I have had phenomenal customer service from Taylor! He is so personable and professional, and also so knowledgable! He has taken great care of me, along with other agents in the past. Every time I visit Lyra, I have a wonderful experience. The community is kept clean and its so quiet as well! Huge huge fan of Lyra and Taylor!

Toured here and had a wonderful experience. Taylor was our tour guide and he was so knowledgeable and very friendly. Every question we had he answered with even more information than was asked. He took his time and showed up multiple units and even had information about when each units would be available off the top of his head without needing to look at anything. He knew all the rent and square footage within a second! Really great staff member!

I have been in this building for over 5 years and recently upgraded units(needed more space). My biggest negative has been the elevator being slow and or broken, a lot of the other issues are self inflicted, like if you leave your computer in a car dont be surprised if it gets broken into anywhere in Dallas. I could list out other negatives, but im not going to drag the building in areas they are actively improving. The new elevator wrap is nice but function matters, also there is not a traditional freight elevator here so make sure you dont have oversized couches or the stairs are your only option. Over my 5 years this place took a dip, there was one horrendous property manager in there, but then they brought Kristi back and things started to get a lot better, she is very dedicated and helpful. I actually had to walk in the leasing office and sit down and say im not getting up until you fix my lease so I can sign and move on with the lady they had in there before her because if she didnt like you she wouldnt try to help you with anything. Major upgrade at PM, shes ontop of everything. Jason has been super friendly and great and helping out with repair requests and just good conversation in passing. He recently took on a new helper Eric I believe whos good as well. I think Veronica the lady that helps keep the building clean is the only staff member whos been here longer than me and its nice having the consistency and familiar face around, super nice lady. Hes not here anymore, but Elijah was the man, that dude went above and beyond for multiple residents, he deserved his promotion and then some. Araceli was fantastic at helping me out with my in building move. She helped me find a unit, took care of the lease no problems, made sure everything was ready in the unit when I moved in. She made it a very easy process moving out of the old and into the new. I was worried. Other pros include the location which is unbeatable, not a big party pool, management thats actively improving the property, the parking garage is spacious, the units themselves have nicer finishes than some other places nearby that cost more, ac in hallways, walking community, and grills always work. Im on my 6th lease here and I would recommend this place to anybody.

Lived 2 years at the Lyra. While the community isnt perfect, its a very great place to live and in a prime location. The agent, Elijah, is always very helpful in the leasing office whenever you need questions answered or assistance of any kind. The other ladies are nice as well. They recently renovated the pool and the gym, which definitely helps.My one complaint would be the lack of EV charging. There are lots of electric vehicles, but only one working charger. That will need to be changed in the future.

The community is very clean, well maintained and the apartments are so nice. Love the rooftop pool, club lounge and courtyard with fire pits! The bathrooms in the apartments are spa worthy! You can not find a nicer team staff! Love it!

I came in the beginning of this year during the transition into new management and things were kind of rocky in the beginning but they quickly straightened everything out & has done a lot of work to the property within the last few months of me being here! I’ve personally only had a few issues (cause nothing is perfect) & they’ve all been resolved quickly!management team is top tier! Crystal is very helpful & she really cares about the property.Jason the new maintenance man is so great and always handles my maintenance requests in a timely manner.

My friend lives in the Lyra and I’ve been over a couple of times and have loved every second. The decor is amazing, apartments are spacious, and the staff is the best! They were so welcoming and actually desired to have a conversation with you to get to know their residents and guests more. Totally recommend!

I wanted to wait to write my review after moving in so I could share the full experience from beginning to end. I walked in and was greeted by Bear (yes her name is actually Bear) with a welcoming smile. Bear was absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! She showed me various units based on location and floor plan and was able to answer ALL of my questions for me. She made the leasing process smooth and painless!! When I would call or email her, she ALWAYS responded back quickly. Every single time. Before deciding on my unit, I visited the property 3-4 times to view and check out other units before making my final decision, and Bear more than accommodated my interests. She allowed to me view the apartment several of times before leasing. Ive worked with many leasing agents in the past, and by FAR, Bear has been the BEST!!!! Her professionalism and down to earth personality was one of the biggest factors of me moving to Aura on McKinney. THANK YOU SO MUCH BEAR!!!!!!!! The views, the unit, the staff and entire apartment community are beyond expectations!!

Mark was extremely helpful when I came to tour the Aura! He was very knowledgeable about the property and welcoming. I signed my lease that day! Since then, I’ve really enjoyed living here! It’s quiet, clean, and the other residents are super nice! 10/10 recommended living here.

Love to see that from the office staff as normally any other complex makes you wait. Can’t leave out Crystal! (We get two of them!) all extremely helpful and so personable. They family now 💙

Elijah has been extremely helpful with my move from my current unit to new unit.The maintenance team here is unbelievably fast as well. I will submit a request at night and the next day I come back from work to the request being completed. Love living here!

I lived at Aura on McKinney and had a very positive experience. The leasing staff responds to request/issues in a very prompt matter. The maintenance staff handles problems within a day of you submitting request. I have never seen a car broken into and my own personal vechicle has never been vandalized in any way even though I haven’t parked inside the residents gate.

During my apartment search, I had the pleasure of meeting Mark! I was out of state but needed some options ASAP, and Mark made sure he gave me the video tours for the units of my interest. Beyond that, he went above and beyond to get to know ME and figure out amenities that I would like or not like. It wasn’t just about selling the unit, it was about me finding a home that was right! Staff like Mark, definitely make Aura an incredible place to call home! Thank you again!

I give this complex a 5 out of 5 easily. The staff members are prompt with following up about issues, reminders, and maintenance. The front desk staff is very welcoming. Khrystal is always smiling and going above and beyond to put the residents first.

Im overall enjoying living at Lyra on McKinney! One opportunity for improvement would be that when a resident is promised/offered something, then make sure to follow through. Otherwise, dont promise/offer anything you cant or dont plan to deliver.
