I absolutely love living in my apartment complex! From the moment I moved in, I felt a sense of community and comfort that I had been searching for. The spacious layout of my apartment provides a perfect blend of modern design and cozy ambiance. The amenities are fantastic, with a well-maintained pool, a fitness center that makes it easy to stay active, and beautiful common areas where I can relax or socialize with neighbors. The location is ideal as well, I don’t cook much so all the restaurants near by make it so much better for me . Plus, the management team is responsive and genuinely cares about the residents, which makes all the difference. I truly feel at home here, and I couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

I love living here. All my neighbors are nice and this complex has resident events which makes it fun and something to look forward to after long days. The office staff is nice and friendly; they speak Spanish in the office which makes it easier for me to communicate. My move-in experience was fast and easy. Love how this complex has elevators; the other complex I have been at only has stairs which made moving difficult. So far this has been the best complex I have been at. 100% recommend this place.

Ive lived in several apartments over the years, but I cant express enough how much I appreciate this one. The management team is outstanding—professional, approachable, and always attentive. Maintenance is prompt and thorough, and the community is peaceful with friendly neighbors. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone considering a move.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Main and Mill. The location and immediate surroundings are a huge huge plus, however the staff is truly exceptional. All of the employees from leasing agents to maintenance staff are very professional, kind, genuine and clearly take pride in their work. It makes a real difference! I also appreciate the community events they provide for the residents.The gym is really solid and well maintained, the pool is stellar in the summer time, and the events hosted in Old Town Lewisville truly set this apartment apart from other options in the area.The staff always quickly addresses and fixed issues, too. There really hasn’t been many issues that have impacted me, but general requests around the complex and maintenance requests I’ve put in have been handled quickly.Nothing but good things to say about the complex, living here, and the staff!

The amenities here are top-notch, from the well-maintained gym to the sparkling pool that provides a perfect escape during the hot summer months. Its the little details that make a difference, like the beautifully courtyard and the cozy seating areas, adding a touch of tranquility to everyday life. Plus, the location couldnt be more convenient, with shops and parks just a short walk away. Overall, its a fantastic place to call home, and Im grateful to be part of such a supportive and friendly community.

Amazing place to live. Nice new facilities and amenities. Front office staff is attentive, and communicative with any weather related issues, gate issues or fun events to do around the complex. :) also there’s monthly community events and great places all within walking distance!

I’ve lived here 6 months and wanted to give it some time to let myself settle and gather an opinion, because at first sight it’s beautiful! Amazing leasing staff. Shout out to Charlotte, Martha, and Sarah. Maintenance is responsive and friendly. The number one thing I like about Main and Mill is their dedication and commitment to stay engaged with the residents and the community around us! Whether it’s a board game night in our club room or a main and mill stand at one of our local events. They never disappoint and bring a sense of unity within the community.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! I’m from NJ and this is my first apartment in Texas. The leasing office has been so responsive and so helpful. Maintenance has responded with 24 hours of each issue. The facilities are very clean! Martha, Sarah, Charlotte and Felix are literally the best! They take care of everything. I’d definitely recommend this apartment to live!

Apartment complex is extremely clean as well provides beautiful units it with great features. So far my favorite has been FETCH the package delivery service. The units themselves have brand new appliances and are immaculate. The staff is is has been wonderful to work with are great and provide tremendous follow-up. I recommend this complex to anyone and all.

Just moved in and I love it! The apartments are SO NICE!!! Everyone here is friendly and it feels like a true community! There are events at least once a month which is nice to meet people. Will update later on, but really enjoying it!

My favorite apartments! I love the girls in the front, they’re always so friendly and kind. Such a welcoming environment, makes you feel like home. Apart from the nice amenities and luxurious rooms, they have amazing specials going on! Make sure to go to them when looking for your next home.

Main and Mill apartments is awesome! its got a cool, modern vibe with amazing finishes. The pool area is spectacular. The apartments are brand new and never lived in. The new apartment building is right in the heart of downtown Lewisville. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants. The team here really is incredible. They are so friendly, knowing all the residents by first name. Also, the property management company is local to Dallas so you know youre getting top notch attention and service.

This community is absolutely gorgeous. Everything inside is brand new, and the leasing staff is super helpful! Sarah helped me find an apartment and get moved in very quickly. I love that all of Old Town Lewisville is right outside my front door with plenty of shopping and dining. Definitely give them a call if you are looking for a new place to live.

Good afternoon everyone, I do not agree with the person who writes or takes a photo, which is irrelevant, this apartment complex is a group where my stay has been of excellent quality and has good service. Good treatment towards the person is great because they serve you in both Spanish and English. Their apartments are super comfortable. Their work team serves them well. I rate them 100% for their excellence thanks to their entire team.
