I really enjoy living here! The new property manager, Renae is a joy. She is always friendly and makes the office feel welcoming. the staff is always friendly and ready to assist, especially Jerelyn who is so helpful and always listens to any concerns. They’ve been doing very nice things for the residents such as breakfast for the residents, Valentine’s Day social, gift wrapping station, fresh baked goods, and much more.Maintenance always responds in a timely manner and the community has been very clean and well maintained. Juan is always extremely professional and responsive.Apartment living is never perfect just because there’s so many different people coming in and out but I feel like there has been a higher quality of resident living in the property which has helped a lot. Property feels much safer than it used too as I lived here when it was the previous management company. They have a very responsive after hours call center that I’ve seen in real time respond to noise disruptions (which also have gone down significantly and have been nonexistent as of late) All in all Maddox Hills has been a good experience.

I want to take a moment to recognize Juan for the excellent and efficient work he does when handling work orders in the apartment complex. Every time I’ve needed assistance, he has responded quickly and resolved the issue professionally.Juan is always willing to help and is easy to find around the property since he constantly checks on everything throughout the day. His dedication to keeping the complex in great condition does not go unnoticed.On top of that, he is very friendly and approachable, making it a pleasure to interact with him. It’s also great that he speaks both Spanish and English, which makes communication easy for everyone.Maddox Hills is lucky to have such a hardworking and reliable team member like Juan!

Love this apartment! Probably the best one my family and I have lived in, not just because of the amenities and my beautiful apartment. The maintenance is always so helpful and kind, especially Juan who makes sure to get all our requests done in a timely manner, he works very hard and I always see him looking for something to do! He’s the kinda worker I would hire too if I owned apartments.

I cannot recommend this Apartment Complex ENOUGH. Everyone here that works at Maddox hills is over the top wonderful. Especially Jerelyn Aguilar, she is the reason I have decided to re-sign my Lease for another year with this apartment complex. I have had zero issues with my apartment and even with amenities itself. I feel like I live in a resort 1/2 the time living here. Definitely recommend ✨ everyone here is at your fingertips. Did I mention they even have a mini food mart in APARTMENT Complex lobby?! They fill it with tons of drinks and snack:)

Over the course of 2.5 years, I’ve gone through two apartment searches and toured 25+ apartment complexes. Here at Maddox Hills, Jerelyn, Emily & Rachel are undoubtedly the best team of leasing agents that I’ve interacted with through those two searches. From their positive attitudes to their knowledge of the complex, I was extremely satisfied with my experience touring, applying, and finally moving in to Maddox Hills. Not to mention the maintenance team has been spot on, all of my requests have been taken care of within 48 hours. Fast forward one month and these ladies still remember who I am and details about my life that make Maddox Hills feel like a community and a home, not just a place to live.My apartment itself has been everything I was looking for: spacious, well lit, upgraded amenities, and the flow of the allotment shows how well thought out the design it is. My view is fantastic, and I’m happily on the 3rd floor! I would describe the complex as quiet and friendly. People are open to talk and give a greeting in passing, yet I don’t run into people very often. Truthfully, I prefer it that way. I like my space, but I love to socialize when I’m in the mood. I’ve also had no sound issues or complaints about other apartments.The amenities are beautiful, new, and always clean. I love the quality and upkeep!In terms of location, Maddox Hills is extremely well positioned. There is a large HEB not 2 minutes from here, and highway access within 30 seconds. I have 30+ food options within a 5 minute drive, and 5+ workout facilities within a 5 minute drive.All in all, I HIGHLY recommend touring Maddox Hills and joining this amazing community!

Jaclyn did a great job showing my sister around as she is looking for a place for her and my niece and this is a place I’d love for her to live in and might even look for a unit myself when it’s time to move.

We’ve been living here for a little while & I was waiting to leave a review, but I gotta give the praises where they’re due. The true hidden gem of Maddox Hills is their maintenance team (which is a very small crew for the amount of units), but let me tell you JUAN is ALWAYS on top of it!!! We have been renters over the last 10 years & lived at a few different properties. Maddox is a beautiful place to live, the office staff is polite, but Juan &his crew are truly the ones who hold it all together!! We had an apartment emergency several months after living here & Juan was the Ace that got our family taken care of. My husband or I can put a work order in and he always shows up faster than we expected him to. He is not only quick & attentive but he is always SO kind & so happy, even my kids will say “mom he’s just such a nice guy!” And I can’t not give Jerilyn a shout out, she’s the only one in the office who remembers her residents & is genuinely kind to everyone (including all the kiddos). She is the reason we chose Maddox hills & Juan is one of the reasons we chose to stay!! Great people who make the environment better.

Shoutout to Jerelyn in the front office! When I was looking to move in, she was such a huge help and worked with me when I had trouble moving out of my previous apartment, affecting my move-in date. Now Ive been here for half a year so far, but this place has been so nice. I have an amazing view looking over the city, the amenities are kept nice, they invite small business food trucks out to the complex about once a month, is located in a really convenient area (with HEB nearby & UPS and other stores actually within walking distance), and Jerelyn & Co. have never been a hassle. Its my favorite place to live :)

Maddox hills has made a lot of changes in I believe Rachel The property manager will continue to make things easy for the residents here. If anyone is looking to get closure or more details about their contract or rules of the community or anything else regarding living here Rachel would be the one youd want to talk to or really anyone on her staff. Its a blessing to have issues resolved and explained in a timely manner and I can say living in other properties with different manager and management companies you dont always get that and it can be frustrating. Well I just wanted to give my two cents worth.

We have lived at Maddox Hills for a year and really enjoyed the experience. Very nice appliances (fridge, washer/dryer, and stove are great), walkways and hallways are clean and maintained, and neighbors are generally quiet and keep to themselves. The very few times we had to submit a maintenance request, they responded quickly and took care of the issue within a couple of days. The amenities are also very nice, clean, and maintained. We rented the A1 floorplan (528 sq ft., smallest unit available), and it was a bit too small for myself and my boyfriend -- I would recommend that size for a person living alone, but there are many other larger floorplans to choose from. This property is pricey, but not outrageous for the market & you definitely get your moneys worth. Overall, we loved living at Maddox Hills and would recommend to renters looking for somewhere to live.

Top tier place to live!! Prime location right by two highways. Clean location. Maintenance staff is always on time with work orders. Front office is friendly, efficient and welcoming. The assist a t manager Jerelyn Aguilar is truly amazing. She’s easy to talk to, willing to work with you (within reason of course) and makes coming to the office for concerns a less stressful experience. Pool area is beautiful, gym area is nice. Community lounge area is pretty cool as well. Only negative is the fire trucks driving past and super cars that want to race.

I was out at the pool today and the grounds people were taking out trash and cleaning the area. I was so impressed because when one of the workers replaced the trash bag, the supervisor Richard went over and explained that the trash can needed to be rinsed and not just changed out. This was important to me because flies and bees will take over a trash bin if this is not done. Richard genuinely cares about our experience at the pool and in our living areas. Thank you Richard!!!

On top of a beautiful staff with gorgeous smiles Nick, Jessica and Marina are on top of their game and I know that being a resident here I will finally get a Community I can be proud of calling home! I toured this complex early April and I absolutely fell in love, I did not want to see any other apartment complex after touring Lenox. It’s absolutely beautiful! Marina gave us the tour and she was so sweet and welcoming. I’m moving in June from a small West TX town and the location is perfect, it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which I love since I’m not quite used to the big city life. Lenox is my top choice for sure!
