This place is great and its exactly what my father wanted! Cynthia Cervantes is an amazing assistant manager, she help us with every step of my dads move in! We so grateful 🙏 and we look forward for this amazing clean and safe residence! Thank again!

I have lived at Mariposa Apartment Homes for 2 years Plus. My third floor one bedroom apartment is very energy efficient with double pane glass though out, it has a gas stove and water heater, all else is electric of course. Neighbors are very quiet below and beside my apartment however, the hallways echo the smallest noise and the doors are all spring loaded so they slam shut all the time, which echoes through the halls. Management and Maintenance and Security are very good at making sure mariposa is a safe place to live and the grounds are very well kept.

This is a nice and clean place to live for people 55+. There are good activities and planned events every month like bread day every other Thursday, with goods from Sprouts. They have activities and amenities, such as a pool, pavilion, dog run, computer room, community kitchen, hair salon, library, laundrymat, game room. The apartments are nice and come in three styles: one bed one bath, two bed (second bedroom half size) two bath and a two full-size bedrooms with two bath. There is an officer who lives here to help if there’s trouble or anything suspicious. There are two maintenance men available. The only thing, that may be annoying, is the spring loaded doors that will slam shut if you don’t close them carefully. It’s a very nice place, and a family member of mine has lived here for a happy 5+ years.

Absolutely beautiful and affordable living accommodation for the elderly and disabled. I am disabled and loved this place. Only problem I had was that my caregiver is my 13 year old son but children are not allowed.

Archie the maintenance man is so efficient and helpful.This young man is so respectful and he does a great job. Its comforting to know that whatever work needs to done, the complex has the most dependable, knowledgeable, well trained and considerate people to help me. KUDOS Archie its good to know you young man.

My family lives here and there pool clean they have a covered area with barbecue pit seating you can have a party in this area its huge grass cut Apt huge laundry area workout room snack area mailroom nice a home 🏡 away from home 🏘️
