge pool, and free gated parking.

Where do I begin... I have lived here since 2017. I have lived in several different floor plans as well. Im grateful for the office dealing with my inability to choose a home. During my time here, I think I have only really ever submitted service requests to change my AC filters. The homes are well maintained. I currently live on the 4th floor facing west (which I was worried about the setting sun), but I am so glad that I face this way! Watching the sun set over the hills is just great. Service request have ALWAYS been taken care of within 24 hours of submitting them. I love the multilevel parking garage it makes getting up to your home so nice and easy. You cannot beat the retail on the first floor, from food to spa services you can get everything you need! (Shout out to Pour House who is no longer in the building, I miss them and loved being able to go down for a drink whenever I needed one) Not to mention a Finleys LITERALLY steps away and a vet for all your fur babies needs. I have chosen to live here for as long as I have because the location is just great! 10 minutes from The Domain about 15-20 minutes from downtown! Multiple highways to choose from while still having plenty of backroads to get places. I can literally continue to go on and on about this community. If youre new to Austin and reading this, I highly recommend this location when first moving to Austin! The price that is affordable and an area where its easy to explore!

I would highly recommend this property for upscale living.

Love it here! Was paying $150 more for 200 fewer sq ft on East 7th street - looks like its a good thing that new property management took over the building b/c since I moved in in May its been nothing but positive. The leasing office staff is incredibly nice/helpful and I really dont hear my neighbors which is a big plus. Huge butchers block coffee table and beautiful white cabinets. Walking distance to great food as well as super close to Walmart and HEB. Very happy I moved here :)

Outstandingly great experience (dedicated office staff and maintenance team, apartments, building, amenities, cleanliness, atmosphere, inside appearance, location) even more than the excellent CWS proprieties I stayed (California, Arizona, Texas) so far.The staff deserves the big credit, to detail below the amazing office staff and highly dedicated maintenance team).Propriety manager Mr Chavez, leasing consultant Ren, the new assistant manager Chloe, are very welcoming, positive, friendly, patient, caring, going the extra mile to help (Mr Chavez leading by example, passionate, often staying after the closing time without hurry to help out - that never happened to me before; also the other staff keeps the same attitude of caring, enthusiasm, thoroughness), giving a vibe of a family environment.The maintenance team - highly dedicated director and special professional Peter, great techs Tom and Doug - are doing a thoroughly great job, each detail being perfect at move-in, having also a very prompt response and proving skillful work, care, friendliness, when placed a request (for example dir Peter, working long time on his knees, together with Tom, provided with dedication and enthusiasm a customized request I asked for).The tenants are very polite, joyful and the atmosphere shows that the diversity and decency are welcome.Cleanliness and fresh scents on propriety are very appealing.The apartments are very modernly equipped, looking like brand new in all details, lights, appliances, very convenient and good looking design, plus the living rooms have sound proof sliding doors (so the street noise (that is btw not loud) is not a hindrance if enjoying the nice view of the upper floors Burnet Rd side apartments, having even a small outside pathway at each floor). Also the ceiling is very high (in units and hallways).The infinity pool and atmosphere around, as well as the great fitness center, are amazing and decent. The business center, club room, media center are also impressive in modern equipment and expensive looking facility (also to mentioned the super easy on-site or remote application process).The multi-level parking garage is offering better and healthier environment than the underground garages typical for high rise downtown buildings (where underground humidity and mold were a small issue), plus you can walk easily from your car into the inside hallways at each floor.The cleaning crew (Siomara) also does a great job.The recently new valet service staff is doing a thorough job (Brayton going the extra mile to check thoroughly, pick up, inform of any issue, alert on building security).Security is very thorough and sharp - I walked after midnight many times to my upper floor parked car and security was always vigilantly and regularly patrolling and checking each car (management contracted the professional TX2 , i.e. security guard, Nicholas thoroughly searching for indicators of transient activity, Marquise,, Tyrus,, JC, Calvin, Ruben), all very sharp and also very polite and friendly.I strongly recommend this propriety. As mentioned, it has a new management, very unique, passionate, caring and determined to cater to each tenant (even getting extra help if needed, i.e. Christian from different CWS site) - all team being lead by the example of the highly dedicated professional, caring and friendly, the Community Director, Mr Chavez.

We’ve lived at Marq on Burnet for about a year with our 8-year-old, and it’s been one of the best apartment experiences we’ve had in Austin. We always feel safe and secure, which gives us great peace of mind.The property manager, David, is truly exceptional. He goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. He knows everyone by name, is always kind and approachable, and genuinely cares about the community. Anytime there’s a concern, he handles it quickly and efficiently. His leadership, along with the amazing assistant manager Chloe, makes living here such a great experience.Even the maintenance team is fantastic—they are fast, reliable, and always keep the property in great shape.The location is super convenient, with so much nearby, including a great restaurant and coffee shop right below the apartments. Plus, it’s in a fantastic school district, which has been a huge plus for our family.It’s been an incredible place to live, and we highly recommend it!

I recently moved to Austin and Marq on Burnet was my first home here. I recently moved out and it’s safe to say I will miss it a lot! The apartments are really nice for the price and the service is great! The amenities are really nice for the most part but there are a few things I think they could tweak.Courtyard spaces are really nice but they need to be maintained and cleaned more. Especially in the area with the hammocks. It got pretty bad especially in the summer months.The gym is really nice, and it’s hard to find a place that has a gym with up to 100 pound dumbbells which is awesome. But some of the machines are outdated. Especially the bikes. Maybe put in some pelatons? I know a lot of people would love that. The smith machine could use a new set of plates as well. Also I saw there were sonos speakers in there but there was no way to connect to them.Other than that I can say the Marq is an awesome place to live. The management is super nice and it really feels like home. I had an apartment locator and around this area for the quality and size of the apartment for the price, you won’t find a better deal! I referred one person to the Marq who ended up moving in and I’ll continue to do so to anyone looking to move!
