    Ive been a resident at Main 3 Apartments in Dallas for over two years, and I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience here. From the moment I moved in, I was welcomed with open arms by the community and the exceptional management team, led by the remarkable Lisa. Her dedication to her role is evident in every aspect of the complex. She ensures that every resident feels valued and heard, making this place not just an apartment complex, but a true home.One of the standout features of Main 3 Apartments is its vibrant and friendly community. My neighbors are not just acquaintances; they have become friends who look out for one another. The sense of camaraderie here is palpable, and it significantly enhances the living experience. Whether its a casual chat by the pool or a neighborhood barbecue, theres always a sense of connection and warmth that makes this place special.As a dog owner, I can confidently say that Main 3 Apartments is exceptionally pet-friendly. The well-maintained dog park and the pet waste stations placed conveniently around the complex are just a few of the features that make living here with pets so enjoyable. The other dog owners are equally considerate and friendly, creating a wonderful environment for our furry friends to play and socialize.The recent renovations have truly elevated the aesthetic and functionality of the complex. The new modern finishes and upscale amenities have added a layer of luxury that rivals any high-end apartment in the city. The updated fitness center, the beautifully pool area, and the stylishly decorated common spaces all contribute to an atmosphere of sophistication and comfort. These enhancements have not only improved the quality of life here but have also increased the sense of pride we have in our community.Finally, I cannot emphasize enough how professional and kind Lisa is as a manager. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Her responsiveness to maintenance requests, her proactive approach to resident concerns, and her genuine care for each individual living here are unparalleled. Lisas leadership and dedication are key reasons why I plan to continue calling Main 3 Apartmentsmy home for many more years to come.

    I have lived at Main 3 Downtown for a little over a year. I live at The Landmark. I have really enjoyed living here and do not have any major complaints. My neighbors are awesome. Maintenance has been wonderful. Security is good too. I love being able to live in an almost 100 year old building that is well maintained. Main 3 is currently renovating their community features but that has not inconvenienced me in any way. I cannot wait to experience the new features.Main 3 Downtown is at the heart of downtown Dallas. One thing you need to keep in mind is that when you live in an urban environment, with that comes urban problems. No building is 100% impermeable but with the number of homeless people in the neighborhood, I have only once seen one in the building lobby. The person left without incident after I told them to get out. I have not experienced any theft. Only once has my car been tossed in the garage. The criminal was nice enough to not vandalize or damage my car. Again, that comes with living downtown. I used to live at Camden and theft, vandalism, etc. was a multiple time per day occurrence. Please note too that the garage is owned by a separate company and it is on them to provide better security. At night, the resident buildings have roaming security. I feel safe here. Also, there is development happening in the proximity that will help with removal of some of the homelessness. Ultimately this is on the city of Dallas to better the situation. Just remain vigilant and protect yourself when you leave the building. Again, this is an urban environment, not a suburb.Management is great! I have experience mostly professional, courteous service. Lisa the manager was very helpful with getting me sorted through the application process and moving in.I cannot recommend Main 3 Downtown more. If you can find an available apartment you like, take it! Theres a reason its not always easy to find available units. :)

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I recently moved into my new apartment, and I couldnt be happier! The leasing experience was incredibly smooth, thanks to Rose, who was so helpful and made the entire process stress-free. She really went above and beyond to ensure everything went perfectly.The maintenance crew is equally awesome. They work hard and respond quickly to any requests, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.I absolutely love my loft! It has concrete floors, big windows, and vintage vibes. Every time I come home, I feel like I am living in history. The space is clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are also fantastic. I love going up to the rooftop to relax and enjoy the views.Living here feels like being right in the heart of the city. The location is unbeatable, right in downtown Dallas, and it truly gives you that vibrant city feel. I highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a fantastic place with great service. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience!

    Ive been living in this apartment complex for 2 years never had an issue with bringing guests and enjoying a time at the pool with music. The previous management were so professional and kind never had a problem at all with them . Till last week with the new management which i believe the managers name is lisa . I had a pool gathering and another neighbor had their own pool gathering as well . We started at 2 pm and Other neighbors were showing up as well and having a great time socializing enjoying the vibes until …. Lisa the new manager showed up storming with a security holding his taser and started escalating everything. Which was so unprofessional and also was video recorded. Lisa the manager started getting very aggressive and started running towards multiple guests which almost looked like she was getting ready to fight (which was also video recorded) In the process i got shoved by the security (which left me a bruise) for no reason for just standing there watching lisa get very aggressive and all on peoples face and personal space. Other neighbors came downstairs wondering why lisa was being so out of hand and said she was overreacting and escalating a situation which didn’t have no issues to begin with. Her actions were so unprofessional. She didnt even have the decency to speak to us she just came in storming in aggressively. I really hope no other of our neighbors have to deal with her scandalous and violent behavior .

    Ive lived here for 2 years and I love it! We had management turn around alot but since the new owners took over, things have been amazing! The manager, Lisa, and Kiki, in the office, are THE NICEST and always willing to help and listen. Loving the upgrades!!

    Great complex. Only downside is the homeless in the neighborhood, but thats downtown for you. Besides that, the property and management is great.

    Originally had hard time getting in contact with the property, but once the Assistant Property Manager Melinda call me back. She was very polite, professional and helpful. She answered all my questions, understood my frustrations and offered an apology. Ive since gone to visit to the property in-person and was very impressed! I love the gym and pool area. As well as, the spacious layout. Im excited to move forward with this property and move this the Fall! :)

    My husband’s office was just a two minute walk from the apartment. They have very responsive to our needs. We really like the new management! They cleaned up a HUGE mess left by the last management company. In fact, it was XRS’s great reputation that got us to stay. and McCartney Waters in particular has been very attentive to our needs and solved a plethora of issues.

    The negative reviews do not reflect where Ive lived the last 2.5 years. Management and staff have been extremely responsive to maintenance needs, and cleaning staff is top-notch. Elevators can be frustrating at times, but Ive experienced that with countless other places. Overall, Ive enjoyed my time here. If they offered a three-bedroom at 1407 I would most definitely stay.The changes to downtown Dallas in the last 2 years have been great, and only make a stronger case for living here. I needed to terminate my lease early, and Leslie and staff have worked hard to ensure my apartment is leased with minimum financial downside.Overall, my experience at Third Rail Lofts has been nothing short of great, and Ill be sad to leave.

    We were super picky in deciding where we wanted to move this time around, and spent months touring and deciding. We knew as soon as we visited Third Rail Lofts that this is where we wanted to be. The amenities are great, and we are right downtown which was very important to my boyfriend while I didnt particularly mind where we lived as long as we had 2 sinks in the bathroom :) Adrienne & Mensur in the leasing office were extremely helpful from the first day we came in to tour, and didnt get irritated when we came back 2 or 3 more times before deciding. We love it here!

    I am writing a 5-star review for McCartney Waters. She is always responsive to the residents and goes out of her way to take care of any issues we raise. She is friendly and professional and is VERY well liked at the Third Rail community!

    I lived at Third Rail for about a year. While the prices are high, the return makes it worthwhile. Rooftop grilling area and a pool, loft-style floor plans, great views of downtown, convenience, and a bowling alley in the basement – YES, bowling alley. This was, without a doubt, my favorite apartment ever. From the security to the amenities, this place was SO worth it!

    My daughter has stayed there over the summer during an internship and it has been a great experience staying there. The apartments are very custom, high quality. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We love it so much we dont want to leave. I would highly recommend or live there. Beautiful pool area and well kept.

    I’ve moved into my apartment at Main 3 Downtown a few months ago and so far I could see the genuine change Sentinel is striving to make for residents here. I appreciate the staff I’ve came in contact with in which had been friendly. I’m eager to see more renovations occur but I know Sentinel will definitely put in the dedication to deliver.

    Fantastic location right in the middle of downtown Dallas. I love the new management and how they are handling all the concerns and issues from the previous one. I have been living there for a year and I just renewed my lease. I went and looked at almost all the other properties in downtown but I couldnt find one that has the same amenities: wine lounge room, movie theatre and of course the bowling alley...As a resident of TRL I have to say that it is the safest and the cleanest property in downtown for me and my daughter

    Love it here. KERRY IS THE MAN! I signed lease my first day with the experience we had with Kerry. Energy is amazing, friendly, & will go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of & happy every single day he is in the office. Go and ask for him, you won’t be mislead

    Love these apartments! McCartney has always been so helpful with anything I need or questions I have! Since having to wfh the kitchen is my favorite place to be & the VIEW is so amazing, having the large windows are spectacular!

    THIS IS A FIVE STAR RATING BECAUSE OF McCARTNEY WATERS. I dont know if I would have signed another lease if McCARTNEY wasnt a leasing agent. She goes above and beyond the call of duty every time. For example, we had a serious problem with residents not following the rules posted for Covid-19 on the Terrace . It got completley out of control and unsafe for at least three straight weekends, until McCartney who had moved off property decided to drive at 10 p.m, 25 minutes to come and shut it down in 10 minutes. Who does that ? ...McCartney Waters thats who.

    Very great place I enjoyed staying here I’ve never had any issues the management are very cool and the maintenance comes out once you put in a request! You can’t really find a place in downtown with patios I lived in a corner view and the view is amazing I enjoyed the stay most definitely recommend

    The management was really really friendly. I cant remember who the leasing agent was but she was hilarious and super honest! Ive seen some of the bad reviews and I imagine that this was because of old management.
