My boyfriend and I moved into Madison Pointe in July 2023 and loved our experience here! This is a great first apartment spot that is affordable and very quick with maintenance orders! A majority of the tenants are families so the complex is very quiet and clean. Shelly and Ashley are so sweet & care very much about their tenants and answering any questions. The only issue we experienced was with packages or doordash orders being delivered to our door or random people knocking due to our apartment number being Unit 503 and the address of the complex being 503 Southwest Pkwy, we had well over 20 instances of people coming to our door at all hours of the day and night. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Madison Pointe and will always recommend them to anyone looking for affordable, quiet, clean housing! :) -

I recently moved to Texas and have been staying here for 4 months now and staff have been very friendly an welcoming. I loved to stay here as all my maintenance requests were fulfilled within a day or two. Never had any roached problem. The community is quite and peaceful to live in. -

I have lived here for the past year and it has been a pleasure. Management under Lisa, Shelly, and the rest of the team has made living here fantastic and enjoyable experience. The work done by the maintenance team should also not go unnoticed. When you put in a work order, they come as soon as they can and do a wonderful job at it as well. I have lived at previous places where maintenance would 1) Never show up and have to constantly be reminded or 2) Do a very shoddy job. Do not take a good maintenance team for granted. The community is quiet and feels very homey and safe with the families that live here.I would recommend anyone wanting to live here that enjoys a quiet and safe environment.Unfortunately, I have to leave due to them not being able to stay competitive. If I were to renew, I would be paying approximately $125 dollars more than the person who were to sign a lease for the same style of unit as me. I am sure there are logistical reasons why it is like this, but for lack of better words, I feel like people who renew get the shorter end of the stick. -

My boyfriend and I lived here all fours years of college and switched between multiple building/units and never had an issue with any of them. Management is always great and the reviews on here will prove it. Lisa and Shelly are amazing at what they do and so is Maintenance. The majority of bad reviews left here were during a temporary management change and that didn’t last. These are not luxury apartments, but they are 100% a great place for college students and families that want a traditional apartment complex.Madison Pointe was safe, friendly, and a great place to call home while finishing school. I’d recommend it to anyone! -

These 5 stars are for the management and the maintenance staff. Ive been living in College Station for 7 years, lived at Madison Pointe for 3, and they have by far been the most transparent and helpful apartment staff. The management made an effort to know me and help me with whatever issues arose. The maintenance staff was always friendly and very timely. There was a short time where the complex was under new management and the staff was extremely shady and untrustworthy. Thankfully, it didnt last long, and the complex went back under the old management, just in time to help me with the move-out process. I always judge an apartment staff on how helpful and honest they are during move out, and Madison Pointe passed the test! Moving out with them was a breeze and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Thanks for a great three years, Shelly and Lisa! -

My only major requirement when looking for an apartment for grad school was a quiet place to come home to and Madison Pointe has exceeded my expectation in that regard. I walk my dog a few times a day and sometimes as late as midnight. Never, in nearly two years, have I had to deal with a sketchy situation or belligerent undergrads. As another reviewer mentioned, its not the newest or the nicest, but it has decent amenities and a good family oriented community. Management is timely with requests and the few guys doing grounds are always friendly and willing to chat. -

I lived at Madison Pointe with my husband for 2 years during my graduate program and couldnt have been happier with the management staff and maintenance team! Unlike most apartment complexes around CSTAT, complex is not very new and does not have state-of-the-art amenities, but what it does have it does extremely well: an attentive and helpful office staff, a quick and helpful, on-site maintenance team (with follow up from the office after orders are completed!), and a fairly quiet complex with families and other graduate students. Sq ft and storage within units is a great value and Im so glad I made Madison Pointe my home during my time in College Station. (They also just added a fence around a nice grassy area to create a convenient pet-friendly area!)**Helpful hint to management: The complex is really well kept in general, but the far back could use some more attention from landscaping. -

My husband and I lived at the Madison Pointe Apartments for 3 ½ years, and overall it was an excellent experience. Maintenance was typically on time and fairly responsive. The emergency line (which we did have to use on one or two occasions) works well into the night. Appliances which came with the apartment matched (all black) and were brand new, as agreed upon in the lease (we did pay a little extra for that). New carpets were installed prior to our moving in and the walls were uniformly. I personally have a high standard of what “clean” means, so I did spend some time cleaning after we moved in, but I fully acknowledge that as unnecessary. Amenities we used most were the pool, gym, dog parks, and study suite – all were usually well-maintained. When a given amenity was out of order, the front office team did their best to make accommodations for me. Speaking of accommodations, my medium sized (but slightly over the 30 lb. weight limit) dog AND ferrets were allowed for the duration of our stay. Do be prepared for rent to increase with each new lease signed. Madison Pointe’s prices were the best in the immediate BCS area for a one-bedroom apartment, but rose to typical area prices by the time we left ($800s range). We didn’t have an issue with roaches in our building (only saw three wood roaches – which are not infestive – during our stay) but did have a mild carpenter ant problem on an annual basis, mostly in the spring. Our AC unit did go out once, but it was replaced after maintenance had tried their best to repair it. While it is out of the property’s control, there are some rough areas around. I recommend getting locking wheel nuts for your vehicles (one of my husband’s wheels was stolen, rim and all). However, this was the only isolated crime we saw in the complex while we lived there. It’s an otherwise very quiet, family-friendly environment. There were many times that I walked around alone late at night with my dog on study breaks, and I can’t recall ever feeling unsafe. Lisa and I walked the apartment a final deep clean (ask the front office staff for advice on that), and she was up front with me about what would need to be replaced in the apartment. Because we have pets the carpet would need to be replaced, which is a standard procedure for them. All in all, we would recommend living here to a friend, and have. -

Generally, this is a nice apartment, with good staff and maintenance, and is on the bus route. One thing that should be improved is the pest control and possibly environment cleaning. Having compared with friends living in other apartments, Madison Pointe appears to have more flies and other bugs when it gets warmer. Every day I have to battle with more than one flies flying into my apartment whenever I enter or leave, every day. Some of my friends live in this apartment also complain about this. Besides, the apartment should try harder on restricting tenants with pets as poops are easily found on the property, which is another potential reason for the flies. And as a current tenant, I recently learned that there will be a significant increase on the rent for my new leasing term, which I absolutely dont appreciate, I mean, this is definitely not the way to keep and reward your loyal tenant, right?Other than that, it is a good apartment for new renters, as they offer special discounts to them. -

Lived here for about a year. Only moved because my wife and I wanted a bit of a bigger place and a second bedroom. Our year here was nothing short of fantastic. Any issues we had with appliances or just in general were also taken care of quickly and completely. All the office staff and everyone working there were nothing short of professional and always went out of their way to make sure things got taken care of. For the price especially, it was a very nice place to live. I would highly recommend it! -

Madison is a good apartment with good floor plan. Maybe there are some problems but the leasing office will fix them in time. -

Love the way the management work here to keep the place clean and resolve any issues we have. We like it a lot. The only discomfort is that the kitchen is too small. -
