Jasmine and Holden are awesome leasing agents at Luminest Prosper! Jasmine is super knowledgeable and helped me out even before my tour. She is patient, helpful, professional and made sure all my questions were answered before my scheduled tour.Unfortunately when I got there Jasmine was unavailable BUT Holden was available! Holden is great listener and really nailed what I was looking for! I went I thinking I wanted the largest floor plan but Holden knew exactly what to ask in regards to what my family and I wanted in our new home and his suggestions actually helped me decide to apply and which unit I wanted to move in to!If you’re apartment hunting, you want one of these two on your side. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of touring this apartment with JASMINE as my leasing agent, and I was absolutely blown away! The amenities are simply amazing—truly enhances the living experience. Each space is beautifully designed and maintained, making it hard not to feel excited about calling this place home.I also had the chance to explore their other properties, and once again, they did not disappoint! Each location has its unique charm and features, but the presentation is consistently top-notch. The attention to detail really sets them apart. If youre looking for a place that offers both luxury and comfort, I highly recommend checking them out. They never fail to impress!I appreciate the team for being helpful. Huge shoutout to ALYSSA, HOLDEN, and SOPHIE for Cheering us on finding the right floor plan.

Jasmine was an absolute rockstar when we worked with her! From showing us the property virtually to answering all our questions with professionalism, patience, and kindness, she was amazing. But let’s not forget about the entire leasing team! Holden stepped in to help with the application process and they worked together seamlessly and efficiently. We can’t wait to meet them in person and to be part of the community. I will update this post once we arrive in the complex.

I have leased at several apartments, but none have compared to the hospitality, person-ability and excellent customer service than at Luminest Prosper. Holden goes above and beyond, is personable and really takes his time to make sure you have an excellent experience. I came to visit multiple times and was greeted always with a smile. The staff here are unmatched. They are knowledgeable and willing to share their time and experience to make your day and leasing experience brighter. If I could rate more than five stars I would.

Holden is as absolutely amazing! Very kind. He definitely knew his stuff about the complex. Great conversationist. We came in late on a Sunday night and didn’t even try to rush us out. Very patient and helpful all the way around. Would recommend him to anyone looking for even a tour.

10/10, this property is BEAUTIFUL. I toured with Jasmine & she was so informative and helpful in ensuring I viewed the exact apartment I was interested in as well as giving me options of other apartments that had even better deals/pricing & location. She was super patient and showed me every single amenity in king the gulf course and movie theater! When you come be sure to ask for Jasmine. You will not be disappointed!

This apartment complex is absolutely AMAZING. The amenities offered are beyond any community Ive ever experienced. Not only are the amenities great but the Luminest staff is out of this world! Holden has taken care of me. Ive had to ask him for the smallest of irritating requests, and without question he has jumped to and produced, answered, and resolved all of our moving woes. Looking forward to 2026 in this new community! Highly recommend this community for anyone looking for luxury and service.

The community is so clean and the maintenance team was out cleaning the elevators and the breezeways and said hello in passing. The amenities at Luminest are like no other and I can’t wait to use the golf room and cinema! So excited to move in!
