    All the staff is very welcoming. I enjoy living at Magnolia Grove anytime I need maintenance they are quick to get it taken care of. I don’t have to wait around for days like my old apartment place. Marco and Jose (maintenance ) are in tops of things! It’s close to all the shops and all my neighbors are pretty nice! The office staff is nice and they have get togethers for us and welcome our family as well!

    The customer service is really good and helpful. Every time I need assistance, Caroline has been super supportive and it’s been amazing living here. Pool is open all year round and open dawn to dusk. The fitness center is really nice and all the amenities are great!

    Magnolia Grove Apartments are beautifully maintained with top-notch amenities!! Especially the pool area! Its the perfect place to spend the summer cooling down from this heat!! Special thanks to Karina and Jackson, the assistant manager and manager, who are incredibly helpful and kind. Their professionalism and dedication make moving here a fantastic and stress free experience. Highly recommend!

    Magnolia Grove has easily been the best living experience I have ever had.My wife and I have lived for just short of two years.The staff here is friendly, helpful, prompt, and personable.The amenities are top notch, best in the area by far.The amount of work that goes into maintaining this property blows my mind, but everyone here handles it with poise, speed, and skill.Jackson, Eric, Edgar, Karina, and Caroline are excellent; anytime there has been an issue or concern that my wife or I bring up, it is promptly resolved the amazing team here.Would highly recommend making Magnolia Grove your home.

    My husband, daughter, fur baby Jaxson and I lived here for 2 years and we had a great experience! We did have my daughters boyfriends car towed right after we moved in and that obviously sucked but it was ignorance on our part technically so can’t put that on them so definitely educate yourself on that. We loved the pool, the gym, and the fact that they have a doggy spa was an extra pizazz that I just loved and all were always kept very clean!! ♥️ Edgar and Eric in Maintenance were always on point and very pleasant! The new manager Jackson is a joy and I will definitely miss all the great things her and her team will be bringing to the table!!

    The Property Manager and the rest of the employees in the office are awesome. Theyve made my experience of living here from day 1 such an awesome one. I wouldnt live anywhere else in this area! And the apartments are beautiful!

    I just recently moved to Magnolia Grove and it was a 10/10 experience moving in. Jackson Avant was the best. She was so kind, calm and helpful in all the steps. I couldn’t say enough of positive things about her or my new place!

    Love the staff here, they are all very personable. I like seeing the new updates, like extended pool hours (was until dusk, now it’s 10pm), repainted parking stripes, turf set up by sand volleyball court and plants! Plus they have little events set up -like pizza or taco day. Nice little things to show that they care.Something personal that happened to us recently was our water bill was over $300. There’s only 2 of us and that’s crazy! We let the staff know and Jackson immediately setup maintenance requests to fix our toilets and told us not to pay the bill, just pay what we did last month, and she’ll adjust it. That was super awesome of her and if that doesn’t obviously show good management I don’t know what does.special thanks to Jackson -who has genuinely turned the place around, all her hard work doesnt go unnoticed. Nets - for initially helping us get started and moved in. Others who have done just as amazing, I see all the hard work and care, thank you so much! - Caroline ❤️ Karina, Eric, Edgar & Maribelle. The Place is very beautiful and well kept up with from our view point!

    Went to go check this apartments out and ended up leasing one. Ms. Caroline Ponce was a big help, answered all our questions and if she didn’t have an answer to one. She found the answer for us! Couldn’t be anymore kinder, I give this place 5 stars. Recommend to all!

    Stop by these apartments and was blown away by the staff there. They were very helpful, friendly, and professional. The overall aesthetic of the apartment complex is nice and felt homey.

    This apartment complex is absolutely beautiful! My apartment is spacious and luxurious. They really thought of every little detail and didn’t skimp on anything. The appliances are top quality. The leasing agents are warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a new home!

    I have to say everything about this place is beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing. They did everything in their power to help my family and I get what we needed. There is only one downfall I have to mention. I have lived in over 10 apartments in my life I have to say this is the only one where I can hear every tiny little noise from the neighbors above. I feel there is no insulation or concrete to separate the floors. It sounds completely hollow, Which makes very difficult for us when you have kiddos your trying to put to sleep or working from home. We have constant noise coming from above pretty much all day and night which can start to become annoying after a while because it is so loud. It’s actually woken us up multiple times in the night. Other than that one thing we love everything else. So if you move here and prefer to not hear every noise made by upstairs neighbors I suggest 3rd floor 😆.

    The new Apartment Homes at Magnolia Grove at the Crossroads in Terrell will be absolutely amazing! Ive had the pleasure of visiting their Website and notice the Beautiful property. After speaking with the Leasing Consultant Josh, the excitement continues with his professionalism as well as his personality and knowledge in regards to the property. I was referred by Ms. Sims and so happy to know there is a nice place to live directly behind a shopping center!! Thanks, Josh for taking care of your future residents.

    Best management team ever, very professional and hardworking people, resolving issues in minutes or hours(depending on issue). I was especially impressed how they handled the consequences of the electrical outage last winter
