Happy Great fall season. Its time for back to school. I love where I live. Ive been staying in this community of Georgetown at Cypress Creek at the Riverbend for nearly 4 years. With our current Manager Mrs. Michelle Martin, whom is very kind and its always a pleasure to speak with her. She haspersonality that shines the office. We are like family in this community they partnership with apartment life/ Country Church and their always are doing dinners for the families and food bag giveaways and also taking care of the children with the activities for the special holidays the most recent event was the back to school backpacks and supplies. Check us out.

Im so happy to call Mariposa my home. The apartments are spacious and very well keep. The ladies at the office; Lilia and Nancy are always very helpful and friendly and maintenance always take care of my needs. Thank you to the whole team for always trying their best and have the patience with this aging crowd.

Very friendly and welcoming place. Not to mention how beautiful the environment is, including the well keeped grounds. The apartments are also wonderfully designed. I would be very happy and satisfied if I am able to stay there. Sincerely, an .applicant

Great restaurant owned and run by terrific people. Owners are hands on and work just as hard if not more than employs. A true scratch kitchen (Ive worked at many that claim so but were not). The food and quality of service would be hard to beat. There are some great restaurants in Georgetown too but BCH is sure to please.

Ive been here for six months now and Im very comfortable and enjoying the friendships I have created.Im sorry the movies and the chair aerobics are not currently taking place.My apartment is so comfortable and well designed and maintained.The water aerobics are wonderful.

Mariposa is a grand place to live for those 55+. The opportunities to grow as a human being are endless. Between the activities provided by the management or through Apartment Life, each person can form friendships as deep or casual as he/she pleases. One can be private or be a social butterfly. One can be musical, artistic, athletic, religious (or not) - all in a safe supportive environment. Best of all, one has plenty of opportunity to be of service to the community.

I have lived here for going on 12 years!❤ Our Complex is kept landscaped weekly! Management is always helpful and attentive to the residents needs!

This place has really nice cottages and looks like a great place for seniors. I wasnt able to tour it and the waiting list is long so add your name as soon as possible.

I really like it here very much. I like the being close to shopping & medical facilities.Also I feel more secure here as I am living by myself for the first time. Im enjoying getting acquainted with everybody.
