Lacey was great! She showed us the unit with the floor plan we wanted. The area was great. The spacing of the apartments didn’t feel crowded at all. Love the double sinks in the bathroom and the walk in closet. Overall the whole place felt comfortable. Definitely one to consider when we move here.

Living at Magnolia View Apartments has been a wonderful experience. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable living environment. The amenities, including the pool, are excellent and provide great spaces for relaxation and exercise. The sense of community here is warm and inviting, making it easy to feel settled and at home. If you’re looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend Magnolia View Apartments!

My boyfriend and I were looking to move earlier this year, we kept coming back to magnolia apartments loving their layout and the updated apartments. We are locals so we weren’t moving far. LACEY WAS PHENOMENAL! She helped us so much, I asked a lot of questions and needed assistance to ensure this is going to be our next home! Lacey was patient, helpful and super kind! When we moved in I had Madison walk me through paperwork and was helpful letting me know of the importance of certain things so that way it could be avoided. They both continue to help and really make magnolia view feel friendly, welcoming and like it’s already your next home! The only downside for me personally is there are more assigned parking spots and garage spots then non assigned or garage parking spots. We are on the fence to get those assigned spots and garages maybe later but it’s not a deal breaker that’s for sure! 100% recommend living here, it’s clean, it’s friendly, it’s updated, the maintenance is fast, responsive, the floor plans are beautiful, they are dog friendly offering poop bags and trash cans outside along with a dog park, my dog is a ESA animal and is the happiest rescue I’ve ever seen with all the room at the dog park and walking areas

I’ve been a resident for exactly a year now and my experience has been nothing but amazing. The office staff are amazing. They are always sweet and respectful. The maintenance man is the best. When I put in work order no matter how big or small he shows up in less than 24 hours and is always so helpful. I’ll be here another year because of the management team being so welcoming and professional.

I moved into Magnolia View last year and it didnt take long to realize what a good decision I made to live here. The manager, as well as the other office personnel, are so nice and ready to help with anything you might need. Ive only had a couple of maintenance needs, but they too are quick to respond and handle everything professionally and quickly. This is a well-run and beautifully maintained property and Im very happy to be a resident of Magnolia View.

To be honest I was concerned moving back to apartment life after being in a home for so many years. However, I have been pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The few things that have occurred maintenance wise have been taken care immediately when turned in. I love coming home and seeing the kids out playing and am looking forward to warmer weather to take full advantage of the pool!As a whole I would say this is a nice property and very well maintained. I have not been disappointed.

I lived at Magnolia View Apartments for almost 2 years. I had nothing but a positive experience while living there. The office managers were always kind and courteous at resolving any issues that I had. The grounds were well kept, pool was always clean and the staff cleaned up the grounds of dog poop every night after residents who didn’t pick up after their own.

I had my tour of the property and closed my lease with Emely! She made this whole process so easy and stress free. We met with Emely and signed our lease the Next day and we able to move in as well. From what I can tell so far, the management really does care about their residents and are very informative as far as their policies go. They even keep up with the landscaping and the pictures from the website are very accurate from what I can tell! With this being the first time being on my own, I am VERY impressed with the staff and the quality of my living space. I have even recommended Magnolia View to a couple of friends/family who are looking for a place to stay!

BH management, I hope you know how lucky you are to have Emily on your team. She is caring, concise, knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, accommodating, and selfless. It doesn’t matter how big or how small an issue is, Emily attacks any problem or concern with the same drive and determination to resolve it ASAP. I am always greeted with her beautiful smile and her willingness to help regardless of the reason I am dropping by the office. I am so glad the owners finally recognized her expertise and worth. Emily’s promotion to manager was long overdue. I am so glad she was acknowledged for her hard work and commitment! In short, Emily, is amazing!

We have lived here for two years. The office staff is always helpful and they are quick to respond with any issues. The apartments are big and nice. Big walk in closets, ceiling fans, nice pool, business center, and a good workout room. Its quiet at night and me and my family feel safe here. It is a good place to live. I am shocked at some of the negative reviews. We love it here.

I moved from California to Texas last month and Lacey was so helpful. She made everything so easy and painless as I was unable to be on site to complete my move in application and lease. She always responded in a timely manner to all my crazy questions and inquiries. When I arrived everyone was so friendly and inviting. I was greeted during move in by one of their maintenance guys named Nick. He talked me through washer and dryer hook up and informed me the maintenance team is always happy to assist. I was flabbergasted. Culture shock for this Cali girl. Lol. I am so happy I chose Magnolia View and look forward to my stay here.

While in Fort Worth on a home finding trip I found and researched many apartments. I communicated extensively by email with Ashley and she stayed in constant contact with me. She was able to listen to what I was looking for and we eventually set an appointment for me to come visit.It was very cold outside when I arrived. Ashley came in and greeted me. She explained what she had available and how Timber Oaks would satisfy the requirements I desired. She provided me with extensive information, some of which far exceeded my expectations. I was ready to lease from Timber Oaks before I even left the parking lot.Due to some issues on my part, I was unable to meet some of the leasing criteria from Timber Oaks. I am disappointed, but that disappointment is with myself, not Timber Oaks. Ashley tried and stayed in contact with me yet again doing everything she could to help me get into Timber Oaks. I admire her for that and for being bold enough to let me know that they have to be fair to every potential applicant and tenant. This is what equality is all about.I really want to move to Timber Oaks but I have a few things to clean up on my end. Once I do get those things done, you can believe that I will call Ashley up and let her know that I am ready to lease. I look forward to that day and working with Ashley in a great location.Thank you, Timber Oaks for being fair, honest, and for having a staff that cares.

Ive been here about 1.5 years and it has been overall a good experience.Just like with anything else thing break and need repair. For the few items they have had to repair for me, it has been timely and done right try he first time so have been pleased with that aspect of service.Parking is a bit tight if you dont pay for a spot.Walls are a bit thin and yes I can hear the garage door open beneath me, neither if which is a huge inconvenience.The one issue I do deal with is the limited options for internet. None of the available providers have good service, but thats not the managements issue.Staff is nice and the place is clean and in working order.

I have lived here for four years, and when I first moved in, the apartments were very well-kept. I watched them go completely downhill, changing property managers over 5 times. In July of this year, I met the new property manager, Lacey Bueno, and assistant manager Emely, and I want to give them a huge compliment. Lacey and Emely are trying to turn this complex back into the best apartment complex in Midlothian. I am much happier and have seen a huge improvement. When I have needed something done in my apartment, they have both made sure to get this done in a timely manner. Also, Nick and Angelo in maintenance are very professional and get things accomplished right the first time. Best property manager and staff thus far.

We’ve just signed our third lease here, and that says a lot. The apartment complex is currently going through a big remodel, which I admit, I’ve peeked in at one recently vacated apartment that’s getting the update, and I LOVE what I saw!My main reason for coming here to review is the Maintenance Team here. Jerry is the main man and he is the nicest, most helpful person on campus. He is always one to say “hello” during his morning walk around and he will do whatever it takes to fix what needs to be fixed. He’s really good at his job, and I pray that another company doesn’t find out how good he is and steal him away. The other gentleman is very nice as well. I don’t know his name, as we’ve primarily had dealings with Jerry, but he always says “good morning” in passing and seems to be enjoying his job. A Maintenance Team can make or break an apartment complex (literally and figuratively) and this Team is one of the best in my 17 years of apartment living.

By far the best staff in the Ellis County area I called and talk to almost every apartment complex in our area and was met with the same problem no one wanted to help or give me any information until I called timber Oaks Apartments in Midlothian behind Taco Bell I spoke with Blair on the phone for about 15 minutes went in about two days later and sat down with her by far the best customer service and willing to listen and to help me and my fiancé are moving in at the end of January and I cannot wait
