    Thee easiest move in I have ever done in Dallas. The application process was swift. Less than 24 hours with a response. The front desk are generally nice people. The valet were generally nice people. You all don’t know how great that feels to be around people are who are nice and caring by nature, and also doing their job extremely well. William and Emily are a treasure.

    Did the applicant sent my documents in over.2 weeks ago. WILLIAM was very helpful in my tour. Im a stroke survivor so it has taken a long time to get me the information if Ive been approved or not. I dont want my affliction in my disability interfere with the person or first impression people have of this beautiful complex. Ill stay locked away in my unit as much as I can. just docan.not approve me bc of it.

    So far I love the staff William is very professional and he shows that he care. Made me feel very comfortable, I did have some issues prior to moving in, but it was taken care of and I am so blessed for that. I have a great view of downtown. The receptionist she was amazingly sweet and makes you feel welcome also very professional.

    Emily helped my mother out tremendously and stayed after hours on a Saturday to get her situated and show the entire complex. The apartment is very nice and the area has lots to do. If you’re looking for an apartment in downtown, go see Emily and Jose and they will take good care of you.

    I was looking for an Apartment a year ago, I wanted a Balcony AND be downtown. I looked at several properties, but the ones with balconies were all in Uptown and way overpriced. Then by chance I stopped at Manor House, talked to the leasing agent, and 10 days later I moved in.My view is great, and I enjoy sitting outside on my balcony watching all the evening and night time activity.As far as the Management, they are great. I have very few issues with the apartment, but when something does arise, the staff is quick to handle whatever it is.Ive read other reviews talking about roaches, however, I have never had an issue with them, so I cant really say to much other than, maybe these folks leaving these reviews might want to keep their place cleaned up a little more..I would rate Manor House as one of the best properties in the Downtown area, with a very professional staff who will go out of their way to help with most issues..BTW, I signed my 2nd lease a few weeks ago and will more than likely sign again in a year.Update:I am completely happy here, the Staff, Heather, Jose and Sophia are great top notch at leasing and management.I will be signing my lease again in a few months making it three years here, unlike all the negative reviews, I have had zero problems with bugs, sure its an old building, and a bug here and there is going to happen, but like I stated once before, keep your place clean and there is no problem, PLUS on average Pest Control comes around about every three months.The people that live here, its a huge mixing pot of everyone, but most are friendly..I wont downgrade my 5 stars, but the ONLY issue I have had, and I care less what people do, is the smell of Weed that at times overwhelms the hallways and my apartment, I dont smoke it and really cant stand the smell of it, but, it is what it is.

    Jimmy McCullough is absolutely awesome when it comes to taking care of some of my personal requests when it comes retrieving my car. I am a resident as well as a bus Operator for Dallas Area Rapid Transit. My valet parking needs vary from time to time and Jimmy nails them head on every time. THANKS JIMMY 👍🏻

    Manor house truly gives you the downtown experience.Jose is the property manger and he is one of the best residential property mangers in Downtown. He is incredibly prompt, very calm and knows all the right answers. The staff team are very cognizant and always there to help.

    Lived here for a year on the 20th floor. Neighbors were quiet and all work orders were completed timely. You really can’t beat the location for the price. My only complaint would be that elevators sometimes go out however that’s to be expected in any building.

    All in all, I give this experience 10 stars if I could. William has been exceptional from the beginning of our inquiry. He went above and beyond to make sure the leasing process was as smooth as possible and we love the new place. Great building, with great views. This is the best community I have ever experienced and I just moved in. I highly recommend William and Manor house 100%

    Great opportunity to enjoy a nice living experience at an affordable price. I love the floor plans and the amenities, especially the pool with the open roof.. fingers crossed... 🤞William and Jose are a great team they assisted me asap with every question or issue and as if I were the only applicant sometimes .. Im a happy resident at home. Thank you management for your time and cooperation.

    So many negative reviews here, but my son from Irvine, California has lived at Manor House for two months now with NO complaints, thats telling me the building and its management are reasonably good even based on our seemingly high standard of living.

    Will was the best leasing agent (5⭐)! Honest, thorough, gave me as much time as needed. The unit itself was clean and homely, but you cant beat the balcony view. Common areas and ameneties seem to be lacking, however (3⭐).

    I recently moved in and willing to share the pros and cons I experienced.PROS:I read very negative reviews and worried about moving in, but I can tell the management team is putting extra effort into making this place better.1. Fob system,2. 24/7 entry desk team,3. excellent office staff,4. friendly and fast maintenance,5. package safety system,6. three fast elevators,7. laundry room with dry cleaning services,8. workout room,9. online ACH payment system.10. Great location. (I especially love the food courts nearby and music and all kinds of events at ATT Discovery) [you do not have to worry about loud pieces from there in your unit. The building has fantastic soundproof windows; I did not even notice the life was going on until walk to the balcony]CONS: however, there are some cons too.1. Unknown stains remained on the balcony when I moved in2. Something stinky smell was all over the property when I moved in, and I had to mop everywhere🥲3. Cockroach pest problem. (I do understand that the management and maintenance team are putting extra effort into solving the problem but still here 😩 )4. Weed smell all over the hallway and into my unit, so I had to purchase the doorway blocker to prevent it; however, it can sometimes smell in my kitchen. (I wish there were some kind of ventilation system)I have requested additional pest control services, and maintenance came super quick and sprayed my kitchen and bathroom; however, seen four more roaches til today (I asked for one more pest control service). I do not have a problem killing them with my hand, but I wish it could be solved ASAP.Overall, I am happy and feel fortunate to move into this property. I will update as time goes :)

    I recently used the Valet Services at the Manor House Parking garage and received exceptional service from Donavan. He was polite, fast and efficient. Great Customer service is hard to come by these days.

    I toured with Sofia over the weekend she was actually one of the best leasing agents I’ve met. I could tell her she was busy, but she stopped what she was doing and answered all my questions. I am so excited to live here! A lot of these reviews are from people who are angry. So, check them out did before you trust what others say, make your own opinion. Ask for Sofia! You won’t be disappointed, thank you again!

    The apartment layouts are the best of what is available downtown and that made our decision to choose Manor House when we lived downtown for 14 months. The people made it home and the only place Ill consider if we ever live in downtown again. From the front desk to the parking to especially the maintenance they were so friendly and helpful. For the few interactions we had with the management office they always exceeded our expectations.

    I have been a resident at the manor house going on 3 years now and i have no complaints. This downtown historic building is packed with charm with awesome city views. I am big into architecture and design, the manor house has my heart. The Staff: Heather, Taelor and Victoria are always kind and willing to go over and beyond for their residents. Concierge is the best, down to earth and always give residents a sense of comfort. This building is so for the social cool crowd.

    I would like to thank Jimmy that works the valet at manor house, he helped me about 2 weeks ago with my car. My battery died and “Jay” gave me a jump. Not only did Jay go out of his way for doing that, but he also made sure i was aware of what caused my battery to die. Thank you again Jay!

    I have lived at Manor for 3 years and it was up and down, definitely some rocky moments, but I stayed because the place is a community unlike other high rises.However, now that new owners/management has taken over things have definitely improved tremendously. It was a rocky transition, but they have finally got things squared away and hitting their stride.Between remodeling and fixing all the issues that was making this place a pain it has finally started to lose that trailer park in the sky feel as someone else said.I stayed for the people, but now I am finally excited to be proud of the building itself.Good job to the management/office team and the new owners...hats off.I just signed for another year and dont see that changing anytime soon.

    I’ve just signed my 4th lease. I love my apartment. I’ve moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. I am completely happy with my experience. There is no better place for the money - all the bells and whistles for an affordable price. I don’t plan on going anywhere else. The concierge, the pool, the fun stuff upstairs- I’m completely happy!

    I just moved in to the Manor House and I have to say that this has been the easiest moving experience ever. The sales team was awesome in accommodating my needs and once I got here everyone from the concierge, to the maintenance crew, to the Valet guys have been great - always friendly no matter how many times I am in and out of the garage. I have always lived in the suburbs, so getting an apartment downtown was a new experience for me, but I have to say that I am loving it. I have an office downtown, so this second home has been a lifesaver. I never thought I would love living in the city- especially right in the center. I feel very safe here and walking around downtown, its not the same downtown I remember from a few years ago.Its great being able to walk out the door and have everything you need within a two block radius and a ton of streets to explore and enjoy. I love to walk around during lunch time and people watch and pick a place to eat, there is no shortage of lunch restaurants for sure. The weekends are great too, I thought it would all die down, but the reality is that the personality of the city changes from business to tourists and a whole new vibe ensues. Its like being on vacation every weekend - very cool.The drive into the building is also easy, right off Commerce and Griffith, so easy access from 75, 35, and Woodall Rodgers. I thought downtown traffic would be horrible, but it really isnt. There are easy ways in and out, you just have to figure out the shortcuts during rush hour--- Ross is the secret passage to downtown.I also have to say that the rest of the tenant here are very friendly. I want sure what to expect, but it is an eclectic mixture that is family and pet friendly, yet also hip with a lot of young professionals. Its a great balance to keep us all young - it feels like one big family of residents that are all very friendly. I guess its because we are in Texas?I am happy to call the Manor House my home away from home and look forward to a great year here! Id highly recommend living here to anyone of any age or lifestyle, we have it all and it is what makes the Manor House so great, the diversity and the feeling of belonging - truly what America is, a melting pot.

    If youre looking to live the urban lifestyle in the downtown Dallas you cant go wrong with Manor House. The amenities and staff are top notch and we are glad to call this place home. The location is great, close to multiple restaurants, shopping, AA Center, Arts District, and multiple parks within walking distance. Just a block from the Dallas rail opens the door to most of the DFW area. The convenience of a the doorman service is amazing and something you wont find at other buildings at this price. The management and staff have always addressed any concern promptly and without hesitation.

    Great location. Highway 2 min away. Downtown, restaurant, dog Park right here. Had a super experience. Staff is super friendly and mega helpful when needed. Relocated for work due to pandemic, very sad to go. Neighbor are all good people.!!!!!! New years was great to celebrate 🎉🎈🎂 Excellent view of the fireworks!!!!!!!!Manor House, thank you !!!!!!

    I have lived at Manor House for 6 years now and plan on living here for several more years. The views are great with every apartment but the 4th floor having balconies. You’re at the heart of CBD Dallas with AT&T Discovery District next door and only a few minute walk or ride to Deep Ellum, Bishop Arts, Uptown, The Cedars, Lower Greenville. The building has great character for its age and mgmt does the best it can to maintain its heritage. I also have to mention the helpful and courteous office staff, namely, Heather and Victoria who listen to your issues and make every effort to resolve and or make accommodations to the best of their ability. Give Manor House a chance and you won’t be sorry.

    Manor House has been my most positive leasing experience to date. Everything from applying, moving-in, and daily living here has been seamless. Victoria, Taelor, and Sydney in the leasing office are absolute sweethearts, definitely drop in you have any issues or just to say hi. I am unfortunately moving out of state but would have otherwise stayed here for many years to come. You wont regret moving to MH.

    Three cheers for the Manor House Staff. Seriously. The entire staff, from the concierge team to the cleaning crew to the leasing office is the BEST and anybody who says otherwise is a fool or has Asperger syndrome.**Update: After 3 years at Manor House, my partner and I bid farewell to the staff and fellow residents. We loved every minute of it. There is literally nowhere you can live downtown that has outdoor space that is even close to what you get at Manor House. We were out on our terrace hundreds and hundreds of times. Ill miss watching the lightening bolts strike the building rooftops when storms roll through. What a view.

    Between the beautiful remodel of the entire building, the wonderful and honest staff, and the productive Maintence team- I cant imagine living anywhere else! Absolute prime location, great staff and security, and even some of the best neighbors Ive ever had! So thankful for Victorias eagerness to make this a even more beautiful community than it already was! Love my Manor House Family!

    Lived here for a couple of mo ths while my short time in Dallas, and was overall satisfied. The apartment was in very good condition with the new kitchen, though one big negative was that my room was very drafty and heat escaped easily during the winter, but out of the two rooms it was only one. The amenities were nice, neat lounge upstairs with a great communal area, pool and billards table. The building itself is old, so some thing arent in the best condition, but overall a good place.
