My overall experience at lotus is amazing. Whenever I go to the office Rosi and Veronica are always very kind and attentive. Gaby is always working her hardest to keep the property clean and is very good doing work orders at a timely matter.

Being a person that has worked in the Customer Service industry my entire life, I certainly appreciate when others in the industry go above and beyond even though they dont need to. I visited this property and right away received the warmest genuine greeting from Veronica and Rosi. I had SO MANY questions concerning the property grounds, lease, parking, maintenance, etc (yes, Im that person lol) which they answered very well, without hesitation, and all smiles. While there, Gaby from maintenance was walking by and I was able to ask her questions as well, she was very informative and polite. After walking the grounds, viewing & walking their spacious 2 bdrm plan, and having all my questions answered....I left feeling well educated, cared for, and put at ease. As of right now, Im not sure what my final decision will be, but I certainly left feeling that regardless of my choice, I needed to write this review because of the amazing experience I had with the staff. Thank you Rosi, Veronica, and Gaby, I appreciate you!!

My girlfriend and I have lived here for over five years now, we have enjoyed it, the maintenance team, specially Gabby is first rate. I would like to see some things improve, for instance the landscaping is subpar, also would like to see a better playground and play area for the kids, and of course we would love to see our extra large American flag returned to its rightful place

I recently moved out from this property after leaving there 3 months shy of 3 years. I really enjoyed the years I lived there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Kristine the Manager was amazing she always responded to my concerns in a timely and straight forward manner which I greatly appreciated. She is very knowledgeable with this industry, definitely an asset to the property. She never left anything on the back burner always handled it with the most excellent customer service and care. Jose in Maintenance rocks! He is such a hard worker and always walks around with a smile. He always handled my work orders in a timely fashion! Thanks Jose. ! Shelly the new Asst. Manger is awesome! She really assisted me with outstanding and friendly service ! Though I only dealt with her most recently since she was just newly hired. The times I went into the office with a concern or request she went above and beyond to assist. She assisted in making my move out a smooth transition! Thank you Shelly! I am sure you will continue to do an outstanding job there! Best Wishes! Thank you Lotus Village ! I will truly miss the staff willingness to provide excellent care for their residents and the great property location and amenities this property offers.

Donna the Leasing Manager is incredible! As a matter of fact the entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional.I brought my clients to view the property and Donna went above and beyond making sure they felt welcome! She gave them a great tour, and made their choice an easy one!I will continue to bring clients to Lotus Village!

My Wife and I have been living here for more than 5 years, love the placequiet, good neighborhood, great exercise room, nice swimming Pooland hot tub.The place is next to super market so that I dont have drive forbuying food.There are a lot of chinese, Vietnamese restaurants in walking distance that you can enjoy all the food.The management is very nice and polite.This is the Place I strongly recommend to live and enjoy life.

Good place, great staff, good maintenance but if come home late in the night you more likely to find no packing. I have argued with the staff about the issue but it havent resolved. With threat that my car will be towed if I pack in the hand cap place while even if is the only one available to park.

Been here for almost 1 1/2 years. Lotus is under new management by Rosco Properties right shortly after my roommate and I moved in. I have never rented before and it was a last min thing to find a apartment. The Staff here are very friendly and helpful and they had made numerous changes to improve living experience here such as a newly added playground for kids, increased security, and more parking enforcement to keep people who use the lot to park and do their shopping or other things and just take up room. There are still some issues like people hitting the gates with their cars and breaking them, or the occasional loud neighbors. They are still working on some things yet, but I like how its going. My roommate has been to several apartments and he was honest, that this is the first time he has ever renewed a lease because he has been to several apartments and felt severely unsatisfied with those places. Im only giving a 4 star review because they have put lots of effort into improving the place since Rosco took over, however they are still improving. We may even look into renewing for a 3rd lease.

I have been watching lotus village for two years. At first there were a lot of problems with parking, maintenance and in the office. But since a year ago everything has improved. I have always liked my apartment and I am currently moving to a larger one. In the office they have been in charge of improving this place if I recommend this place to you! Maintenance responds in a reasonable time. Parking has improved! And the events for residents are increasingly more familiar where we can interact with our neighbors!
