This property is wicked gorgeous! Still being developed but they started leasing already! The staff are extremely caring and helpful and wicked professional! It will be a pleasure working with them in the future! If you need a place to live there is no where better that will treat you with the respect you deserve! They also know how to throw an amazing party! So worth the trip to see these gorgeous units and meet the amazing staff!

Absolutely love this neighborhood! Looks like something out of a magazine!! Love the privacy of having your own garage/doorway. The landscaping is impeccable and the service is the best you can find!! Danielle provided amazing service! Not only is she friendly and sweet - she went above and beyond to provide the best service you can find!

I love this property! The grounds are super clean and the units are gorgeous. You cant beat their prices for the brand new townhome style with the perks of apartment amenities. This staff is a step above the rest, and Danielle is the absolute best! Shes so on top of things and takes great care of her prospects and residents. Ask for Danielle!

Isabelle was SO helpful with our quick move! our old apartment complex treated us HORRIBLY and we wanted to move in just a couple of days. Isabelle helped us apply and get approved in less than 24 hours and we move in tomorrow!! SO thankful for her answering all of our questions, concerns, and allowing us to change the floor plan we would like AFTER already getting approved!! we are so excited to move in especially since all staff seems so welcoming and helpful :) Thank you again!!

Weve had a great experience here, from our first time coming in to see the homes to us living here now. We loved working with Samantha, she is very friendly and helpful. Weve also had a great experience with maintenance and getting any issues that come up resolved quickly!

I have never experienced such a honest person that really Focus on what your needs are for your home and Kelly has delivered that so perfect I can’t be more thankful for such a good human being. Thank you for you help your honestly a great person. I come in not thinking I would get anything but Kelly went above and beyond to make sure I get what I was looking for. If anyone goes here please ask for Kelly if you want this kind of customer service that cares and is not worried about the sale but worried if your happy or no with your decision.

This is a brand new property in Buda and offers several exceptional amenities - smart appliances, large garages, large and well-equipped gym, large club house, and resort-style pool.But the best part of this property is the management team - they are outstanding - consistently prompt communication, very professional, solutions-oriented, and friendly. I mostly worked with Danielle....shes a true asset to the team!!

Jeremy was the leasing professional that toured me and his knowledge of the property was super impressive and extremely helpful. So far the Luxe has been a great place to live at. We had an issue the first couple of days after we moved in (our fault) and Vincent on the maintenance team came to the rescue! Everyone who works here is super friendly.

This is a true luxury compound. I am thrilled with it. I have been blessed to have built multiple homes, they used quality and everything is so beautiful. Danelle was such a pleasure to work with the application through to 2 months in my apartment and she still helps with anything I need. She always follows through, very professional. There’s been a few hiccups as with any new build but they are on top of it every time.

Ive lived here for two months and dont get me wrong, its beautiful! And the neighbors have all been super friendly. I do hope they eventually put dog poop stations around the complex because for how big this place will be, 64 buildings big, theres only one small dog park near the leasing office. Which wouldnt be a big deal because there is so much beautiful grass around the complex. BUT they have NO poop stations, which I just find...strange and really inconvenient. I also feel like guest parking is probably going to be a problem once people start moving in. All the extra parking, not in front of garages, is reserved for residents who dont have garages. But I guess we will see. No apartment complex can be perfect and Im sure Ill enjoy my year here!

This community is gorgeous and features a garage, which is quite great, however, it is currently under construction. Since I reside out of state, I selected this apartment without seeing the tour. I didnt do the in-person tour, but it was still a terrific choice! Im glad I reside here since its so pleasant. Everything is excellent except for the fact that the houses design differs slightly from the photos. Danielle has an amazing team that is always willing to help and supportive of you guys.

After a short tour of the magnificent property, she brought me to my new home. As I walked through the home, I easily visualized the space and how well it would meet my living needs. I made a quick decision, cancelled the rest of the property showings that day and made The Luxe my new home. Not to mention the awesome amenities included Decked out gym, huge pool area, and bark park, including everything is maintained nice and neatly.Samantha was the leasing agent who ahelped me get into this incredible townhome, I appreciate her helping me with all the questions and concerns I had.
