As a resident since 2021 I’ve seen the changes in the complex but nothing like the amount of changes I’ve witnessed Ms. Toya make for the better. We appreciate you coming in this year willing to hear our concerns and address those to the best of your ability. The community is back to being peaceful, secured, safe, family oriented, clean and kept. Myra, is awesome her infectious spirit, always smiling and helpful.Jose (maintenance) for being professional at all times and completing requests in such a manner you do! Your efforts are genuinely appreciated!

I would like to say that the new manager Toya has been making great strives in improving the property..the grounds are looking much better and the maintenance personnel are very helpful and work to repair when asked. Now I feel better about staying here like I did a few years ago..thanks to Toya and her crew Magnolia Creek is back it’s old self..great job and please keep it up!!!

Ive been living at Magnolia Creek for 4 yrs, and overall, its been a great experience.The management team has been responsive and helpful whenever Ive had a maintenance request or any other concern.The community is friendly and quiet, which is important to me.I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.

Magnolia Creek is a great property. I lived here while greystar was and now with Valiant and usually changes in management are very chaotic. They definently are doing a fantastic job. Sheri is great! Any problem I had was addressed and maintenance do their job in a timely manner and are very respectful! My move in was definitely great as Mayra was very sweet in helping me with any question they have. Even spotted an owl coming. Completely different atmosphere once you get beyond the entry gates!

A Hidden Gem. Beautiful apartments surrounded by trees and landscaping that it seems cut off from the busy streets of Houston. Complete Fitness Center, Business Center, Pool, and Outdoor area. And I love the floor plans designed like homes with spacious patios. And what really makes this community shine above the rest is the courteous and attentive staff that actually care about providing great service while accommodating the needs of their residents to create a well maintained and comfortable community. The Property Manager Shirley definitely has the experience and thoughtfulness that has made this Apartment Complex one of the best in Houston.

Magnolia Creek is a hidden gem in that community. The complex is gated and the landscaping is beautiful and well-kept. The appliances and cabinets in the apartments are a little bit dated but the apartment overall is very clean, spacious, with tall ceilings and crown molding. I really appreciate that new carpet was installed before I moved in. No pests. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. No parking issues. The pool is beautiful. The gym is ok for an apartment gym.When I first moved in we reported that one of the tiles in the kitchen was damaged and needed to be replaced and we were told it would be replaced but it never was. Also I requested that the dryer be replaced. But it was not and we had to make two service calls because it was burning our clothes. We also requested a new dishwasher and this request was fulfilled.

I had a bit of an emergency maintenance situation last night and I will say the office manager Sherry and the regional manager Tanya, the cleaning service the maintenance team we’re just amazing and did everything they said they would do and everything they said they could do!!! I am very pleased with the outcome of everything that went on! This apartment community was very accommodating to all of my needs and made sure I was well takin care of! I just want to really thank the team at magnolia creek!

Magnolia Creek is the best apartment complex in this area. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The staff are courteous and friendly. They address concerns in a very timely manner.Another thing that I love about Magnolia Creek are their activities. This season, they organized a Snow Day, both children and adults had fun.

We’ve been residents here for less than two months. Community is quiet. Amenities are great. Staff are helpful. Landscaping is beautiful and clean. The only issue we have is first-come first-served parking can be a nuisance if we come home at a late hour. Covered, assigned parking is extra out of your pocket.

I visited this complex and I thought it was beautiful. I am big on looking at reviews so I read them before going...BAD!!! I decided to go by anyway. This property is nice, the two ladies in office are really caring and friendly. I am waiting for a 2 bedroom 2 bath to be available.

My wife and I have lived at Magnolia Creek Apartments for about a year and half, and are only moving away this summer due to change of career placements. Magnolia Creek is a wonderful complex, and by far the best complex and has the best management staff in the entire Galena Park Area.The complex is very well maintained and any maintenance requests that are brought to their attention are fixed within 12 hours typically, and at longest 24 hours. If you are considering moving to Magnolia Creek, do it. It is by far the best apartment complex in the area, as well as my wife and I have experienced.

Amazing place to live! Management makes sure all premises are safe and clean. Their response to online request are fast, issues are resolved in a timely manner. The events they host such as safety meeting and movie night are also very neat!

From the time I came to the property looking for an apartment to moving in and now living there I have had nothing but to say that the staff has been great. They are always on top of things and the property is quiet and peaceful. I do travel a lot with my job and have to say that I never have to worry about anything. The application process was quick and easy Luis help me through the entire deal. I moved in on 6/18/2000 and so far I love it i feel safe here the only down side is the parking if you work late like I do you may want to consider paying for the reserved parking because you will not have a spot close to your unit
