I have lived at Mariposa for about a month and am happy to be here. The staff I have interacted with have been very receptive to my inquiries, any issues that have arisen and their customer service has been great. As with any new build, problems will arise, and they have. Some are able to be addressed in a timely manner and others have to be handled by the contractors or vendors. However, those that are in the control of the staff are handled.I have rated Mariposa with 4 stars and here is why:Staff, customer service, pleasant place to live = 5 starsConstruction issues that are unable to be addressed in a timely manner = 4 starsThank you so very much to Laura, Rosie, Mason, Norma, and Hank! You guys bring so much to the property and Im sure the best is yet to come. Your work in a new build situation is challenging, I know, but you make it work. Oh, by the way, as I have stated many times, I so look forward to the installation of the Coffee Bar. This coffee head is anticipating its arrival. :-)

Absolutely marvelous to live here at Mariposa. Thankful for being a resident at Mariposa. The staff is very helpful very respectful. The property very clean.

Its was a difficult mission unknowing my move in date but once I got in, I so love the apartments. Every new apartment will have issues but Im thankful theyre being tended to.
