    Been here a few months now, there has been some changes to leasing but I would have never noticed, very smooth transition. The manager is sooo awesome and helpful. Maintenance is on point, laundry room is awesome and affordable, machines are clean and well maintained. Love that they hold activities for residents, provide options to pay and really work with you on all issues...

    Very amazing apartments! Ariel and Tania are amazing leasing consultants! The office staff is very welcoming and supportive! I definitely recommend these apartments to others! These negative reviews dont do any justice to these apartments! Ive had the best experience living here!

    My Move in was amazing !!!! I love my new home very peaceful , the community is very family oriented , and my neighbors gave me a warm greeting to the unit. The staff on property are VERY WELCOMING AND GENEROUS TO HELP WITH FINDING WHAT YOU NEED ! Julia was very helpful , she made my experience amazing , and she also went over and beyond with details and telling me a lot about the community and area , Ms.Julia gave me the most confident smile , and warmest greeting that showed me that this was the right place to be. Thank you Julia For making me apart of a wonderful community.!!!

    I toured the property and I’d have to say that I felt very welcomed. The staff was friendly. The leasing agent named Jocelyn went above and beyond to find me an apartment in my price range. She knew where all the nearby shopping was at. She was kind, and very professional.

    Hi!! I have Great and Exciting news about this care and help, and love that was showed to me at the MARABELLA apartments!! In Grand Prairie 😎They are an awesome team!! Super Helpful. They are an incredible group to work with, if you are looking for a place to live!!😎I really love how I was treated, greeted and finalized to the completion of my lease agreement. THEY ARE AWESOME!!

    I came for a tour today and Julia was very helpful she was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable she kept the conversation going I was pressed for time but she insured me I could come back for another tour Her personality ROCKS!! Ana was very helpful as well thank you ladies I’ll definitely be coming back

    I just went in to your complex to see an apartment Marabella on Pioneer in GP and the office staff were so friendly man I felt like this could be my new apartment for sure! They told me about the dog park I need that for my dog Ana was very nice, Julia gave me the tour she was very nice I even got a chance to meet the manager Melissa Thanks to both girls In the front office I’m excited to bring my little family To our future apartment thanks ladies:)

    I been loving here over a year and i love it! maintenance is always on it. all the neighbors make you feel at home. They are adding more and more stuff to the property including a pool. very kid friendly and never too noisy always quite around here. i can’t complain!

    Miss.Julia you gave me a tour Tuesday and although I’m late on my review for you as promised better later then never I just wanted to let you know you did amazing in taking care of me. You listen to all my problems even though the office was full of people you did not rush my tour you took your time and gave me all the information I need .     Been living here for at least 3 months and I like the interior of the apartment, just had an issue with the AC a week a go and maintenance came to fix it right away, thats something that I like on the apartments, so far so good...

    New ownership and management purchased the property and have spent substantial amount of money improving the property! This is an incredible place to live with brand new renovated units, turf soccer field, playground, laundry center, and they are adding a splash park and pool! I highly recommend this apartment complex :)
