After reading all the negative reviews, I wanted to share my own experience. I’ve only been a resident for three months, but I’ve really appreciated the staff and how much they actually care about the community. Yes, you will be towed if you park somewhere you’re not supposed to, but that’s just common sense. Adrian has been incredibly helpful with everything, and Jessica, the manager, has been so patient with me since day one. I’ve had a great experience so far and just wanted to acknowledge the team for all they do. Also, thank you for all the resident events. I’ve attended a few and really enjoyed them!

Living at Mansions Buda has been such a great experience, and a big part of that is thanks to Adrian! He’s always so helpful, kind, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed anything, he’s been quick to assist and made the whole process so easy. The community itself is beautiful-well-kept, peaceful, and the amenities are amazing. I’m so glad to call this place home, and I really appreciate everything Adrian does to make it such a great place to live!

I cannot give praise to the leasing office team enough! Especially Jessica and Lauren. Jessica helped me from the very beginning to get my unit. She was warm and friendly and stayed in contact to ensure that the application process was smooth and easy! On my move in day Lauren was so kind to sit down and explain and answer any questions I had! The community is beautiful and neighbors seem very nice! This is the first time that I feel at peace and safe with my new home! And I definitely plan on staying here long -term 😊

Just moved into this place at the end of April and it was a fairly smooth move in process. The staff so far have been extremely friendly and welcoming. The homes here look amazing and I feel they could charge way more in rent then what they are, so when they advertise high end homes at a budget friendly price they are not lying. Yes there are rules they need you to follow when you are here but it is worth it. (Side note they are still building some areas of the community; ex, the gates and some homes so be careful of typical and normal construction debris when driving in the community). Don’t walk run to lease here.

Love this property! Thank you for the gift 💝. The 3 bedroom home is so beautiful. I feel like it’s the best option for roommates. It’s right off IH 35 but feels like a country home. I didn’t realize it’s so close to Austin. The office staff really takes care of all your needs. Thank goodness. Customer service has become a thing of the past. But not here!

Just signed a lease with the Mansions of Buda!! I absolutely loved my touring experience. Jessica was an amazing leasing agent, she was very thorough with her tour and listening to what I was specifically looking for for my next move. She was also willing to tour multiple units until we found the right fit. She answered all of my questions and took her time with me. The units are beautiful and I am excited to be moving in soon! I would absolutely recommend to a friend and dont forget to ask for Jessica!

We are just starting to look, but really liked the idea of having an attached garage and nobody above or below us, so made the drive to Buda to check out the mansions. Jessica greeted us when we entered the clubhouse, and was amazing. She showed us the model, and all the amenities around the clubhouse. She explained everything, and answered all of our questions. Very impressed, she gave us time to talk and look around on our own, and forwarded our information to another property we are considering, in McKinney. So helpful, and kind, thank you Jessica!

Although we didn’t end up signing a lease with the Mansions of Buda, we wanted to leave a review just sharing how pleasant of an experience we had during the touring and information process. Lauren in the front office was there to answer any questions we had (which I often have a lot), and was very knowledgeable which made the information gathering part of the process very easy. Not only did Lauren help with information, but she also had a great balance of checking in on our search for our new place, and giving us time and space without being too overbearing. While our financial situation ultimately is the reason we went with a different complex, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Lauren again! Great staff, and great looking community!

We moved here last week and unlike other places, there is no catch! This place is truly amazing and even more amazing is the staff, specially Jessica. Jessica helped me and my husband throughout the moving process and I loved our experience. First, she went above and beyond on a rainy Sunday to show us the units and she answered all of our questions. Additionally, we told her exactly what we wanted and she pointed us to the right direction. To give you an idea of how profesional and skillful she is, it took us less than an hour to find the unit we wanted. Finally, even though I had some difficulties logging in into my account, Jessica put extra time to help us finalize our application. She is truly an amazing leasing agent. If you are planning on moving here, ask for Jessica, she will make your move quick and smooth. Thank you Jessica!

My husband and I recently moved to the area from out of state. We had the pleasure of taking a tour with Lauren. She had a lot of knowledge of the property and the area. I highly recommend her she did a great job of giving us the tour and answering any questions we had. These duplexes are beautiful with great floor plans. I love there’s a gym and a pool that we don’t have to travel to and home feels like a vacation. What I also really love about these is the location. I loved the small town feel that feels like home, but if you wanted to get out to the bigger city they are located perfectly a short distance in either direction to Austin or San Antonio. This place is awesome, I feel like I live at a resort! Brand new appliances, my own garage, and backyard for a competitive rate south of Austin. Love being able to walk outside at night and its quiet and you can see the stars. Shout out to Lauren who was incredibly professional from start to finish and making sure I was taken care of. Grant was also very helpful with communication. The team here is amazing and you will be shocked at the complex and how nice it is.

The Mansions of Buda is an outstanding complex. This fairly new concept of apartment homes is awesome. You are actually in your own home, no stairwells, or other residents living over you. There is a fenced-in backyard, garage and a tone of amenities. The grounds are well maintained with beautiful flowers and grass areas, but the best part is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and take care of questions/problems you may have right away---you feel that you are the most important person to them. Definitely a comfortable, luxury place to live at an affordable price.

Lauren took me on a tour, originally for a one bed one bath. I say originally because I was looking for a place for my daughter. Not only was this apartment not an apartment but a place we could easily call home. Wonderful amenities, kind staff, fun little surprises along the way in the tour! After Lauren listened to my whole story she offered to show me another floor plan saying she thought it would make more sense. She was right, I feel in love with the other one even though it was a little over the budget! Just when I thought it couldn’t get better, she surprised me with a bottle of wine while I was admiring the pool! Beautiful place and Lauren is the best!

I was going to move into a different complex, but the communication was not very smooth with them, I had an apartment finder tell me about Mansions of Buda and was not to keen on the idea of having a shared wall since I hadnt lived in an apartment in a long time. Jessica was SO patient with my back and forth and even went next door to the unit I moved into and walked around and knocked on the wall just so I could get an idea of the double insulation. This place is gorgeous, the gym is truly amazing they are all so friendly here. Definitely not what you find at most places.

The leasing process was smooth, Grant was friendly and responsive to my inquiries. Despite my repeated delays in signing the lease, he patiently extended my quote. The units are beautiful , spacious and sleek. I have yet to experience any issues. I love the ability to connect my garage , thermostat and oven to my WiFi to control outside of my home. The community feels safe and well maintained. I chose this property outside Austin primarily for its spacious backyards, having two dogs this was important! I relied on photos and discussions with the leasing office due to my out-of-state move. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find the yard size misrepresented compared to the photos for the Palo unit. Contrary to what I was led to believe, the Barton 1-bedroom units actually tend to have larger yards. Despite initially applying for a Barton unit, I switched to a Palo unit for its purported larger yard shown online, which was a deciding factor for me and upon switching floor plans I verbally stated it was due to the larger yard. However, I later discovered this was not the case, during my request to switch the office informed me that larger yards were associated with more bedrooms not that the Barton units offered larger yards. More bedrooms wasn’t my priority. Although the units themselves are satisfactory and spacious, the lack of response from the office regarding the yard discrepancy is concerning. I communicated my disappointment and was told to write and email, to which I did and yet to receive a response.Amenities such as lawn service, pool, gym, and complimentary snacks and drinks are appreciated. However, its worth noting that the community isnt entirely gated, only prohibiting vehicle access. The dog park lacks amenities like benches, a double gate, or water fountain for dogs in Texas heat. The valet trash service, while convenient, raises concerns about potential pest issues and littering as residents are instructed to leave trash bags on the front lawn for pick up. In a perfect world the residents would leave trash on the correct dates and times and valet trash would pick it up within time to prevent any pests. However the world isn’t perfect and trash will be left and forgotten leading to un-welcomed guests. Additionally, the option to install ceiling fans comes with an extra 125 labor fee if not already included in the unit. I did not look at the ceiling during my virtual tour which is on me but wanted to mention for anyone else who heats up like an oven at night.Overall the community is great, the items mentioned above can be fixed and I believe the office truly cares about their residents but it is worth notating.

Beautiful area!!!!!Grant was helpful from the very beginning and I just loved the way he checked in on me after moving in. I was able to catch up with him on a Saturday afternoon after a month I moved in, when I went to the office to check out the gym and find out the times it would be open. He also let me know what was coming up to the area over a cup of coffee. Thanks for everything Grant!!!

Heard about this property from a leasing agent last weekend. Ade was very nice and knowledgeable about the property. He was at the Farmers Market and gave me and my friends water and snacks. From the looks of it, it looks like a beautiful property at a nice location. I’m looking forward to touring in person.
