I would like to express that the new manager who is new there (Cynthia) was very helpful as I was looking to rent an apartment. You can tell that she has a lot of management skills and is very friendly and optimistic. She was able to answer all of my questions and I am thinking about giving this place a try to move in. They need more workers like her. I am so happy to have communicated with her.

Cynthia is amazing, very friendly and with good exceptional communication, She helped us with all the things we needed. She makes sure that we are comfortable and cares for all problems we had. If anyone wants to make a tour in Marfa Apartments I would highly recommend Cynthia!!! She is the Best!

I want to start by saying I’ve been living here for more than 6 years and out of all the managers and leasing professionals I think the manager Cynthia and Victoria (leasing professional ) have been the most nicest and amazing people I’ve ever been in contact with they are very helpful and cares about tenants and make sure their apartment needs are taking care of and even for me even though there are always a few things that break but she makes sure that anyone and everyone gets taken care of and recently she helped me and I was very grateful and everyone on staff does what they have to do for me and all tenants I love my apartment complex and I pray I will be able to be here longer and I hope Cynthia and Victoria are still around cause they are great people.

As a new resident, I was impressed with the office staff. Victoria and Gabriela were welcoming, very professional and empathetic. It was refreshing to be greeted with a nice big smile! Information was provided and all questions answered. Gabriela and Victoria exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this property BECAUSE of the staff and the feeling of family that I received. Thank you for your commitment and compassion that you both bring to Marfa Apartments. It cant be easy dealing with different personalities. 😊

I’ve been a resident for almost 6 years and I love it here. The new assistant Victoria is very nice and informative and the manager Gabriela is always willing to help us. When the boiler was broken, they both kept me updated and answered all my questions.

As a tennant for the past 3 years, I have been notjing but satisfied now that these apartments have a new owner that knows what they are doing, is accommodating to their residents, and quick on getting things done around here. I was about to give up and leave because previous management teams werent up to par. I havent had any issues since new management has came in, I look forward to continuing to live here.

Although Im not a resident however Im looking soon to visit and hopefully become another satisfied tenant I do take in consideration partly on where I move to because after all its got to be a place I want to look forward to coming home to until we move into our home Ive seen a lot great reviews and Ive seen a few bad reviews but really stands out to me is how management reach out to not only the good reviews I see they also reach out to the bad reviews wanting to make whatever is going on right as best as they know how now that speaks volume Ive seen a lot of apartment managers dont give a hoot so long as you are paying your rent and laughing all the way to the bank with your complaints we must agree to a certain point everything will not always be perfect but to know your complaints are not going unheard that says a lot hopefully we will neighbors soon and enjoy our place of dwelling
