It was a pleasure and an honor meeting with the Luna Vista Apartment departments authorities, the customers feel comfortable, and the applications get processed on time.The society has the best-managed housing in the town, the society has a clean environment, wide vehicle parking, a playground area for kids, fountains, and a football pitch, I enjoy my life here.

Can’t say anything but nice and amazing things about this awesome property! Very well maintained, always very attentive all the way from the amazing young ladies that are in the office that will always greet you with an amazing smile when you walk in the door to the Maintience guys that are always there no matter what time. Definitely recommend living here 100%

Ive lived here for 2 years and have to say ever since Araceli became manager things have improved so much. Her and the rest of staff are always willing to help and listen. She has made so many improvements. There has been a sewage issue near my apartment and Mario is always ready to help even on a Sunday. I only wish laundry was open 24 hours but other then that have no complaints.

I recently moved to Texas Fort Worth area and I am in the search for a new apartment. I came across luna vista complex and it got my attention! I called few days ago and a gentleman named Alex helped me with all my questions! Alex made it easy and understanding on my options and I’m looking forward to move here soon! If you are looking for an apartment call this place and talk to Alex! He will give you all the information you need to make your decision easier to move! The property is pretty clean and I love the fact that the property is gated!

A peaceful community with great staff. I’ve been here for 3 years now and the few times I have visited the office I have been received with warmth thanks to Ella. Work orders get promptly attended to as well. Luna Vista is a great place to live.

I would highly recommend these apartments! The property manager is the best, she is very helpful, kind and is on top of everything that needs to be done. The maintenance men here are also very nice and are always on top of anything the tenants need fixed, as well as keeping the property clean. Keep up the good work Luna Vista!

This is a wonderful place to live. Been here 2 years and never had any issues. Management is also amazing, they get things done on time all the time. I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a great place with a very affordable rate! Come check them out! And this is not a made up review!

Staff are friendly and professional despite the new Ownership being inconsiderate, forcing new leasers to pay for cable tv. Maintenance team is on point and play area is always safe and environment is clean. Would renew the lease but paying for something I barely use shows the Grim and unmindful direction this complex is headed.

I love this place, it is really clean and peaceful, Mario the maintenance guy is always ready to fix everything, Alex in the office is amazing, really helpful guy, the manager has everything in control. I really recommend this apartment complex.

Awesome new management team. Very knowledgeable and eager to help and make me feel welcome. The maintenance team has been timely and efficient for the small issues I have had. The complex is getting renovated and management have fun activities planned periodically!

I’ve been living here 2 months now and wanted to wait in this review so I can make it as honest as I can first I want to say the front desk was awesome when we came even the maintenance man helped because the ey were short staffed that week and showed us the showing apt was as helpful as he could be fast forward to the application there were some questions and doubts I was still on maternity leave and my hubby had a broken lease on his record but they were able to still get us in and approved !! Fast forward to now I’ve lived in this area before and idk what changed but it is much quieter and not as buysy i love that the apt is gated and maintenance on the outside is on point the grass gets cut every 3 days u don’t see trash everywhere and it’s rare to see the trash cans full and over flowing I recently had my garbage disposal fixed and it took less than a week to fix after putting in a request !! The best part for me though has to be that their DOG FRIENDLY !! I’ve seen pits , German shepherd I myself have a husky!! I would def recommend !!!

I am only giving stars for the agent that sits in the front desk . I forgot her name but she was soo sweet and professional! Much more than I can say for the girl who sits in the office ! Rude and unprofessional. The maintenance Guys are soo sweet !

This is a great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . By them being very empathetic makes me feel comfortable. This is a quite community and i would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to rent here.
