I had an amazing experience at Mansions Eight65, and I can’t say enough great things about Natalia! As newcomers to the area, we had so many questions and concerns, but Natalia was incredibly helpful and patient. She took the time to answer all of our questions. Not only did she address our concerns, but she also gave us some fantastic recommendations for local spots, which really helped us feel more at home. Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor truly made our experience exceptional. Highly recommend Mansions Eight65 – and a special thanks to Natalia for making our transition so smooth!

I toured this place recently with a friend and fell in love. Cintia is an absolute gem and took us to tour several different units as well as a tour of the property amenities. She gave us cold water to combat the TX heat as well. She never once rushed us and answered every question we have. The units are very nice and spacious. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. In the 3x3 units, there is absolutely no carpet. In the 4x4, carpet is only on the stairs for safety reasons. The yards have plenty of space for your fur-babies and little ones to play. The homes even have doggy doors! They have different cabinet and floor finishes to choose from as well.Mansions Eight 65 also offers a very reasonably priced utilities package where cable, fiber internet, water, 7 day valet trash service, and weekly mowing service are included. This property has a subdivision layout with stand alone units, but it is managed like an apartment! Oh and for touring, we received a delicious bottle of wine, yummy desserts (there is a daily sweet station with fruit infused water, and a resident refrigerator stocked with drinks in the leasing office) and a vacation for two after applying! The application process was very smooth and took less than 24 hours. I cannot wait to move in my new home!

Update: after moving in there is an abundance of pests. From baby scorpions to giant spiders and mice. Understandable since this is a new community built in the woods. I’m sure it takes awhile for pests to leave. The spiders are just huge and persistent we even have our own barrier spray. Putting in a maintenance request is easy and they show up usually next day. So far this is the only place we’ve had so many pests but we are being very patient and hope they eventually go away. As far as packages, some delivery drivers are too lazy to go into the neighborhood and leave your packages at the front without your request so it’s inconvenient. UPS and fedex is fine with doorstep deliveries. Not sure how it will be once gate closes when getting grocery deliveries hopefully we won’t have trouble with that. I’ve had 2 packages lost from Amazon so far. Yes there are a lot of cars curbside but every one pretty much just moved in, I’d give time for everyone to unpack. Trash hasn’t been an issue as long as you break down every single box and have the bags out they take it. Don’t use a box to hold all your other boxes either lol we thought it would make it easier for them since it’s a lot of boxes to carry they won’t take it if it’s not broken down.This place is beautiful. Just like an oasis in the middle of Hutto. You’ll see for yourself when you take a tour. The main website is very easy to navigate and you can even tour the same day. The application process was very straightforward and fast. Stephanie gave us a very thorough detailed tour. Cynthia worked hard to get us approved. (Was very patient with us) Cannot wait to move into our semi forever home. The gym and pool is a plus too! The ladies are very welcoming in the front office. Don’t pass this up.

From the very first time I walked in for a tour to the checklist to move in!These ladies ALL OF THEM have been so patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, welcoming….Trust me when I say I was NEEDY but they never made me feel like “oh it’s her again”.Grateful for all they did for me! Moved in Approximately two months ago and so far we have been very impressed with Mansions. Walked/bike through the property numerous times and can say it has been maintained very well and considerable effort has been used to ensure its cleanliness. The gym in the main facility has high-quality equipment and is open 24/7 Which has been a wonderful experience, I do appreciate the flexibility.Great looking and high-quality appliances have been installed. Additionally, all maintenance issues/concern’s were swiftly addressed and corrected within a day. The employees have been very professional and friendly, and I would recommend you come and see for yourself.Hope to see you around the coffee machine!

First let me start by saying, I have NEVER had such an amazing experience with renting. From the community events, to their immaculately designed homes and amazing service, I love it here! Although my husband and I are not yet ready for home ownership, we were looking for somewhere to call home in the North Austin area. I am proud to say we found it in MansionsEight65!!! Stephanie has been my self proclaimed “bestie” since we toured. J/K but I love her! We originally toured late February 2024 and signed a lease within 48 hours to move in July 2024. Best decision we could have made. The office staff is very responsive and efficient. The maintenance team (Joey & Manuel) are amazing and if it’s out of place they are on the job with a quickness. New builds are always hard because the builder leaves behind so much to be addressed. These guys can definitely handle it! Overall I love my mansions team! & I’ll soon be ready to move into a 3 bedroom as we look to extend our family ❣️

This review is only for this companys patriotism in flying the largest flag in the local area! I am a local homeowner and dont have any need for their services onsite but you can tell when you drive by this place is very well kept! Ive watched it get built over the past couple years and you can tell they were building for top notch services with just how well the place was kept during the build process.And the fact that you can see their giant flag thats easily 150 to 200 ft in the air from as far away as Ed Smidt when traveling Limmer Loop west is the best thing a veteran like myself can see on his drive home!Im sure these flags are very expensive but I hope the owners keep up this tradition of flying this flag for as long as possible!

The Mansions 865 is a great place to live! The area is safe, the community is beautiful, and the one bedroom home is perfect with an awesome backyard and a garage. I love it here, and Sintia in the office is so helpful!!

This is a very nice place to live. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Their amenities are great too. They have a daily curbside garbage pick up , a large swimming pool , and very clean weightlifting facility. The office staff is very friendly and professional. They often take time to setup extra curricular activities for the residents ( movie night , get togethers , fun and games , ect. ). Free food and drinks are served most times. Mansions Eight65 is definitely worth a look.

Would give more stars if we could get pest control. Theres holes and cracks in the caulk and corners in every single room, bathroom, closet and kitchen that the ants are piling through. They are coming in through the baseboards, under appliances, under the front, garage and back doors, windows...literally everywhere. Im patching and caulking holes myself with caulk and in some cases, expanding foam, trying to seal all the entry points I can find. Imagine how hard this is in a 4 bed, 4 bath home. Twice I put in a work order for pest control, and twice it said it was completed and no one came, last week nor this week. Im about ready to contract an outside company for pest control since I have been waiting for 2 weeks and nothing yet... but getting charged for it, right? 🤔UPDATE: The ants are under control with pest control coming out and me putting ant bait around various locations of the home. I will request for pest control to come out again to help keep the ants and spiders at bay. New neighbors have been loud and noisy well into the early morning hours, but management is working with us now to resolve that issue. You cant pick your neighbors and sometimes this happens when attached to another residence. So far, I can say things have gotten better and deserve a couple more stars right now.

Just moved in a two days ago and so far so good. To be the first occupants in this unit is a plus. The process overall was great and very easy. The staff also great, knowledgeable and answered any concerns. I had a locator to help find this place. The same day we toured with Sophia and my boyfriend and myself was very pleased with what we saw and heard. Not to mention the complementary wine bottle they give you at the end of the tour. We thought about it and applied the same day only a few hours after touring. We got approved the same day which is great when looking for a place, didnt have to wait weeks to find out. Love that my unit has a 2 car garage and driveway space. Which was a big deal when looking for a place. A nice size private backyard for my fur babies. I would recommend checking this place out.

Ive been here about 6 months and Ive had some normal issues with pests like ants (we’re in Texas) however maintenance has been very responsive and no longer have issues. Office team is always very helpful.

Tour in property and Unit: 5 🌟, like I mentioned is a brand new place and had minor details for the construction folks that were taken care by the maintenance guys, but nothing major. In other reviews they mentioned pest infestation so far I havent experienced that, a lot of crickets but that is happening everywhere so no big deal for me.The place is quiet, close to 130 and the patio size is perfect for my furry babies.Maintenance: 4 🌟 , looks that they respond fast to tickets BUT the day I get my keys and I put a foot in my place there was a wasp inside flying in the living room, not precisely the welcome gift that I was expecting (Im allergic to bees and wasp, so I couldnt see on detail if there was nest of what) next thing that I did was submitted a ticket explaining the situation, the response was if is a single wasp you can spray it yourself, okkkkkk. I get that if I was living already in the place but I just got my keys, so I would expect that someone did an inspection of the place and verify that everything was good before giving the keys but oh well.Property Management: I appreciate the help of Cinthia, she has been answering questions that I have and be patience with some frustration that I had due internet (Spectrum drop the ball of my internet set up). Thank you Cinthis for giving me updates, the process to receive my information and keys was handle by Sofia. She explain everything in detail.

Recently toured this location and had the pleasure of working with Sintia C. Not only was she extremely bright which made the tour feel so quick, but she thoroughly answered all of my questions and allowed me plenty of time to look over the various floorplans. Additionally, she was not about upsell, she was asking detailed questions about my needs and gave me a variety of options that were honestly evaluated with my personal needs in mind. Whether or not you ultimately lease here, they have a phenomenal staff that is both welcoming and personable. With such a beautiful community aesthetically it made it feel like a community worth moving into.Edit: Due to some unfortunate circumstances, on my move in date the apartment I signed a lease for was unavailable. Not only did the maintenance staff take a moment to assist me and find the right person to help, but Stephanie G. came in early (around 3 hours) before the office even opened to get me taken care of. They got me into a different apartment that was the same type, same features, and same day. Things happen but the mark of a good business is how they handle it and Stephanie was a cut above in her professionalism and willingness to help. I really felt heard having someone go through the issue with me instead of giving me red tape or taking advantage of a situation. That alone makes this a community worth being a part of.

Moving to Mansions 865 has been a refreshing change of pace than what I am usually used to in the Austin area. The homes are the perfect size, spacious green areas as well as the new build makes the homes feel fresh and care was taken on the design and appliances offered. While we’re still new to the community, I’m still happy to call it home.

I have lived in almost every corner of the Austin area. Lived in many rental homes and apartments. When I tell you this place has given me so much joy and peace. Its a new build and a few kinks has been discovered. But, when I tell you when the kink was spotted the community staff went above and beyond working on the matter ASAP. The maintance crew is VERY knowledgeable and very helpful, and did I mention very polite... All I can say out of every where I have lived, I can say hands down an amazing experience here thus far.
