5 stars do not do justice to MST. I would easily give more. Its not lost on me that its easily the best place to live in Houston, even if you are not working in downtown (b/c then you are going against the traffic). They offer free charging for EVs, which is a great life hack. The building offers storage units in the basement. And the amenities and views are out of this world with a sauna and steam room, jacuzzi, a basketball court, table tennis, excellent coffee machines, a movie theatre, multiple pools, a golf simulator etc. The building admin is outstanding - super friendly and understanding and keeps organizing fun stuff throughout the year. Special shout out to Kelly, Sarah, Leo, and Victor! Not to mention the concierge staff who are incredibly friendly and thoughtful. Any complaint/repair request is redressed that very day or the next day. I am not sure if there is any room for improvement at MST!

This is a completely independent review- I get nothing from this other than promoting a good business that deserves it.I decided to relocate from Austin to Houston. This was a difficult decision for me, as I love ATX. I started looking for places (with the help of an expert, who was outstanding). I spent hours looking at different downtown options. You really have your pick in Houston. Whether you’re looking for budget friendly, relaxed, luxury, hip, artsy, etc, you will find it in Houston. As I was searching, I came across MST. It was, literally, the first and only place that gave me butterflies. I kept an open mind, but committed 777 Preston to memory and knew that’s where I’d land. Fast forward through an amazing leasing process (I didn’t see the property first- this was all virtual- thank you Leonardo), and I am here. And I couldn’t be happier.My must haves- resident events so I’d force myself to socialize with a hectic schedule, ridiculous amenities, resort living, community, safety, location and ridic views. I got it all. My ultimate goal was to not need to leave and to have all the amenities I’d have at a resort. This is how I invest in myself. When not work and family traveling, I chill at home and want somewhere with a plethora of options. I want to feel a little spoiled. I got that, and more, with MST.This place is bougie- that is what I was looking for and what the other residents that live here are looking for (I assume!). These amenities are just over the top.Some specifics:Leasing- Leonardo was great. That man is patient! Oof, PATIENT. I reached out to him so, so many times. To the point of being annoying, I’m sure. He never made me feel that way. I could tell he was also genuinely excited for me- I got the best unit I could ask for- and his excitement showed. It was just a little extra that made me feel like it was truly the right decision. Moves are hard, stressful, draining- and Leonardo’s genuine excitement for me meant a lot. He was responsive, accommodating and understanding. I am really, really thankful for him.Concierge- they are incredible. I arrived a little after midnight my first night (was not flying in from Austin, but NV) with my dog, two suitcases and zero clue what to do. The concierge there at the time was so patient with me- within minutes I was set- access to everything, deliveries pulled and ready, etc. It was just a really nice welcome and it meant a lot.Amenities- good lord. The site doesn’t do it justice. Seeing this place in person takes it to the next level. Spotless, beautiful, welcoming, incredible. Should I get a spray tan or sit in the steam room? Maybe shoot some hoops (ok, that’s a long shot, not my speed, but the option is there should I want to do it in the indoor court)… There so many options. WFH is incredible- so many spaces for a change of scenery.Community- I am still new and getting a feel for this. The neighbors are all friendly and welcoming so far.Valet and parking- great garage. It’s not a normal downtown highrise nightmare garage, thankfully. It’s easy to navigate and spacious. I haven’t used it much yet, but the valet folks seem great and are always smiling.Location- there is no better location. I was looking at a place by Discovery Green and that is the only other area in DT that I’d consider an equivalent as far as safety and excitement.Opportunity- there’s always room. It is minimal here, but some initial thoughts- the finance piece is a little antiquated at first- there is a certified check process which I can understand, but was literally the only piece of the process that was a bit of a headache (bank run, USPS in person to overnight mail, etc). It’s a small price to pay and I’d do a certified check each month to live here- thankfully, once the initial piece is all done, the portal is easy to use for payments and is a non-issue.All in all, 5 stars and more if I could give them! MST is definitely worth checking out and I hope to see you at one of the events! Thanks again, Leonardo!

Ive been living here since June 2023 and the Management team has been nothing short of spectacular. I moved from a high end property in Galleria that had fallen to bad management and was not a safe place to live at anymore. Leonardo, Victor, Kelly and the rest of the staff have been amazing at making me and my children feel welcome and address any issue very promptly and politely. The Concierge and Valets are all great and very welcoming and helping in every regard. The amenities are bar none the best in the city. Everything is always working and clean. They make a sincere effort to look out for the residents. My neighbors are great as well, have made many friends with the families in the building. Looking forward to many more years here and would highly recommend anyone looking for a no non-sense amazing place to live to come to MST. (And put me down as a referral!! haha)

This is my first year at Market Square Tower and I couldnt be more happy. I traveled to Houston for a week and during that time toured every noteworthy high rise and many mid-rises inside the loop. To me there was no competition, MST is famous for its extensive amenities and yes, the buildings unique placement down down gives it some of the best views in the city; but what is spoken about less is the wonderful community that lives here. Management hosts several events a month, (weekly Champagne & Yoga, fitness boot camps paired with onsite smoothie vendors, pop up surprise breakfasts & lunches and usually at least 1-2 large parties a month) this coupled with the resident only Sky Lounge has really fostered a community that cares about the property. I visited other very nice high rises with very nice amenities, but they all felt like empty hotels, with very little pride of ownership from the residents. That is not the case at MST, the whole place feels like a home. As a new resident to Houston this has really made my transition to the area seamless. Maintenance, Valet, the Concierge, everyone feels like family while still maintaining the appropriate distance and professionalism.I remember once making a joke to the concierge in passing that theSkee Ball machine wasnt lighting up. MST has a full arcade, and its kept in great shape, I meant the comment as a light hearted joke. The attendant looked with complete seriousness, apologized and had someone onsite making the required repairs immediately. It is with this sense of urgency that even the most trivial request is met with. When I host guests I am never concerned that an amenity will be broken or that I will open a door to an unkept common room, it is a building I am always proud to share with my loved ones.I always feel listened to, and that my concerns as a resident are heard, addressed and taken in a serious manner. The management staff here truly does their best to find a way to answer every request with a yes and on the rare occasions where a request cannot be accommodated it is answered with an honest explanation and breakdown of everything they did to try to make it work. I have never been brushed off or left in the dark by the management team here.Finally if youre new to high rise living, my polite advice is this; do not make your decision solely on the building itself but also pay attention to the management team and leasing agent. These are the people you are going to be interfacing with when you have a problem or need a favor and should you find yourself in that situation there is no better team than Leo, Victor, and Kelly.I look forward to calling Market Square Tower home for a very long time.

If youre looking for a fantastic dining experience, look no further than Hearsay On Market Square.The food is simply amazing, with every dish bursting with flavor and made with the freshest ingredients. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect place for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends. Overall, Hearsay On Market Square is a must-visit for anyone looking for an excellent meal and a memorable dining experience.

I really love ❤️ living here. It’s a great place and all the amenities are amazing!! If you are a working, busy professional, I recommend that you take a look 👀 it’s worth every penny! I absolutely love living here. The staff here is great from Melissa to Mr. Tim. The entire Valet staff is A1! They are all are so kind and helpful. The office staff Victor, Leo, and now Servante Cook are outstanding! I enjoy the movie night entertainment and activities like poolside yoga! Hands down I am happy to come home to Marker Square Tower! They really work hard to ensure that the residents are fully informed and absolutely satisfied! Did I mention the Sky Bar with their specialty cocktails!!

I highly recommend this luxury high rise building to live in. They definitely build it with a family mindset. They have great family friendly amenities. The concierge staff are nice and friendly who take the time to know your name making interactions more personable. The office staff are very welcoming and always greeting you with a smile. The valet contract company are nice and professional never have to worry about anything missing. You should definitely call MST your new home.

This place is just amazing. I feel like I live at the Ritz! Its so conveniently place right by all the highways and walking distance from everything.. the staff is truly amazing, especially Kate! She really went out of her way to accommodate my husband.. he kept changing his mind about which unit to get,but she was so patient with us and really helped us get all squared away. If you want an easier way of living, you should definitely move into this place!

I must say that I was very impressed by not only the amenities and upkeep of the building but most importantly the customer service. Things went so smoothly from the moment I valeted my vehicle then proceeding to front desk and finally meeting the sales person, Leonardo. (This hasnt been the case with previous tours at other communities.) After viewing a couple of buildings in the area I must mention that he was the most calm and thourough in explaining all the services and amenities and future plans for the building. Once Im ready to make the move, Ill be happy to call MST home. Thank you for a pleasant experience, Leonardo!

Im an oil&gas professional and just moved to Houston. After looking at a few different properties in downtown and midtown, I settled on market square tower. Id read and heard some positive things; but I had no idea how excellent this property is. Moving in was made very easy because of the attentive and genuine effort made by the leasing staff & building management; for people like me, this is invaluable.Now for the property itself; it has everything you could need/ want and more. The apartments are roomy, extremely well appointed and comfortable. The walls are concrete, so even though youre in the middle of Americas 4th largest city, your apartment is silent. The amenities are all wonderfully maintained. The building is immaculate. Ive only just moved in and already feel at home. Absolutely top marks for thos place. If youre looking for a great unit downtown, dont look anywhere else.

Beautiful views. Wonderful staff. Great amenities. Close to everything downtown: Alley Theatre, Houston Grand Opera, Houston Symphony, Houston Ballet. Lots of artists live here. I love walking to work followed by a group of ballet dancers and musicians carrying their instrument cases. Georgia James Tavern is right off the lobby and is an EXCELLENT restaurant. Highly recommend.

While I was searching for a high rise apartment, I went on plenty of tours in the downtown area and saw some amazing places. As MST is an amazing building, I wrestled between there and the Catalyst. When it came down to it, KiKi was our reason for choosing MST as our home. She is amazing! She is extremely kind, has an amazing spirit, and made our customer experience one of the best. Not to mention she is extremely knowledgeable of the property. Also, the valet staff is amazing, helpful, and always smiling. When looking for a new place to call home, check out MST!!!

I was skeptical about living downtown, but it has the perfect mix of the feeling of home, and the conveniences of being minutes from everywhere.Kate has been totally committed to taking care of us. Great location and amenities! Over the time i lived at Market Square i got to meet friendly staff, co-organized events with management, enjoyed resident summer pool parties and got to network with outstanding neighbors! All together it made life easier and comfortable while living in downtown Houston.Besides that, the building is located near pharmacies, bars, restaurants and is a short few minutes away from other popular areas in the city, including sports venues.I would recommend 10/10 staying here.

Im not sure how anyone could rate this place anything less than 5 stars. The staff was always attentive and provided the highest level of service. We were very grateful for Northon, Jeffrey, Elias, Jorge, Taylor and the rest of the staff. Not only were they always attentive to our needs but also to our guests. They always greet everyone with a warm welcoming smile and the service is second to none.The amenities are also 5 star and plentiful. You will not find a better place in Houston or Texas for that matter. Everyone who ever visited us was very happy to share the experience of Market Square Tower. Ive lived at several different apartments and MST is without a doubt the greatest experience! If youre looking for the Gold standard in Houston look no further.

The building itself is absolutely gorgeous and CLEAN! I AM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL TO LIVE HERE!!! I We have found comfort and luxury at MST!!!!!

Great building, great amenities, outstanding customer service. amenities can get crowded on weekends, understandably! location in the midst of downtown is great for walking to bars and restaurants, theater and opera, ballet and movies. I barely ever use the car since moving there. and if I do, its already charged up thanks to the 4 hour free Electric Car Charging! the people who live here are all good fun, friendly folks, mixed backgrounds, so it never gets boring. the staff is probably even more outstanding than the building itself. they really spoil you!

I recently stayed here in one of their guest suites, I have never had such a wonderful time. The amenities are top notch and the staff are all extremely friendly. I have no idea what some of the other reviewer are saying. I have known the manager of this complex, Jennifer, for years and have never known her to be anything but accommodating, friendly and professional. I guess there is no pleasing some people, especially when they feel they are entitled to special treatment. Everyone at Market Square deserves two thumbs up!

I worked with Emilie and the MST staff from the beginning of the process all the way to signing the lease and I have NEVER felt more important in my life!!! Their patience and assistance with everything even until after I moved in and settled, is unmatched. I never have an issue with getting a question answered or a concern addressed (that was only me not knowing how to work my A/C unit and how to get out of the garage lol!!) I definitely would recommend this place of residence to anyone looking for the TOP OF THE LINE in Downtown Houston living!!!

I love this building, the neighborhood and the valet/concierge staff! The building has every amenity you can think of. Concierge does a great job with deliveries and packages. They will even keep your groceries in the fridge if you aren’t there when they get delivered. So many bars and restaurants in walking distance. There’s also a dog park right across the street!

Great Staff especially Kate and Jennifer The community manager are always there to help in anything we need.I remember that Jennifer on the night of Floyd Mayweather Fight she made sure everything was working perfectly for us to enjoy the fight.

Super impressive building. The SkyPool is CRAZY, being in it to me is scarier than riding a drop tower! Still, great architecture. The entrance has a classic feel on the outside, but as you go inside, you definitely feel the luxury apartment vibe. Rent isn’t crazy priced, it’s actually pretty fair, until you get to the $10,000 a month mark?!? Other than that. Love this place, and its right across the street from the best Pizza in town @ Franks!

There are apartments, and then there is Market Square Tower. IMO, MST is a premier living facility that is par excellence. Aside from the beautifully built units, awesome amenities, & it being an overall, well-constructed living quarters- Market Square Tower would not be the top echelon of luxury living in the city of Houston if it were not for its staff. From the valet to the invaluable concierge, to the resident services, to the maintenance, & all the way to the exceptional level of attention to the needs of the tenants that is rendered by the dynamic agents in the leasing office. Sasha, Laura, Trestin, Dillon, & Leah are the special spokes in the leasing office that keep wheels working at MST! Very cool hotel. I liked both the pool and the overall view of the city. Hospitable staff, two administrators spoke broken Russian, but it was nice. Very clean, the maid comes when called. Breakfast in your room is simply divine. I will definitely visit the hotel next year.
